Was recommend by a friend to reach out to Towing Squad when I broke down on the way to work. They were quick to answer and great pricing compared to a few I called before getting their information. Once I called they arrived quickly and service was great. He kept me updated through text during the service and made sure to let me know it had reached the destination given since I had to get to work. If ever needed again I will be using Towing Squad !

This company was awesome! After waiting THREE hours for the tow service our insurance company had us use and still no idea how much longer it was going to be, we called Towing Squad. They had us drop a pin of our lacation and told us it would he about 15 minutes. And guess what? They arrived within 15 minutes! Xavier was the driver and was very courteous and respectful! I couldn't be happier with our experience with Towing Squad!

These guys were amazing. Our sons car broke down this morning and they made it so easy. We did not have to be there. They picked up the car and took it to the mechanic and they were super timely, very professional, and responsive. I would highly recommend them.

hands down the kindest & caring service i have experienced in a while, my little infiniti was in need of help (like serious help) the shifter was jammed (its an all wheel drive g35x) the brand new duralast battery i had just installed would not work nor take a charge/jump, (i was turned away because of the circumstances most companies wouldnt deal with it)
finally i found towing squad then explained what was going on, then boom in less than 30 minutes he was there
it was a very tricky process to get my car on the flatbed
but he DID NOT GIVE UP ON ME
he found a way & provided relief because the county/town more than likely would have drug me through the mud, i couldnt thank him enough, im grateful i found this place

On more than one occasion Jay and Towing Squad showed up and showed out and got me out of a bad situation with my vehicle whether truck or motorcycle, arrived at warp speed, hooked up and hauled home safely with literally NO issues. Nothing but good things to say about this company, they’ve towed for me 3-4 times and all of them were seamless and easy. I’ve also recommended them to a couple friends who used Towing Squad and had the same quality feedback.

My Chevy Suburban fuel pump went out very suddenly and needed a tow to get it to my local shop. Towing squad is very respectful, respectful of your property, and prompt. He was there picking up my truck within 15 minutes. And the price was amazing fair! Definitely will use them again if ever needed. Highly recommend him.

He was amicable and I definitely felt like my car was in safe hands with his towing services. Even the employee at the repair shop complimented him after he had gone for his good services. I needed to get my suv towed over an hour from my address. After calling around, I found that this Towing Squad offered the most reasonable rate. Had such a positive experience with this company. My car suddenly wouldn’t start. Jay was quick to meet me and he helped diagnose the issue. Unfortunately my battery was completely dead! He towed my car to Walmart so I can get a new battery and even installed it for me. I was very appreciative of that because we all know it’s impossible to get help from someone at Walmart! Popped my 2021 Audi R8 tire and called for a flatbed tow. He arrived within 30-35 minutes and towed it to my house (no issues & also didnt scratch the bottom of the car which I was worried about). He Came back the next day and towed it to the dealership since the dealership was closed the day before. Pricing was reasonable & didnt have to wait 6 hours for AAA to arrive. All around great service.
Absolutely the best on time and friendly customer first service . None better than Jay. He's a great guy and cared about what happened with my vehicle even after I had dropped it at the service center. He was as surprised as I was when I told him I drove it home.
