Do not do business with this company! They will try and rip you off, sell faulty products that do not do what they are supposed to do and then just tell you that it is what it is. I bought a bed cover that cost over $1200 for it to leak water so bad it got my customers products wet after a rain.
I had to go in 3 times before they decided to take the bed cover off and refund my money. Wasted my time and now I have to find another place to get a cover! What a joke of a company. They are rude, called me a liar when I told them how the situation was handled the 2nd time I came in to address this issue. I guess if you choose to do business with this company be prepared to chance the dysfunctionality of doing so. I even looked up the manufacturer website stating it was ment to keep the bed dry. Also this is not a Better Business Bureau accredited company.
Like others, I DO NOT recommend this shop, I'm still paying for their shit work & it's been 2 years later! The dealer told me that I'm "lucky your vehicle hasn't caught on FIRE with the horrible 2nd grade wiring job, under your steering column!" They also damaged my A/C while doing this shit work & admitted to it later after I called management to tell them of one of these COSTLY REPAIRS!!!! The list goes on & on what I've had to fix... DO NOT use this company, you WILL NOT GET what you paid for!
Went there 4 time within the last 2 years to have light put on my truck. Every time a different excuse. I'm guessing certain people's money isn't good enough for them.
Bought the redneck ram, hydro assist for my '11 jku, with dynatrac 60's, and 40" tires. Staff was extremely helpful with any and all questions I had. I've been using, and abusing it for over 2 years, and not a single problem with their system. Awesome company to deal with !!
Despite initial difficulties with the Redneck Ram Hydro Assist gear box, a resolution was negotiated and I have settled my differences with West Texas Off-road.
Awesome job by the installers and very happy with how fast they scheduled me in. Was after hours when I could pick up my truck and the guys were great on hiding my key fob and letting me know where. Will definitely use them again
Tried to do business with this company had the gentleman order me some bumpers supposedly he was looking for him and never got back with me told me he could get that you get my vehicle in and out and then whenever I call back to ask about the bumpers that I had ordered because he was not returning my call he tells me that he can’t find them and then it would be at least a week and a half before they could even get to me anyway I would not recommend using this company I’ll be going somewhere else besides Midland Odessa
I called up got a hold of Justin with some questions about my steering system I told him what I was running.(stock power steering. A PSC steering box and I a unbranded hydraulic ram) which is not what they make or carry told him of my problems and he totally helped me through it their customer service is top-notch when I replace my system I know who I'm calling. Thanks guys
Week b4 Xmas I damaged my husband bumper...I paid by debit for install then 400 cash for bumper did appt get home go to reverse sensors go off well in morning at work I go check bumper sensors are lose I call and get them telling me why didn't I turn back long story short 2 sensors in truck were set off then my husband hada go buy sensors to bumper cuz they were all broken where they hook...but even if this place has been in business over 40 years you have different employees and the young man who told me I should've come back was not very nice if you all wanna make things right you should try harder I'm a woman my husband out of town send your tech to me to fix what you all wronged ...we have done previous business here well my husband but no longer and we will not recommend not because the error but the gentleman whom spoke to me upset me with his words more was said but I won't say it here...they other employees were nice and compassionate especially cuz I was so upset that I had damaged the bumper..my husband also called back after I was crying of how the employee made me feel when he spoke to me my husband said he got short mouthed with him too
I would not recommend this business at all. Ordered some side steps on a Saturday, because this place does not carry them. Made an appointment for the next Saturday, the side steps came in Wednesday. Drove all the way from Pecos, had a 9:00 install. 45 minutes later, after the try to install Ford side steps, they come tell me that the Chevorlet side steps did not come in. I paid for the side steps in cash, and low and behold they do not have the cash to reimburse me. The owner wants to write me a check, and I tell him his bank will not cash a check for..amperson who is not a member.
