I had a great experience here. They were booked but got me into their shop on 2nd street the same day. They were very helpful and super nice! Will definitely use them again!

We have used Premier on several occasions and have been very pleased with their service on three different vehicles we have taken there. Quick and professional service and I dont feel as though I have been taken advantage of there. I've always dealt with Travis there on every occasion and this place for your first stop for car care. Can't be careful enough with the toys.

We had a technician break down (serpentine belt) as he was leaving Odessa to drive back home to Lubbock at 3PM. Called Premier and they said they'd do their best to get him back on the road. True their word, they had him back on the road home by 5PM. Gotta appreciate good ol West Texas folks, and their willingness to help out when you find yourself in a bind. :-)

This is my third time taking my 2019 Ford F-150 to Premier for repair. They have been extremely helpful and very profesional. I received a prompt diagnosis of the problem, the estimated cost and the time frame to repair it. In all three experiences they were right on target, except I had my truck back sooner then they estimated. I will reccomend their service to everyone who needs repairs done to their vehicle. The repairs I had them do was a rear end replacement, a new engine installed when the phasers went out at 225,000 miles, and a new alternator replaced I thank them for their service

I called several places to get the problem solved. Premier answered my call and fixed the problem. Quick and fast. Because of premier car care, now I look like a hero to my friend. Thx Premier. I owe you one. Now I can call this place again, when my friend has car problems again .

Great service every time I have used them. My work car alignment was off. I got it in at 7:00 and they finished at 9:28... You can trust your wheels to them. No scamming here!!!

These folks were incredible to work with. I was traveling across the country and began to recognize issues with my '96 Chevy S10. Several garages were too busy or didn't handle older vehicles, but not Premier Car Care Center on East 42nd! No joke, I was sweating that my truck may not get through the next 5 miles to reach their shop. I did. They quickly identified that my alternator was shot and they sent a gopher to grab it, because the local part dealer would take too long to deliver! They had me in and out within 2 hours!! For the service and peace of mind, these folks were worth every penny. I know I had an excellent experience and I hope that you have the same.

I took my Honda in at 7:30 a.m and diagnostics and repairs were completed the same day! I was told by another shop that it would be a few days. One day service at Premier, WOW! Highly recommend!

So I had taken my car to the Toyota dealership to have the air conditioner fixed because sometimes it would work and sometimes it wouldn’t. They sent me a list of things that they said needed to be fixed. They were just trying to scam me out of more money. They also told me they would have to keep my car in the shop and that they didn’t know when I would get it back because they are understaffed. I couldn’t leave the car there because I don’t have an extra car to get around in. I eventually had to take it somewhere else because it’s getting too hot to drive around without AC. So I took it to Premier and I was so amazed because I only had to leave it for one night, and they didn’t try to scam me by giving me a list of things that they thought I should repair, and I didn’t have to pay an arm and a leg to have it repaired. I got a call from a guy named Travis. He called to inform me my car was ready and then even asked me if someone else had looked at the AC. Turns out that someone at Toyota purposely did not put the part back on my Toyota that needed repair! Seems to me they thought it might get me to return to the dealership to spend an arm and a leg. Anyway I assume it was Travis that worked on my car. My air conditioner has been working so good. I’m a happy camper. I highly recommend Travis to work on it if you are able to request him. Premier is by far the best shop in Odessa. I’ve taken both of my vehicles to this shop and have had the best mechanic experience there. Great customer service, they call and give you updates on your vehicle frequently. They get to the source of the issue and fix your vehicle in a very timely manner along with fair mechanical pricing. Highly recommend!

I recently had my car serviced at Premier Car Care Center, and the experience was fantastic, thanks to Travis and Rhonda. Both of them made me feel welcome. It's rare to find such friendly and efficient service. I highly recommend Premier Car Care for anyone needing reliable car service. Travis and Rhonda really make you feel taken care of!

