This Firestone is amazing! Keep doing what yall are doing!! Prices are reasonable and both advisors as well as techs are very knowledgeable!! The remodel that’s been done at this location is an amazing face lift, job well done! The new managers here do amazing work with their customers! Keep it up!!

Please don’t go to this place. I took my car over there to replace my car tires and Wheel alignment. They took 3 hours to do that. Second my car was absolutely fine but when i was on my way the car was making noise and suddenly on the road it shut off itself. I started and after a minute it happened again. My car shakes while it is parked and this problem came up after I brought my car from the shop. Worst ever place with technicians probably got certified and trained online.

I recently had my vehicle serviced at Firestone, and I want to recognize Nathan for the outstanding customer service he provided. From the moment I arrived, Nathan was polite, friendly, and professional. He took the time to thoroughly explain the pricing, available options, and the service process, ensuring I fully understood everything before any work was done. I truly appreciated his transparency and willingness to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. Customer service is extremely important to me, and Nathan delivered an experience that exceeded my expectations. Checked under the hood when I got home. Coolant cap off, both battery terminal covers where off. Fortunately, the cap and cover where still in the engine bay, so I could put them back on.

Very pleased with the work done at Firestone. They went above and beyond to complete a difficult exhaust repair and even stayed past store closing to complete the job and make sure it was done right. Steven was the technician and appreciate the willingness to stay and work over time until completed. I would recommend them.

The Wylie Firestone team was INCREDIBLE Today! They got my vehicle back on the road safely but was also quick and very communicative. Nate and Abraham did a wonderful job and this will always be my go to auto shop!

I’ve been coming to Wylie Firestone for years. I’ve been bringing all 3 vehicles for service here. Recently, their customer service has started to go downhill. I don’t understand why does an oil change or just 2 tire rotation takes more than 4 hours. This has now happened for the 3rd time in the row. Today, the mechanics were just holding my vehicle in the service area even after I got the call saying it is ready. When I went to pick up I noticed that they didn’t complete the tire rotation. Even when I asked for confirmation the mechanic stated he completed but the tire with scratch marks is still in the same place. I’m really disappointed at the poor services I’ve being getting especially today. I’ve no plans of coming back to this location ever again. I’ll ensure to let my friends know not to come to this location.

Employee name bredon or braydon whatever it is. I'm a long time firestone customer took my car today to check my rear tire that i have purchased back in march and its keep giving me tire pressure warning. The guy didn't look up my account and straight forwardly said that i cannot do anything with your tire because im too backed up. Ofcourse you are! Atleast he can just see what the problem is that didn't take that much of time. Will never go to this location again.

They have No value for our time. Always 2 hrs minimum for any kind of work. Managers are lousy with they dont care attitude reminds me of Pep boys. Their tires dont run as per they guarantee when we buy it. If they it will last 55k miles these tires will last only 35 to 38k miles. I have 4 cars tires done from firestone wylie and I have learnt my lesson. Never ever again giving business to these guys.

I can’t believe this location has 4 star rating? Few days ago, I waited more than 1 and half hour, still didn’t take my vehicle in, even though I made an appointment and came for appointment on time, then I asked them to reschedule for another day. I made another appointment for 2PM today, I told check in desk clerk that I hope I get my service done on time today when I check in, then Front desk staff said sorry, need to wait another 1 hour or more even today before tech can take my vehicle in, it’s a second time disappointment in less than a week, they are are not sticking to appointment times, too long waits. I would never recommend this Firestone auto location to anyone. Even one star rating is too much for this location.

The staff was super helpful and friendly. We came in late on a Sunday and the team stayed late to make sure that we were taken care of same day. This was a complete turn around from a previous experience at the Rockwall location. Even though this location is further from us, we will be back as customers. Thank you Wyile!

This is the first time an auto company will work on my car, conducted comprehensive inspection without a charge. I will not hesitate introducing my friends to them. Their loyalty is uncommon. I appreciated their service ?. Good job guys. Honesty is their watch words. Thank you Firestone Wylie TX.

Went in with several things wrong with my car but I couldn’t afford to fix it all at once. Mike went over and created a game plan on what to tackle first and was really transparent with me. I didn’t feel like it was a mechanic trying to take advantage of a woman situation. Because of this I will be returning & recommending this location to others. Update: I’ve been able to tackle the things that are needing to be taken care of with their help. They are transparent and explain everything is a way I can understand. Super pleased and it’s not so scary after all deal g with car repairs.

came here at 5:25pm 11/18/25 for a state inspection and its 7:01pm currently typing this and i am annoyed it has taken nearly 2 hours to do something so simple. not only that but the car is a 2017 not 2019 as it was printed on the inspection so i had to back to correct them because the last thing i want is the dmv to turn me away because the year on the inspection doesn’t match the vin. and the second around they did it in a heartbeat so why the wait?

Nada. Never gonna step foot in any firestone location for getting my car done. Nope. Came in here for oi change and Mentioned about tire pressure and tpms. Drove back home with tire pressure light still on. Inspection report says everything was checked. Money better spent elsewhere certainly not here.

The technician went above and beyond with our truck. Although it's a new purchase for us, it's an older model, and he was incredibly kind and patient throughout the process. We were even late for pickup, but they waited for us without hesitation!

