The store manager Rodney really came through for me as I was doing a side job for a customer who is active military. Need it paint to match customers vehicle Rodney who has great knowledge with this, assisted me all the way through. This professionalism and his willingness to go above and beyond to ensure complete customer satisfaction is the reason why I will continue to be a loyal customer and also I shared this experience with my customer who she and her husband are active military to let them know how awesome Rodney is at that store in Galveston right off of Broadway been 30th Street I believe. Rodney I want to say thank you it really means everything to me and to everybody else out there of who you are not only as a person but as a manager who goes above and beyond for the needs of his customers you deserve a raise sir.

Service Agents are extremely helpful. If you ask nicely they will assist you with your car and they will replace your old whatever it is for the new one, if its simple.

I pulled up at O'Reilly Bradley was helping another person with there vechile. He heard my vechile when I pulled in the parking lot, and said give me a second. I know exactly what's going on with your vechile. After he finished with the ppl he was working with. He helped me. What I thought I need wasn't it. Bradley got exactly what I need. Great great employee. Management material.

This place is hands down the best! Forget Auto Zone, and definitely beats a trip to Walmart! Rodney, and Justin were so kind, and helpful! Needed wiper blades on the fly in the rain, and a tarp for an unknown leak. They’re very customer-focused, and take time to actually walk away from the register and help on the floor! Justin even put my wiper blade on for me in the rain, and Rodney had me walking out with complimentary mouse pads. Lol These guys have obviously been trained well!

I think it was Kevin, who helped us. We were overheating. We chose an antifreeze and went to pay. I don't recall how he broached it. But, he casually asked what we were putting it in. We said, "a Ford Explorer." In a non-judgmental way, he asked, "It doesn't take orange?" I recalled seeing something on the cap, on the antifreeze reservoir saying something about - orange. He asked some particulars about the car, answers to which we were uncertain. So, he looked up our Explorer using the license plate and got the engine details he needed to help us. He told us which antifreeze would work. We grabbed it and returned to the register. He saved us one more time. We needed pre-diluted, as we had no wherewithal to add water. So, one more trip to the shelf, we were on our way. We thought the antifreeze might only be a stopgap until we could go to the mechanic. But, it appears to have completely solved our problem. We stopped by to get a Check Engine Light Diagnosis, Employee by the name of Jorge was very helpful and knowledgeable not to mention very Friendly and Calm. He helped us get the right parts, even went out of his way to look under the hood and take a look at a possible problem! Ask for Jorge!!!

Was in Galveston to get on a cruise ship the next day. I received an email for a sale on Bosh windshield wipers. By one, get one free. It was going to expire before I got back. So I made a quick stop and picked up 4 sets. Paid $129. I drive over 100k miles a year. Store was very helpful and even brought me a box of 5 out instead of having individual ones.

First off, I want to give a huge thank you to the Tall blonde lady, she is always smiling and always very helpful and cheerful. Always a pleasure to come in at O'Reilly Auto Parts on Broadway. She was extremely nice and helpful with helping my boyfriend and I fine the right power steering pulley kit. Always great service and I will be coming back if I need anything for my truck.

There are Auto Parts Store's close to my home, I will drive that little extra few miles just to do business with this O'Reilly's. The staff are so welcoming and accommodating, The young lady, Emily ,she is always willing to help . If I could have I would have given them 100 stars . The work moral is clearly good, and that means good management.

They were quick to diagnose the problem, sell and install a battery, and get me on my way. The young man who installed the battery was so nice. I told him I appreciated his respectful attitude while doing the installation because most young men are not that nice. He said that he was raised right and "I have a Grandma too and I hope someone would treat her the same."

I am an older woman who went here for a gas cap. I waited in line as someone was at the register in front of me. There were several other registers unmanned so some employee opened that register and asked who's next, I started to step up and some rude man cut me off. Waited again and it happened again. Third time I left.... Never to return again and I will make sure everyone knows how they treat ladies there!

Usually great place for parts, when I did my breaks they forgot to order them, and when they came in I got home and they were wrong ones. Went back to store and all they had was the cheap pads in stock, considering car was in the air with everything Already apart I had no choice but to go with the cheap ones. Lots of trips back and forth for no reason. Should have been the right ones from the start.

Courtney went above and beyond and he helped me so much today and saved me so much money today. I went to classic because my trunk wouldn't close and they informed me my warranty wouldn't cover and it would be $500 to change the latch on my car. Me and my husband thought that was bizarre since we had just purchased this car 2 weeks ago, and already the entire latch to the trunk didn't work. so I went to Oreilly's to see how much the same part would be and it was only $188, so i asked them to order it. I came in to pick up the part and brought in the old Latch that was supposedly broken. Courtney took me outside to try it out he was trying EVERYTHING and he couldn't figure out why they said the Latch was broken, the poor guy was sweating so bad, he stood there for a min and asked if they checked the fuse, i said they didn't tell me anything about that. Wouldn't you know the fuse was burned out, he changed the fuse and then my truck with the original latch worked perfectly. i say all this to say if Classic would of taken the time to check and go above and beyond like Courtney did the experience would of been much better. Courtney deserves a raise or a bonus he saved me hundreds of dollars by just taking the time to help me. thank you so much Courtney!

The staff member that helped me was extremely nice and helpful with a bad battery I was given on a new used car I had purchased one day ago. Sorry I didn't get his name but the gentleman had a long ponytail and is a full size guy with a full size helpful heart! Thank you sir!

My daughter’s car was having trouble starting so She went to get the battery tested. Able and his coworkers did a great job getting the old battery out (it’s a Ford Focus and was really corroded) and installing a new one. I appreciated their knowledge and expertise!

I went to this location with a check engine light on to have them test the code and find out what was going on with my car. I went in and there was a couple of people in line in front of me. I had a suspicion it was my spark plugs, ( it was) and intended to purchase the plugs from this location. As we waited more people came in. The cashier twice took care of people that came in after us. I finally spoke up and asked to be helped. A man with a beard said, yes, what do you need? I explained what was going on and he said, look one of us will get to you when we can. He waved his hand around and said, we are kind of busy you know. I stood there getting upset as they continued to take care of customers as they walked in the door while we had to stand and wait. This is unbelievable and if I ran this store I'd hire a new staff! Going to Auto Zone now!???

First off, I want to give a huge thank you to Abel at O'Reilly Auto Parts on Broadway. I called ahead of time and asked if they had trailer light parts and he told me they did. When I arrived, Abel showed me the parts I needed and even told me how to install them. After about an hour, I was unable to install the part and told him that I would have to take it into a repair shop. Since it was hot outside, he gave me some water before leaving. Even though the install was unsuccessful, I appreciate the kindness and help that Abel provided. Thank you!

Decent auto parts store on the island, but they are terrible with their store hours. I've showed up in the morning for them to open up 20 minutes late, and I've had them close 30 minutes early before for seemingly no reason. As long as I show up in the middle of the day, it's all good.
