The accident occurred in Texas and I live in Georgia. Matt from Crash Champions kept me informed throughout the process. The work was done perfectly and you are not able to see the difference of when it came off the lot brand new a few weeks earlier. Thank everyone at the Wylie facility.
Terrible experience. Lied to. 2024 Ford, 12,000 miles, no issues prior to drop off. Delivered to me a car with the Check Engine Light on after they unplugged everything. Truck was dirty with body shop dust. Floor liner not reinstalled. broken trim clip. Forgot to paint 3 inches of the blue door, leaving white primer showing. Had to take truck back. They said truck was ready, went back to pick it up and the paint quality got WORSE. trash in the paint (like you can feel it with your bare hand). Manager begs me to let them try a third time to do their job right. truck is EVEN DIRTIER. The junior man starts rubbing the paint shop dust into the fresh paint with a rag. These people only fix the things you complain about. They do the least amount of work and try to get you to take it like that. They wore me down after 3 weeks and I just took a poorly repaired truck and left. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE UNLESS YOU ARE A PROFESSIONAL INSPECTOR and are willing to drag a repair out for weeks, months, or maybe forever. Zero craftsmanship. Zero pride. Same ol' Service King. I'll bet they'll be changing their name again real soon when people realize it was just a rebranding with the same bad service and quality.
Brought my car here after a minor accident that was my fault, with the cop saying there was less than a 1000 damage so he did not need to issue any summons or write a report. My car had minor front end damage to the bumper and hood. The passenger side light cover was busted but the lights still worked. No fluid was leaking, and the car drove just fine with the only self diagnostic being the lighting system was off. less then 24 hours later I received a system generated text saying my car was total loss. Car was 2013 with 150k miles on it. Service tells me it would be a couple of days before they would even be able to bring it back for an estimate and less then 24 hours later my car is starting to get chopped with items being removed that weren't damaged in the crash, and there just so happens to be a progressive agent there at the time to total it, even though they still need to take it to the progressive lot to do an evaluation.
Bottom line: this place seems like a chop shop for the insurance company with no real plans to fix anything. My wife, who was an rental car adjustor, couldn't belive that was their conclusion. They looked over ever knick and Crack, gave a super inflated estimate with stuff not even involved in the crash, and totaled it. Took it to another establishment that said the light and bumber could be done for around 1,300. Don't trust these people, they're not looking out for best interests, and seem like stooges for the insurance.
Amazing and smooth process. Matt and the team were super helpful making sure the body work on My vehicle was perfect. Highly recommend them if you're in need of body work on your automobile.
I got my wife’s car repaired at this location and they took excellent care of me, the car was fix in a very timely matter and it was done really well.
Make sure you look for Matt at the office, he is the guy that helped me out, nothing but good things to say about that dude.
Great experience, I worked with Matt Shelton and he is very detail oriented. Pretty sure my truck looked better when I picked it than it did before my accident. I actually had a lot of bug stains etc on my black truck and Matt personally buffed it out making my new truck look brand new again. I unfortunately have been to this shop a couple of times and hopefully the last. But if I ever need body work completed again, I plan on coming back here.
Easy process on our end. Dropped the car off, enterprise came in our rental to take us to back to the store and had a fun chat w the representative along the way. She was really nice. They called us regularly with updates and progress of our vehicle. The gentleman at the front desk who helped us was very friendly and helpful. Would use them again for sure ?
Unfortunately someone hit my vehicle which caused me to visit Service King. I was more than pleased with the work performed, timely repair, and the customer service. I was assisted by Amy which exhibited exceptional customer service. She made the process simple and smooth which was great. Amy was in daily communication with me which I loved because I did not know what to expect since it was my first time visiting this shop. The repairs were made in a few days since it was a minor hit. My vehicle looked amazing after the work was completed. Thank you to the Service King team for your great work!
I've used this Service King location several times- 2 major hail damage repairs and a fairly significant (10k) repair. They do an amazing job - my latest repair was very substantial, and the car literally looks brand new - I would never know it'd been in an accident and I'm extremely picky. The trim fits perfect, everything works perfect, paint is perfect ... good service.

The service there was great!! Karen was absolute great to work. my truck went in wrecked and came out looking great. they did a great job getting my lift kit repaired and back to new. had a few hiccups but Karen kept me informed of the whole time and I appreciate very much. thank you Service King and Karen.

I would like to add my review here so they may improve their service quality. I have my camry repaired there and I must admit that they do not care about the details. They forgot to put some parts back and the word "quality" does not mean anything to them. Recently, someone hit my bumper and the insurance offered me service king and I said" absolutely NO!" . The job quality is 60 out of 100. If you are a picky customer who will see the details , then think twice before selecting this brand.
For any type of auto damage, I go to Service King because they are friendly, professional and do superb work. This time, i was having difficulty with the claim process and my advisor Justin Ferguson went above and beyond to help me with getting the car into the shop so the process could begin. Very impressed and a huge thank you to Justin and also Juan for all the assistance. Wonderful service and job well done!
I brought my car in after and accident. I didn't hear from them for a couple of days. But once the process started, the work was completed prior to expected day. Customer service kept me updated on the process, I did love that about them. The work was great, you can't tell where the damages were on my car. My friends have also noticed the work is greatly appreciated. Having an Enterprise car rental next door is definitely a great plus. Thank you guys for the great job on my car and your professional staff was always available for any questions and the handling of the insurance process.
I just picked up my car from here. After having it for over 6 weeks I was not impressed with the condition. Now since my previous Insurance company Standard held up most of the time. I figured that Service King would give me back a nice clean car. But no they used the same inside driver's door panel and I could tell because they did not even care enough to clean the scuffs. I wanted to pick up my car and be like wow, it took forever but it looks good and feel good about my experience. Sadly that was not the case. I am very disappointed with the overall experience.
