This has been my go to auto supply since they opened. I stopped in last week to get filters for yearly equipment service. The guy behind the counter said they couldn’t look up filters for my 5 year old gravely mower. I didn’t bother him with the tractors. If they can’t look up filters for something they as common as that mower what’s the point. I got on my cell phone, looked them up and ordered from Amazon. $125.00 and 2 days later I have my filters. And people wonder why we go to the big box stores and online markets.
It might be an "ok" parts store if all you need is for the guy behind the counter to punch information in to a computer and tell you if they have it in stock. But if you're looking for a knowledgeable parts person to help you this isn't the place. If you want to punch information in a computer and order a part then do it on line and save yourself some money. Unknowledgeable, unskilled cashier clerks!
Be aware when you buy from Napa it makes a difference if the store is corporate or franchise - they are not Interchangeable. They do not return parts if you buy from a corporate store. Stick with O’reilly. An O’Reilly is an O’Reilly. Lesson Learned and will never shop here.
The best place around! Chris is the owner and is a incredible guy. Completely honest. He will always do what he can to help you out! You can tell his attitude is contagious because his team is the same as well. 5 STAR SERVICE!
A good group of people and friendly, but it seems like every time I go in to look for some small part for either my truck or my car they NEVER have the part and I then have to go to the dealership for vehicles that are older than 10 yrs that's embarrassing. Next time I'll just start at the dealership instead of Napa.
When you want to deal with some one that knows what they are talking about and can good advice, visit the NAPA in Wylie. Always deliver fast and the correct order!
Went there to get the car battery since they have one of the better warranty on it. Great service by the guys behind the counter. Parts are just a tab more expensive, but quality is way better than some other Auto parts store. It's worth checking them out.

Don't waste your time at Autozone or O'rilley, or Advance- these guys know what you need and if they don't have it, they can get it. It's refreshing dealing with competent, experienced professionals behind the counter.
I'm so glad I discovered this store. The service is top notch, and the owner is very knowledgeable and friendly. I was told by both O'Reillys and Autozone that I would have to get a new wheel hub assembly ordered to replace my wheel stud. I brought the stud in and after not finding it in the catalog he used a caliper to measure it and found the right part for me. I was so very pleased to be able to get the right part and get back to my life
The guys in here understand customer service. Chris is amazing and it runs off on all the other guys. I've never been in here and had anything other than a great experience.
The guy's here are knowledgeable, if they are uncertain they will go out of the way to find out. They are honest. If it is a part from a third party they will let you know and give you the option to order it in and will go pick it up. Thanks for the great service.
Needed a radiator for my 2002 Explorer. I live in Richardson but our daycare is close to this store. I picked this store because it was "convenient" for my wife. I called & spoke to Kelly at 8:00am, told him my wife would pick it up by 5:00pm. Wife arrived @5:00pm with my 2 year old daughter. Kelly & Chris loaded the parts in her car(she kinda had her hands full). She said they were EXTREMELY FRIENDLY & HELPFUL & SUPER CLEAN STORE! She felt very comfortable as a woman with baby! There is an AutoZone & ORielly's about a block from my house but I will drive out of my way to come back to this store. THIS IS MY NEW STORE!!!!! THANK YOU NAPA WYLIE, KELLY & CHRIS!
My automotive repair shop depends on these guys everyday to provide excellent service, without them my customers and I would be at a loss. Day in and day out they continue to work as a team on all levels to help me keep my customers happy and they never let me down. Old school customer service is something I expect as that is what my shop provides our customers, they always have it and don't charge extra for it. They have a great team and they always work together to make my business run smoother. They stand behind their parts 100%. I've tried the rest and now only use the best. Great service! An alternator for my bimmer showed online as not in stock at most NAPA stores but they had it the next morning AND gave me the online price which was $20 cheaper than the in store price.
Awesome, LOCALLY OWNED auto parts store. Good to know the owner is willing to make hydraulic hoses for our industrial operation that runs 24/7. If you've ever broken a hose at 2am, you understand how valuable this service is....
Always knowledgeable and helpful, these guys are great. The store has a huge selection of parts in stock - like parts stores used to carry! They've become my go-to parts store whether for my '51 MG or my 2010 F-150.
After a bad experience at one of those quick lube places, I decided I would start changing the oil and doing basic maintenance on my truck. If I do it, I know it is done right. I was very happy to find the new NAPA Auto Parts store in Wylie just minutes away from the house. Immediately upon walking in I was greeted and assisted in finding the right filter, oil and misc parts. These days it is hard to find good customer service but these folks do it right, I will be back soon!
Stopped by the new store in Wylie and WOW! What a beautiful store! I went in to get oil and a filter for my truck. After talking to the owner I realized I had been overlooking the air filter for too long and got one of those as well. Chris was a super nice guy and has been living in the area for long time. He has earned my business for the future and will be back soon to pick up some parts for my boat trailer.
I stopped at the store while on a business trip and needed wiper blades. The owner of the store came out and offered to install them so I took him up on it. Much appreciated, I love that kind of service.
