They were so nice and helpful. We were not the best mood, due to our cars AC going out and just starting a ten hour ride back to OK. They helped us get what we needed to charge it and get back on the road. Luckily the AC lasted the whole ride and we didn't have to deal with 100 degree weather inside the car.

This is one of the good Autozones.??️ Ashleigh, the store manager, is really friendly and she actually knows what she is talking about. There are a couple of employees who have given me very helpful advice. Will DEFINITELY be going back! And I 100% recommend this autozone specifically. They will help you know what you need to do and where to start?
I’m an IBC and I know my cars pretty well, but the island weather plays tricks on the car that are just new to me! The team has always been helpful and kind, today I had Wanda and Ashleigh help me out and I’m leaving a happy customer! I didn’t even mind the cost when you have service like that.
Absolutely fantastic. Teresa(not sure if I spelled her name correctly)was absolutely amazing. She helped me with my 2015 Kia soul+ when it started acting really weird while we were there on vacation from Ft. Worth. Come to find out my engine completely locked up(after I had only had it for 12 days). Went to CarMax in Houston and they worked everything out with my CarMax in Ft. Worth and was able to get a 2020 vehicle. Thank you so much Teresa for all your help.
I stopped at Broadway store for for wipers & specified "mid grade" the lady rang them up, $51.. It was raining so I didn't ask for help to put them on. Then I start thinking that price seems high. I'm going west so I stop in at 59th St. Store
I explain the situation to employee, Miguel. He asked me what model my car was & I didn't know, just a Rogue. He goes out, gets my VIN # & looks up my Rogue. He then pulls up my options & I get a 50% refund for mid grade. I don't even have to ask Miguel, he automatically grabs the wipers and said " now let me put these on for you" Miguel went above & beyond providing exceptional customer service. Thank You Miguel. Not only is the staff helpful in finding what you need, but they will even assist you on deciphering specifically what the problem is, & aid you in the repair/replacement of parts on your vehicle, free of charge. This is the only place I go to now when my car is in need of attention/services that I feel I may render. Thank you!
Friendly service they always give me the parts I need. Help me scan my vehicle's computer to be able to make sure what could be wrong with it. Always lend a helping hand. They even have an oil dump for you to dump your oil when changing your cars oil in the parking lot. Gives you some of the best and cheaper deals before they give you the higher price deals which for me I like my options. I've been going there since I've been on the island my entire life and honestly it's one of my favorite places to go when I need to get parts that I need not even order them for when I need them.

Jarred was awesome! He was polite, helpful and competent. In fact, all of the employees were very helpful and more importantly polite and courteous! I can definitely recommend going here if your battery goes dead!
Omg this place is awesome! We got there after 8 at night because our rental car stopped on us. They went above and beyond to help. It turned out to be just the battery and I had to get a new one, but they tested and after that it was perfect. They were very sympathetic knowing that we were away from home in a rental. The customer service is great, seriously great!
Spent an hour with 3 women who work here, all three went above and beyond to help me (successfully) change out my ridiculously difficult car remote. It made my day to have people care so much and to celebrate our success, together! Thanks for making my day a little brighter, you ladies rock!
First time I've rated a place 1 star and they didn't even earn 1 star. The absolute worst costumer service I've ever experienced in my life. I came into this location for a replacement headlight. Timothy and Sam were fantastic when they discovered an issue with the headlight, instead of making me special order an expensive part they simply pulled out the pliers and made a small tweak. Now my lights work great! Thank you for awesome customer service and your consideration of my budget!
This is the second time different situation I get told to come back the next morning to get a refund from a manager due to employee not knowing how to do a refund. I asked Michael C. If he could try and refund to initial form of payment he got an attitude and raised his voice and said he already tried and he wasn’t going to do it again. Customer service was not good will definitely not be returning to this location for inconvenience and poor customer service.
Rory P. was AWESOME! I wish there were more people like him! Professional, friendly, & courteous. The store was busy. Everyone was assisting someone. Very busy store in Galveston Texas. Right now there's a very good staff that's helpful and knowledgeable. Manager seems very sharp. Sign up for your rewards card and check the sales flyers because sales are pretty frequent. I like their check engine code system. They print them out and help you determine a plan of action if you have several codes
