If I could give 0 stars I would I literally called them 3-4 times before they finally came and towed a car and the continuously park there and don’t come and tow it.

They charged $120 for a tow two miles
Then they refused to give a written receipt that he would send it by phone. He never sent it called them three times and also sent a text to please send the receipt!! Never did I'm out $120 because without a receipt my insurance company would give me a refund
Ama towing was very hopeful. The trucker that came out to assist me, Katrina, was polite, professional and caring! I would recommend them to everyone in my family and all my friends! They know what true service is all about!
My review is basis on service. Thank you for helping my son . stranded in the middle of road his wheel fell off and no tools. Was able get back on the road. Safety.
Car got towed from Chimy’s despite eating at Chimy’s and they said there was nothing they could do. Every time I called to try and pick up my car, the lady on the phone was extremely rude and condescending. Don’t list that you’re a 24hr service if you don’t want to be a 24hr service… Filling a report with BBB due to charging over the legal federal towing limit.
Poor service, rude employees, and thieves. They towed my rental vehicle after I called ahead and let them know in advance that i would be in a rental vehicle. Went as far as to send them pictures of the vehicle to ensure it was not towed. They towed it and expect me to pay their outrageous $330 fee to receive it.
Had them come do a car unlock price was better than anyone else that quoted and they got to me really quick So me and my 3 year old grandson didn't have to wait long at all ... I was very happy with their service both professionally and financially
I would not feel safe coming to get my car here alone. No lighting, barely any signage, and so far out of the way. Employees were defensive before you even open your mouth. They don’t want to answer any questions.
Don’t even know where to begin so I’m just not. They enjoy taking money from broke college kids. Was even told I could park in the FREE lot I got towed from. “No exceptions” is all they could say. Pathetic.
Made me sit in the rain for 45 minutes while they "got someone to come help me". I called 45 minutes in advance so I didn't have to wait. I do not blame them for taking my vehicle (I blame College Station), but at least have the decency to let me get my vehicle.
Predatory business. Signage was blocked by overgrowth of landscaping and not visible. Very unsafe location for pick up down a dark road with little to no lighting. Not safe at all for persons needing to pick up their vehicles.
Horrible company. Someone answered the phone but would not open the door, even though they were clearly in the establishment. Hard to find place and very shady location
AMA was there in a heart beat! My husband was in a horrible car accident. The police asked if we wanted a certain tow company. I said yes AMA, Towing. I’ve done work with them in the past and they’re great! Totally reasonable.
I parked at the century square parking garage and found my car was towed two hours after that. When I asked the security, she just said someone saw you walk in the way to school, and it will automatically tow the car. I just used the stairs near the side of the school to go downstairs and detected to be not a consumer; it doesn’t make any sense. As well, it’s no sense to make money by towing college students cars, especially who are actually shopping in that corner. If you work there; you worth a better job!
BTW, when we come to get my car, we spent more than 30 minutes to wait for a staff showing up.
Worst tow service ever. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. They cracked my whole back bumper in the process of towing and tried to say they didn't. Stay away from this company. Told me they would pass the info on to their supervisor and never called back. Texted several times and they ignored them all. You can't keep screwing people over and think you are going to keep getting away with it. I would give them a zero star if I could.
My car broke down off the highway and they got to me quickly then drove very safely to the location I needed to go to. Querena was very nice and helpful
I had my lunch at century square and parked my car in the garage at a certain spot with no signs and tags. My car was only a few minutes parked there and they towed it. I paid 325 bucks to release it. Absolutely disgusting. They steal from people in the daylight.
Absolutely terrible. We didn’t have hazards on but we’re only parked for around 15 minutes and they still towed us at the Tradition/12 North. Absolutely terrible people with no common sense.
Towed car from Century Square garage. 10 mins after parking. Apparently you can't walk around the the shopping area before grabbing breakfast. They have spotters sitting waiting to tow . $325 to get the car back 30 mins later.
Don’t park in guest parking at the Traditions. They have a contract with these snakes and they prey on college students. They charge $130 just to not tow your vehicle! I literally was walking out before they could leave and they made me pay. Very rude to me as well! They threatened to tow to their lot because my payment was taking too long to process.

I don't usually put reviews out but my car had been towed two weeks back. Once I got it back, I noticed few scratches apart from the ones already there. One of the customer reps was with me at the time and took pictures of the chipped paint. It was late at night and I was told to call AMA towing management the next day. The customer service representative who picked up was beyond rude and would not let me finish my sentences. He hung up my call without providing clear details and when I called back 2-3 times he kept me on hold. Sent them an email with the pictures and didn't get a response. After a week when I tried again, the same guy told me if I called again they will block my number and immediately hung up. I only wanted to check if the scratches were new. They did not tell me whom to contact or what to do and basically did not hear the customer out! Well, they didn't even seem to bother even after I told him I'll put a review out on Google! Cannot emphasize enough how rude and pointless service theirs is!