I paid almost 3 thousand dollars for you all to fix a cooling system problem. It ran hot twice after you “fixed it”. Once because you didn’t secure a hose properly and the second time because of the cheap thermostat that you put on it and swore that it wasn’t the problem when I took it back. You kept my car for a whole week and said that it was a coolant leak, but you couldn’t find where the coolant was going even though it was leaking on the ground anywhere. You told me it must be the head gasket. I took my car for a second opinion and they took two days to replace the thermostat and it hasn’t run hot since. That was two weeks ago. So now I’m out of almost 3 thousand dollars for you to fix my cooling system and you didn’t do so. Your customer service is horrible and your mechanics are sub par to say the least. Absolutely unacceptable.

I scheduled an appointment at this Firestone location hoping it would save me time, but unfortunately, appointments don’t seem to mean much here. Despite having a confirmed time slot, I still experienced significant delays and the work took much longer than expected. When you make an appointment, you expect some level of priority or time efficiency, but that wasn’t my experience. The staff didn’t communicate well about the delays, and I ended up waiting far longer than I had planned for.

I had a crisis with my car today (okay it wasn’t but it felt like it) - anyways Mike was so patient and explained everything in a way I could understand. He helped me resolve what needed to be done right away and I will be coming back in a few weeks to have them tackle the rest. Totally saved my day & my heros!

I tried to get alignments done on my truck at several different shops with no success. This alignment feels great! And the measurements were provided to prove it. I'm actually signed up for another lifetime alignment on a different vehicle. If they can get two in a row I'll be a lifetime customer at the shop.

Had a scheduled appt of 9am. No update on vehicle except standard courtesy check email at 2:19pm!! Called 1.5hrs later since had received no other updates and finally got update. Then showed up and found out items were not completed that were clearly on paperwork (I verified). Then I was told that I would have to wait an additional hour for them to complete the remaining items because there were already cars being taken care of when it was their error that they did not complete the items and my appointment was at 9 AM. It's obvious they didn't start looking at my car at my scheduled appointment time and very poor communication! I would NOT RECOMMEND!!

Where do I start? How about customer service or lack there of. Definite lack of organization. Also no attention to the details. Here we go. I took my BRAND NEW wheels and tires to get mounted and balanced. Let’s start on the lack of customer service. They told me the customer to unload my wheels and tires by a bay door. No offer to help at all. Ok I can look past that. I decided to leave and comeback later being as there was quite a bit of a wait. I get the call to come pick them up they have completed to the job. They didn’t have the paperwork ready when I told them I was on my way. Ok no worries. Now comes the best parts. They tell me my wheels and tires should be at the back. Guess who loaded them?? Me, if they would’ve been busy I would’ve been fine with it, but almost every bay was empty. They watched me load my wheels and tires. I noticed that #1 2 center caps were missing that got tossed in the trash, #2 they damaged one of my BRAND NEW wheels. Literally took a chunk right out of it. Picture below. Bottom line if you care about the things you spend your hard earned money on don’t take them here. Highly disappointed for such a poor experience. I’m really glad I didn’t let them try and put my car in the air. I can only imagine the nightmares that would’ve come from that. Pretty pissed we’ll see if the owner or whoever monitors their reviews will respond back. I bet this lame generic response you always see from ownership. FIRESTONE WYLIE YOU SUCK AND YOU OWE ME A NEW WHEEL!

I understand that happen; however, good customer service is when you admit to a mistake and communicate it with your customer. I had an 1100am appointment to get my tires rotated and for the first 1.5 hrs they apparently forgot about my vehicle. Shortly after me asking about an ETA someone went out and pulled my car into the shop... this is where communication would be great, "sorry sir we had a miscommunication, however, we are working on it right now and will keep you updated". That's completely understandable - things happen. Unfortunately, when it takes another 1.5 hrs and you just see your car sitting there with no activity, then it is frustrating. I left Firestone at 2pm. Yes this was a company vehicle and yes they needed to get alignment approval BUT the main take away and opportunity for this location is to COMMUNICATE with your customers if there are any delays or oversight. I would also suggest that the shift supervisor have better management of vehicles in/out to help identify any delays and why there are delays and has the customer been notified. Last time I was here and had tires rotated, I was in and out in less than 1 hour. I hope this feedback helps.

I will never take my car here again, I came for an inspection, they stated I needed 4 new tires. So they ordered the tires for me however I had to leave the car there, the next following day I came to pick up my car and my door handle is broken off?? They are not being professional at their jobs, and they only stated they’d cover half when I’m not even suppose to pay a cent due to not me even having my whole car for a day?!!

Be sure to read the updates below. Be very careful going here! I had front end aligned and "certified mechanic " did not tighten, completely loose, tie rod end locking nuts. This is a critical part of steering and could lead to accident!!!! Just checked the upper control arm caster adjustments and those weren't even close to tight and far from the torque value. Also 1 of those 4 wasn't tightened at all. Changed my mind. I said be very careful going there. Instead absolutely avoid this Firestone.!!!!! Update 9/7/2023. I did as requested and sent email on 9/1/2023. I have received nothing in return. A lot of good this did sending email as I was instructed. I am more knowledgeable than the average vehicle owner by far and very experienced in the mechanical service industry and I give everyone another warning...STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!! Update 9/10 Still no reply!!! ? Update 9/15 Sent second email 5 days ago still no answer on first email or second. I was fed nothing but bull. If you go here or use Firestone at I feel really sorry for you. They don't care about anything but $$$$$ greed. I was screwed so help yourselves and run.
