Cariann in the parts department was absolutely amazing to deal with over the phone. Calling from out of state she had the parts I needed and shipped them out the same day. The payment option was very fast to pay for my parts. Very nice and friendly! Looking forward to doing business again.

Definitely one of the best trailer shops in all of Texas. A very knowledgeable individual named Clint works at the front desk parts department. This gentleman is a BEAST. Not only does he provide outstanding customer service but he knows all of the parts and equipment prices off hand. He's very impressive. When I need something ordered he gets it done and the item arrives quickly. This whole store runs like a well-oiled machine.

This place has made a business take off between Paul, Clint & Rene their delivery driver there is no more professional of a crew everytime I call or ask a question these guys know what they are talking about and for as big as a company that they are it seems like they drop everything and come running I can't express how great it is to have them on your side

FAST SERVICE ON A REEFER TRAILER. ALTERNATOR AND BATTERY. DRIVE IN, NO APPT, THEY JUMPED ON IT RIGHT AWAY. MUCH APPRECIATED AS TIME IS MONEY.
