Kens towing of Galveston just picked up a car for the Police department in front of my house and knocked my trash can over, spilling my trash. I called and spoke to a lady, she said she would take care of it . They did.
Ken’s was very prompt to pick up my son’s car. And very polite in the phone. However both lower control arms in the rear were bent because they used them to pull the car up on the wrecker . I contacted them when I got the car home and found the issue when I put the car on my lift. Sent pictures and talked to them about it on the phone. They were receptive about taking care of the damage, and paid to have it repaired
Tow companies very rarely get to see customers that are happy and even less of a chance of being the one to make customers happy. But when I tell you that I could not have asked for better people than both Amanda and Aaron. They were both incredibly compassionate and Amanda had Aaron on the road to me in minutes. PLUS, they had the best rate on the island!
Unfortunately, my car was towed after an incident in Galveston last evening. I made an illegal Uturn on the Seawall. Then what U know, pulled over, I was Ubering.. I tried 2 talk my way out, but no, my registration was expired. Oh, I also couldn't prove the car was mind. Lost title and bill of sale. Transfer had not been completed. Amanda was GREAT!!! I explained my situation, and she guided me as 2 what I needed. 2 get my car back. As I drove up 2 her business, unbeknownst 2 me she was leaving, closed up R the tow yard. I'm patiently waiting 4 her 2 return 2 the window 2 assist me. We saw each other,we had spoken earlier on the phone. She turned around, opened the gates back up, and completed paperwork in 10 minutes (via truck headlights, Lol!!) Pid and we were outta there. Thanks, Amanda. U were Awesome!! Ken's is where U want UR vehicle towed if U ever find URSELF in an unfortunate situation like I did. FIVE STAR SERVICE⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nothing was stolen from my car and no dents or dings. From my experience in Lamarque this is not normal so they get five stars because I got my property back the way they took it. Nothing missing even LOL. Make sure you call for an appointment to get your car back they do it by hourly appointments. A little high but that's my fault for going to jail......
Not that getting your vehicle towed is ever pleasant but if it's gotta happen this company made the experience very tolerable. They were SUPER informative about cost and storage. They had very pleasant attitude. The lady named Amber was very nice after calling her a dozen times and asking same questions, never lashed out or had a bad attitude. She was super nice. The tow driver was very helpful loading my wreck onto a flat bed truck to tow our vehicle back into Houston. It was a stressful event but these guys made it so very less stress. They were amazing! THANKS KEN TOWING AND COLLISION COMPANY!! GOD BLESS YALL
Best Tow Company on the island ? They came to my rescue before they are very professional and know what their doing i highly recommend them for all your towing needs.
Mr. Willie is my favorite. He had aleays arrived quickly and gone the extra mile every time i have used kens towing. Thank you Mr Willie for such great customer service.
Only reason they got a one is because I have no other lower choice. Do not take ur vehicle to this clown. I'm telling u he will screw u around till u drop. He had no intention on doing a good or even fair job.
If you are stupid enough to take something to him make sure you have a contract. He screwed me to no end. And i choose to take my truck to him. He should've been on my side. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!
While supporting the GISD Educational Foundation fundraiser, which provides much needed money to teachers, I ran into Eatcetera to pick up my order (for 3 minutes) and walked outside to Tony (with AAAA, not Kens, is this legal?) towing my vehicle. He was callous, rude and charged me $125 drop fee even though he wasn't completely finished with the tow. He also told me he didn't take checks and made me walk three blocks with arms full of food, crying my eyes out to the ATM. I then called the owner of Kens since that's the name on my receipt who was even more inconsiderate. And there wasn't even a sign in front of the spot I parked in. Way to support Galvestonians!
Got stuck at the beach, went swimming with my car fob in my pocket. Ryan came to my rescue - he was great. He even waited at the dealership to see if they had the fob or needed to order in case I needed a ride to Enterprise to rent a car!!! Need a tow - call them!!
My husband was in a car accident. Ken's Towing showed up before we had a chance to call anyone. While the ambulance was still working on getting my husband out of the vehicle, the tow driver assures me that they will tow the vehicle, work with my insurance and tow it to whatever repair shop I need them to. Worried about my husband, I agreed. I had heard of Ken's and the driver seemed so nice assuring me everything would be ok. A few days later, I get a phone call from someone at Ken's demanding over 300 dollars in storage fees. Shocked I told her that my insurance is supposed to be handling this and that I was assured by the driver that they would work with my insurance company. Thinking that it's been taken care of, I continue to communicate with my insurance and take care of my husband, now out of the hospital. Today we finally get the call that we can move the car to our repair shop. When we go to pick up our belongings from the car, we are told that our lien holder is going to repossess the car. Shocked, since we are not behind on payments I call my lien holder. They tell me Ken's has reported a lien on the car for non-payment of storage dues! It's been 1 week. Not months. We have received NO bills, no other payment requests after that 1st phone call. THIS IS WORKING WITH MY INSURANCE? I would caution anyone to avoid Ken's Towing if you don't want a headache dealing with hospitals, insurance and SCAMMY towing companies that SEEM nice. Very disappointed and if I EVER have to have a vehicle towed again, I will wait on the side of the road forever before using them again. I don't deal with liars or cheats.
