Towing after accident was Nate and he gets 5 stars. Since we are elderly we were like ducks out of water. Nate explained the process and all we needed to know. He made things easier for us. Then at the storage office we were helped by Melissa. She gets 5 plus stars. She helped carry everything during the unloading of my vehicle because I'm older and she was very helpful. She was very conscientious in following rules for security purposes and very patient with us. She was a blessing. I highly recommend Smith towing and storage. They've got it together.

I got a flat tire in the middle of a bridge on HWY 190 and called Smith Towing directly. The driver showed up in just 25 minutes, had my car loaded on the flatbed in under 10, and got me back to Onalaska at Discount Tire within 15 more. He was professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. Hands down the best wrecker experience I’ve ever had. Highly recommend Smith Towing for anyone needing fast, reliable roadside help—especially in urgent situations.

Used these guys today at 5pm 1/2/25. Forgot my drivers name.buy great guy great service from great people. I broke down right in front of there yard so driver was there in a couple minutes of calling. I am a forever customer of Smiths. Pricing was resonable.

This company did a great job at helping me get back on the road. Amber was very polite on assisting me in gettIng the correct information and location. Joe the tow truck operator was very helpful n had a great attitude and showed up not too long after I called even helped me find a place to take my truck for to get a new tire put on. Such great people if ever I’m in a bind again I know exactly who to call. Thank again n God bless yall for helping me out n making a bad situation as comfortable as it could’ve been.

Husband had 2 flat tires in one day. One tire was not fixable and no replacement available to buy. We Called and we were given a time estimate of 1 hour. Joe called in 15 minutes and arrived 10 minutes later. Awesome service. Very pleased.

Last week my dad's car broke down in the heat of the day and the battery was completely dead. We called Triple A who then called Smith's Towing. Josh arrived and safely towed our car to the nearest repair shop we could find in Cleveland, even though it was outside of the tow range set by AAA. We could not have been more appreciative. Josh was friendly, polite, and incredibly helpful. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love this company! Two of the drivers (Nate and John) have now towed our vehicles.....they are both very polite and great at what they do! These will be the only ones towing for us from now on!

I wish I could give 10 stars!! I was driving on HWY 190 and my car decided to just die and locked up everything inside. Ended up needing a tow. Contacted my insurance, they called Smith Towing. I received a call from Daniel at the Livingston location. Said he would be there in a few minutes and sure enough he was there. Took maybe 10 minutes to load my car and then had him drop us off at Auto Zone so we could try to fix it there. Daniel stayed with us, did a repair on my car and then followed me partly home. I can't speak highly enough of this man/angel. He went way beyond what I expected. He is definitely Heaven sent. ?

A couple of days ago my daughter and I were involved in a pretty bad accident, but not injured. This occurred adjacent to Smith Towing on 321. These individuals are all Amazing! They not only helped us in the flooding and got us to safety, but helped us get home. They are caring and respectful!! My brothers truck broke down Friday night. We talked about it and my brother decided to have me call them and ask how much it would cost to get the truck back home. It would have cost 50 dollars. My brother decided that since he was tired of putting money into it and he is unemployed,that he would ask if he could have them pick it up,and get it out of the road so no one would hit it and have an accident ,and he'd surrender the truck the next day. They agreed. They also let him get his stuff out of the truck. He forgot my handicap plaquered in it and the driver that picked the truck up,brought it to me! I can't remember his name but if you ever need help,call Smiths towing! They went above and beyond the call of duty! Sadly,I can't remember his name,but THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for everything!

I had smith towing pick up my car, I had told the man to take it to my house that'd I'd pay the total cost and he told me no, that he wants to take it back to smith towing. A few days later I come in to pick up important paperwork, my license, and other documents and the man said I couldn't go into my own vehicle, quite an awful experience, they don't work with you, they work against you, never recommend this place for any towing. Hands down straight awful person working there.

I feel I was sent two angels to my rescue. My car stopped on hey 59, they towed us to a Loves so we could use a restroom then to a motel, helped with luggage and stored my car safely overnight, then took it to the repair shop before 8 in the morning. I highly recommend Smith Towing,

I called triple A and they had sent Mike with Smiths towing to assist me. He is very professional, considerate and kind. I will definitely be using smith towing for all my service needs when needed.

Unfortunately, my friend and I both had flats in the last couple of weeks. Fortunately, Robert responded to both calls. Arrival was timely and service was efficiently provided. Robert is conversational and provides excellent customer service!

Best tow experience I've ever had. My husband car broke down on his way to work at 3-ish in the morning. So I was stuck calling around to find a tow. I found this company, one of the only ones to answer the phone that early with a reasonable price for a tow of 20 miles. The dispatcher was polite and knowledgeable. Jayson, the tower was professional and on time despite it being 4 am. Would definitely recommend this company!

They've helped me multiple times. I know call them first, then my AAA. They're prompt, friendly and fair pricing! I left there feeling horrible. I had almost lost my son in a wreck and I go there to retrieve a few things from the car and take pics for the insurance. The lady at the front desk had horrible customer service skills. Seemed like I was bothering her or something. Just cold and uncaring, but the worst was the guy that took me to the car. He asked me twice if my son was lying to me about the car pulling out in front of him. He doesn't know my son so why would you say something like that especially right after a family has went through a traumatic situation. Then he got upset because I need to uncover the car to take pics for the insurance. I said I can't send them pics of half of the car. He told me i had to retarp it. Mind you I'm crippled and using a cane. My balance isn't good. Why would you ask that of me. Then I'm getting a few things from the car like the tools that belong to my deceased dad and a basketball, etc. It's was blazing hot outside and Im carrying these things very awkwardly because I can only use one hand and this guy walks off ahead of me and doesn't offer to help me at all. It was by far one the worst experiences I've had in a place of business. Never ever will I use them again.

Called smith towing to inquire about having a 8 by 20 container moved was told yes they can move the container Would be here by 5pm Mr Charles did an awesome job he was very polite and professional pricing was reasonable Thank You Mr Charles

Chuck was a tremendous professional and able to get our Tiffin Allegro Bus to the Cummins dealership. From the first call to drop off was about 4 hours, not bad for moving a 38,000 pound RV 30 miles. If you need something big towed, Chuck and Smith Towing can get it done.

These people are as crooked as the thieves that sold my truck. They charged $ 1400 to tow the truck to their lot where they charged $ 70/Day for storage. Liberty County Sheriff must have a contract with this company and they get the first call (I wonder why?) DO NOT USE this company because they have HORRIBLE customer service!! I would give zero stars if I could!!!