4/18/22 just had air horn /compressor / leaf springs added. Yes .. they did the work in 1day . Get back to Carlsbad and air compressor is going off (hence leak in air system)which I was told compressor shouldn’t turn on unless I use the air from the tank ... there’s a rattle while my truck idles.... turns out it’s the shield they installed .. also loud clunk when I hit bumps .. I’ll check that tomorrow ??! . was going to wait to tell them first before writing this memo but the work is done and paid for and honestly I don’t have time to go back to have anything readjusted or repaired . $2700 cost for shoddy work . My loss there gain . Although they are very humble gents . That’s all I have to say . I give them 2 stars
Went in wanting a Bak Revolver x4s cover for my truck, they didn't have it at this store but Taylon called around and got it overnighted for me and loaded it into my truck when it arrived. Good business, good service. 5/5
Very poor service, had a trailer hitch installed wires were put across muffler and burned came back to have replaced only to have wires hacked and spliced with wire nuts not even fixed right! Would like to have seen it done right. Now i have to go somewhere else to have it done right Lackluster customer service. Will not go there again do not go there if you need a hitch installed would give negative stars.
Went in to order install air bags and gotten professional advice not too. Installed helper springs instead. Cheaper in price but no maintenance required. Will recommend to anyone needing off road accessories
This business was truly professional and willing to help. The staff were very helpful, friendly and are thankful for people who had served in the military. When it comes to my truck accessories this is the only place I will go. Highly recommended.
Not now not ever will I buy anything from this business. Late hubby and i were "tricking' out our brand new trucks -both of them. Hubby was buying a bed liner and somehow it was not discussed that the tailgate liner would be extra. That was fine. But - he charged us installation fee AGAIN. He had JUST - JUST - written the ticket for the bed liner and charged installation fee - the invoice was still on the pad. He wrote another ticket and charged us again for installation - the same cost as installing the whole bed liner, which would be done the same time as the bed liner. I was pissed. The longer I thought about it the madder it made me. The guy working there got really rude and short with Hubby, when we went back for the truck. I told everyone in the store and a few of the trucks that pulled up out front what had happened. Two of the trucks I told out front left when we did. I'll do without tricking my truck if I have to do business with this rude, gouging business.
Professional, courteous and willing to work with us on dropping our truck off. Installed a gooseneck hitch and when we called while it was there they were more than willing to throw on an extra part for us. Would go there again. They also carry RDS fuel tanks and a wide variety of others which is nice
Walked in this morning. Was greeted kindly. Was asked if I needed any help. I asked for pricing. Was given options and handled properly. For those that can afford it, this is the place for you if they got it. I'm so glad I found out about them. I will go back and I will recommend them too!!!! Thank you guys so much. Mud flaps worked great.
Updating because James contacted me to find out what the issue was and because today as we were getting ready to leave Odessa for another job, the trailer brake went out on the truck.
They troubleshoot the issue quickly and could fix it today so we can get on the road. And when James found out who I was, he and his employees took care of us. All of his employees were nice and professional.
Thank you all for your help. And remember us women like trucks too and most of us know what we are looking for and what we want.

Walked in and was immediatly ask if i needed help by mr john harris. Friendly,helpful, attentive personell. Not black balled like usuall places where u walk in and get ignored, any question or concern i had was answered informativaly. will be doing business with them real soon
My husband had fifth wheel rails installed here. At first they didn't even use the supplied mounting hardware, just drilled the rails and bolted through the bed bolts. They had the rails so out of square that he had to loosen all the hardware and use 2 ratchet straps and a BFH just to barely get the pins in. I wouldn't take a bicycle to these guys!
I had some work done here a month ago. It was completely wrong. Wrong parts and short cuts were taken. I just went to put my fifth wheel hitch in my truck, my rails are out of square! I want my money back and the cost of correcting(by a different shop) this major screw up covered. The level of incompetence I've experienced at this shop is beyond measure!
Respectful and helpful gentlemen. The store was clean and organized. My husband had some airbags put in his truck and bought a toolbox for my truck. The gentlemen installed my toolbox before we finished paying. My husband is very happy with the work they did installing the airbags.