Just ain't gonna use them anymore.when I arrived nothing was leaking. No lights on. They did my wheeling bearing and now it's leaking with lights on. Of course, they didn't do anything wrong.... I know the trucks got some miles on it. But the facts are. It wasn't leaking. There wasn't any lights on. When they removed the bearing they most likely damaged my backing plate. Then offered to charge me for a new one and to put it on. I get thats its an old truck. But the facts are facts. It shouldn't leave worse off. Nor should I have to pay for their mistakes.

Greta people are work. I wouldn't trust my classic 1971 Mach 1 Mustang to anyone else

The best auto service experience I have ever had, bar none! I was on a trip and noticed a pronounced shimmy when using the brakes at high speed. They got me right in. Kyle went on a test drive with me and diagnosed the problem. He got right on it and fixed the problem that afternoon, when the dealers were 3 to 5 days out just to look at it. The repairs were excellent and were fairly priced, and the service was great. Wish I had a Premier Car Care in my hometown. Would give them 6 stars if I could!

Premier did a great job of explaining the process of their inspection. We are very happy with the work done on our vehicle. Definitely recommend them to any family or friends who are needing repair work on their vehicles.

These guys took care of my problem the same day I dropped my car off. They were reasonably priced and super nice. I asked the manager when he could work on my car and he said bring it in Monday morning, my car was ready for pick up before 5PM the same day. I will definitely be taking my other vehicles to Premiere Auto Care.

Brought my own car through for inspection turned out I needed both front and back end suspension work. Picked up my car reasonably quick after 3 days and it handles great. Thanks again Premier!!!

Quick service. Great job on the polishing of headlights. They really needed it. Professional service in reviewing the transmission for a leak and cleaning the goo from under the car. Polite and quick service every time. Thank you.

I would give this place 10 stars if I could. Dropped my car off to replace a rear view mirror at noon. And by 5 p.m the same day, I got a call confirming the job was finished. Decent prices for parts + labor. Recommend.

Mother in law accidentally put almost 7 gallons of DEF into her gas tank. I towed the care here because I’ve used them reliably for over a decade. When I arrived I explained to them what happened. After sitting for 2 weeks the call with a diag of DEF in the fuel. Who would have imagined?!? The quote was too high so I declined the work. I was then told I owed $175 for the diagnostic. Ya know the one where they went “yep, DEF in the gas tank”. The culture has obviously changed at this facility from one of building loyal customers for years to come, to a greed driven short term focused operation. The reputation Dave built is sadly being dismantled. I’ll never go back.

Once again I’m Ecstatic at the service I’ve received from this place of business they’ve always went the extra mile to gave wonderful customer service. I’ve been receiving customer service like this since about 2009 and they have always stood behind their work. Funny how Freedom in Odessa tried to convince me to replace my transfer case for $3500 and ever considered checking other alternative that dealership is nothing but a scam if you want your vehicle fixed properly and honest ppl working on your vehicle Premier Auto Care is the place Greatly Appreciate You Guys

Took my truck in because my brakes were making a strange sound. The guys there were nice to work with and called to explain what was going on. They kept me updated and did not withhold any information relating to the repairs. I could tell they were extremely busy (good thing in my eyes) but still got my truck in and out. I have sent about three people to them and have all been taken care of. Last side note....they are the only mechanic shop that has ever sent me a thank you card.

Very friendly and awesome staff!! Got my vehicle done sooner than anticipated. They were quick to call with the problem and the solution! They got my ac fixed up quick and changed the front drive line on my dodge 2003 2500. They also changed out the u joints. Very happy with the work and customer service. Only giving 4 stars because the price for the front drive line was $700 for just the part. And after looking online the most expensive one I could find was an upgraded one for $399 brand new, cheapest one was $130. So I feel the $700 for the part was a little excessive. But the quality of work and friendliness of the staff was top notch. I will still continue taking my vehicles to them and would def reccomend them to anyone, but with the warning of the high prices for the parts.

Great service and friendly people. Have me frequent updates on my vehicle. When a recall came up for my car for a timing chain, they made sure they sent it to the dealership for me. It was a long process and it was tossed back and forth but I had no issues with Premier. They know what they were doing and proved the service department at the dealership wrong. Great people.
