I have been twice for auto diagnosis and both times the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Awesome here's a Helping Review, man named Jonathan at front counter was very helpful/informative. Got me my ignition coil, even pulled up the engine fire/cylinders order diagram when I ask, to make sure I would be replacing the right coil. Cars running again like a Champ again! Thank you!

Thank you, Jonathon, for helping us chose the right fluid for my Stepdads' car. Who knew that instead of regular steering wheel fluid, we needed transmission fluid. By looking it up and making sure what the manufacturer calls for. Thank you!!!

Excellent place to shop for everything you need for your vehicle. The salesperson Gil was very helpful and knowledgeable I will definitely be coming back to the store even though it's way out of my way!

A big shout out and thank you to two wonderful gentlemen, David and Jeremiah. Helped me to find everything I needed for my bike so I could continue enjoying myself at the rally this weekend. Right parts and tools to get me going again and with extra testing I was able to correct another issue as well. These guys and gals are the best.. I use them regularly in Austin, TX. On our way to the beach for a long weekend, and the battery gives out. Stopped in, purchased the battery, and the two gents installed it with a smile. That's service above and beyond. Be sure to use them for every need you may have. Thanks fellows..

Dylan is GREAT! called an hour ahead to see if they could help scan my parents car cause a cel came on while they were visiting the area from Florida. Dylan picked up with a great attitude and was very kind and helpful. Told him ahead that my parents will need the help since they Don’t speak the best English and worried about the cel. When my parents arrived within the hour, dyaln was prepared for them with a scan tool on stand by. He scanned for code. And then gave me a good explanation on what the issue was over the phone . (Active grill shutter) overall my parents and I had a great and easy experience at o Riley’s. Big thank you to this store and Dylan for the help!

Had an underbody issue on my car this morning after getting off of a cruise. The whole staff of this O'Reilly's Auto parts were extremely helpful and extremely kind. They help me find the parts I needed and they even gave me a Band-Aid when I cut my hand. Highly recommend this group for your auto parts

I wish I could tell you just how great your store manager is.Trina I believe is the best employee that O'Reilly has period !She always very helpful no matter what the situation is she always seems to have a solution, and her staff is always very helpful. I own a small company ,we have about 200 employees and I so wish I had twenty Trina 's !!!!

The parts man was helpful, even though they didn't have the part in stock. It was a pretty oddball fuel line that needed to be special ordered.

My husband's battery was dead walked to O'Reilly to get it tested and charged went back to pick it up they said battery was no good took it home and it worked just fine they lied to us to try and sell us a new one

Maybe it's me but it seems like every time I inter this store the people always have an attitude like I'm bothering them to tired to help me watch and follow me I don't go here anymore I go to the other 1 by Central School because the environment is very much laid back and enjoy helping their customers.

Worst oreillys I’ve ever been too, I needed help finding something and had my brother in law on the phone - I asked Kevin at the store for help and when I described what I needed he acted totally annoyed that he had to help me, then when we didn’t understand what I was saying I asked him if my brother in law could tell him and he looked at me and said “I can’t help you I have other customers” umm…hello? I was trying to be a customer, when up the street to the additional location and they had no problem helping me find what I needed. Kevin is an example of a lazy and rude employee. With another location a few minutes up the road, I would NEVER go back here.

My check Engine light is on there are no Customers here had me waiting 35 minutes He didn’t want to see me and didn’t want to help me if you don’t want to help people why are you working like come on this don’t make no sense at all 5 minutes later a customer came in the store and left telling the man he need to help me out 10 minutes later now the man wants to help me out that’s crazy need to do better

JAMES was an amazing help! Also had great customer service!! He helped me with my new windshield wipers & also charge my battery and restart my car! Great service!

I never have a bad experience here. Employees are knowledgeable and helpful. The store is well stocked and clean. This is one if my two favorite locations.

Travelled in from out of state and experienced some engine issues shortly after arriving in Galveston. After a part mix up at the Oreillys down the road (to no fault of any individual) I called this store to see if they had the right part. It was near closing and James picked up and patiently tried to help me work through the issue. Unfortunately, they didn’t have the part but the next day I was able to get it from a local dealership and stopped into this store to borrow some tools to make the fix. James was working that day as well and once again went out of his way to help me work through the issue. It’s always great running into people like that when you’re traveling in an unfamiliar area in a not so ideal situation.

I rarely give bad reviews unless it’s absolutely warranted. I stopped in here to get wiper blades. The sign in the window says ‘free wiper installation’ and I think YAY since I’m no good with this kind of thing. The man, Greg, (that was the name on the receipt) was very polite and sold me the wipers and said he’d be out in a few minutes. We waited and waited and waited. I finally went back in the store and inquired. The other man who during the 50 minutes I was there and seemed to be doing NOTHING AT ALL nor was the woman who was also ‘working’ told me Greg would be out in a minute. The only one working, helping customers and answering the phone was Greg. I could understand if the place was packed or busy as heck but there was not one customer in the store and all three of them were just standing behind the counter chit chatting. NOT ONE!!! We left. We won’t be back to this one. I have nothing but praise for the other location on Broadway.

I called at 8:55p.m. to see if I had a warranty on a part,they said yes,come get it. I live 4 blocks away. I get there at 8:58 p.m.,another gentleman is standing at the door but the door is locked, I see someone come from the back, look me dead I’m my face then walk off as if we’re not standing there. We stood there for another 2 mins, someone else walks from the back & did the same thing. If you were going to close “EARLY” you shouldn’tve had me come up there. Now my cars running hot & I am to! Tomorrow before I head in to work best believe I be stopping by to let them know about there poor customer service,but I will be taking my business to another location.

Brian was wonderful! My AC had gone out and I didn't know how to charge it, so he directed me. I owe him one!

Amazing staff ,young gentlemen who help me with my crazy needs out of the ordinary car. never blink and stayed professional. Even help another customer with crazy oil question on oil weight . Return to helping me promptly. I drive the extra distance to go to this store.

Good service and knowledgeable people. Prices higher than other local auto parts chain (they do price matching though), but OReilly's had the parts I needed for my Harley instock. Other chain had to order the parts.

Help me out every time I go in for something. They typically help me figure out what is wrong with my truck as well and guide me to the cheapest option to get it repaired myself. They have even given me a step-by-step instruction on how to fix it. Love it here, save a ton of money.
