My husband got into a wreck called them because I always see them passing on my block they got the best price and the man that answered was very nice and was helpful the other tow company was over priced and very rude giving the situation thank you Dylan for making a bad night feel a little better doing what you could no hesitation definitely will be using them in the future

Bud was very helpful and answered all my questions. DJ is a friendly driver who was fast, efficient, and respectful. Way better priced than some of ther other towing companies I called. Would choose Best In The West Towing again!
Hit a deer at night on 338 loop east and needed a tow, Best In The West responded super quick. Driver Dylan was awesome. Also their other other drivers and office personnel went out of their way the next day helping me find a body shop. This is how it’s done ya’ll, prompt, professional and friendly. Next time I need a tow, calling them first

Call about a roll back and ask if the vehicle starts and runs. Obviously no, that's why I'm calling. Lol. It's as simply as picking it up and rolling it on my trailer. Had this done several times. Guys isn't very knowledgeable at all.

I was stranded on a busy road during rush hour. Honking horns everywhere. Called another place and they said about an hour wait. Called these guys and their driver, Dylan, showed up in less than 20 minutes, set out comes, diverted traffic and loaded my car flawlessly. Then dropped me at home, and even turned my car around so the nose was in the garage where I could work on it.

Took them 4 hours to get here at the top it off the car got hung up going on the truck so the driver Dillon just forced it on there ripping the Driveline and the muffler

There I was stranded in the middle of the brutal Texas desert.

I was in desperate need of help and after calling roadside assistance it was Best in the West Towing to the rescue!
It was late in the afternoon and the tire shops were scheduled to close in under two hours.
They were there super fast and hooked up my truck and got it to a tire shop with plenty of time to spare.
Very friendly and professional service.
They hooked my truck up with care making sure not to cause any damage.
I’m very happy they answered the call.
I was able to get my tires changed out and continue my cross Texas trip that same day.

Lost my set of keys and my car was stuck in the carport. No one wanted to help, simply said they couldn’t do it and didn’t try to bring anyone else out. Best West Towing came out and the driver got off and handled it with no problems or questions asked. So professional and would recommend over again ! Thank you!
By far one of the best and most professional people the Owner/Driver is a stand up guy he took care of my tow with no problem and the price is reasonable I will be using them in the future again if I ever need to hopefully I won’t anytime soon but if I do they will be the first one I’ll call….
Due to the heavy rains my husband’s car got stuck on a flooded street in Odessa. I called several towing companies, and out of all of them he was the only one that was able and willing to help. He showed up to his location quickly and was able to tow the car to our place. Definitely recommend!
My car was knee high deep underwater and shut off completely and within minutes after calling he showed up and pulled my car out of the water without any problems. Will definitely call him again if ever needed.
