GALVESTON BUSINESS OWNERS - NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY FOR EVENTS. They are sleazy & incredibly rude. If you’re wondering if this is true, I rarely leave reviews unless the service is incredibly horrible or incredibly great. AAAA defied my understanding of horrible. My car was unjustly towed (for context, I am also going to ensure that end of the situation is taken care of). However, when I went to pick it off the lot, one of their employees yelled at me and maintained a very aggressive tone while I simply tried to ask questions about their rules & regulations, so I could make sure I could obtain my vehicle without getting jilted AGAIN. The same employee proceeded to rush me off the lot very rudely, and while I tried to back out of their janky lot (with exposed metal 1inch from my car and overgrown plants underneath, let alone the gate was half blocked by his truck, which made it even more difficult to back out) his RANDOM friend was circling around on a motorbike honking at me. I pulled into the street, and my accelerator was shaking, and it sounded like plastic was under the car. I parked and it stopped after I resumed driving however, if it returns, I know who to blame. My car was recently inspected. If they respond to this review in defense, I’ll preface that my boyfriend was not nice on the phone with the manager (who controls the dispatch employees) however, I apologized for his behavior on the phone AND in text AND in person to the dispatch folks that I met with. However, every person in the chain of command still treated ME like crap, despite the fact that I tried to start every conversation on a civil level and apologized for my boyfriends rude behavior (which was emotionally charged due to their UTTER lack of help given the unfairness of my situation. I also didn’t feel as if they were transparent about the contracts and the rules of doing business with them at any point. There’s no website. None of their names are online. There’s no phone number for the owner. The manager would not connect me with the owner. When I tried to ask any questions about the legalities of my situation (or at least just read the the fine print in which is employer forces them to operate under), the rude dispatch guy pointed to the prices, which are jankily displayed on a poster on the fence. I had to get my car from them, I had no other option. But then there was no fine print to review before giving them my money. He also said I was getting a “discount” and I should be happy with it however, if I’m getting a discount, I would like to know exactly what for what and why I’m getting that discount BEFORE I make the purchase. Instead he raised his voice (basically during the whole interaction I’ll be honest), had a condescending tone, and don’t forget his friend was essentially trying to chase me off a lot with his motorcycle. Every person I talk to evaded every question I asked. The problem originated with the people who hired this company, however, future business owners - just note that this company is horrible for working events and dealing with human beings in a kind way. I withheld the names of the people I spoke today to preserve their jobs, which, apparently, the dispatch worker said he loves so much, but if my car is damaged further, I will contemplate legal action.

I use this towing company all the time and they are always top-notch. Fast, reliable, and professional every single time. Best towing in Galveston without a doubt.
