Mars Towing Service has great customer service. The tow truck guy came out in a timely manner and was very polite. He didn’t have us waiting around. He introduced himself, explained his plan of action. He was very professional and patient with us - then he got right to work. He safely followed behind us and made sure my girlfriend’s vehicle got to its designated. I will be referring Mars Towing service to my friends and family. Great Service MARS.
February, wind blowing, rainy and very cold day. MARS dispatched one of their drivers to where I was stranded on the side of the road within a dangerous curve. The tow truck came out in a remarkable, timely fashion - very nice truck. The driver, super courteous and professional, made sure I was ok, if I needed an extra jacket, water, etc. In a safe manner, the driver controlled the traffic and was able to tow my suv out of that dangerous situation to my home. Won't let me get my belongings out of the vehicle. My work stuff IPhone & iPad. Three checks over 1000 plus unopened us mail. Will they replace it all I doubt it very much. I guess they don't want the car keys . Update: I have contacted the Attorney General's office about this.
My car over heated, and I called the dealership where I just purchased it from and they couldn't help. All their service guys were already gone. So I called Mars in tears the guy that answered the phone was nice and professional. He told me he would have his driver call me and not even 5 minutes later the driver called me. I was in tears and he was extremely nice talking to me. He told me he would be to me in 15mins and he was. He got my car hooked up and my son and I rode with him back to my home where I wanted the car taken too. He was very nice the whole way talking with myself and my son. Very professional and nice. Quick response! My step-son’s car broke down on 4/1/24 about 5 miles from home. I called and the driver, Stetson was not very far and came right to us to tow the car back home. Very friendly service!
My fiancé and I got our car towed in May to Waco tx, and the driver ripped our bumper and fog lights off of our Chrysler. We still had to pay the $500 even though they caused damaged to our vehicle. He got us another bumper 2 weeks later from a junkyard, but it didn’t properly fit and didn’t even look the same from the original one on our car from what the dealership told us. The dealership mechanic advised us to get another bumper from this company and our fog lights. It’s now November and we’re still waiting on the lights that he said was supposedly on back order and was going to be shipped to our house. Please make sure they take pictures of y’all’s vehicles before they drive off with your car.
Amazing company! Our Son was driving home from Marble Falls and broke down close to home in Bryan. They answered at midnight, got to him in ten minutes and got him and the truck home safe. God bless MARS Towing!!!

Super experienced picked up our car in Calvert and brought us to a hotel in college station late at night. Then delivered the car to the mechanic the next morning
Saw the tow truck laying on his horn at an old man stuck at an intersection. I called to advise dispatch of this behavior and it was the driver who answered the call. Instead of arguing with a driver I hung up and let it go. The driver then calls me back several times. Then text me and calls me names and threatens me. Tells me to mind my bisiness and quit acting like a big guy. Well, funny thing is, I am a big guy.
I wouldnt use this company if it was the only one available. If the owner would like to see the text messages I would be glad to share them.
After multiple tow companies turned down my job & I was left on the side of the road with my dog for almost 4 hours JT with Mars Towing showed up! He was one of the nicest & most personable people I’ve ever met. We talked the entire 2.5 hour drive. I will definitely recommend & use Mars Towing in the future! Thanks so much!!!
These people are the worst!!! I got into an accident and they towed my car back to their yard. As I was in shock from my accident, I forgot my belongings, a mistake I’ll never forget. When I finally got my car back from them my expensive purse, phone, AirPods, wallet with $300 cash, DL, SS card, watch was gone, alone side, and it gets even worse…my gas was siphoned from my car. Who siphons gas??? They rifled through the whole car….I’ll never use this company again.
Prompt and professional service. I broke down about a mile from my house after my fuel pick up broke and I damaged an oring trying to troubleshoot the problem. Mike arrived in under 30 minutes and even helped me try to fix the broken oring before confirming it was too deteriorated. He towed my truck home and was able to back it perfectly into my driveway. I put his business card in my truck and my wife's car should we ever need their service again. Thanks!
I had a blow out and the jack that came with the car did not have all the parts to change the tire on my own. As I waited for my road side assistance to show, which was probably going to be another hour if not more, a gentleman with Mars Towing and Recovery pulled up asking if I need help. After showing him the jack was incomplete, he proceeded to get his jack and tire tool and put my spare on so that I could make it to a tire center to replace my blown out tire so that I could get to class. He did not ask for nothing in return and would not except any payment. He stated he was on his way to work and seen someone that needed help! I know now who will be getting all my family’s business from now on if we ever need a tow or recovery! Thanks again!! Finding outstanding people of that nature are few and far in between! Was greatly appreciated!!!
My boyfriend used this service & they were great!!! Estimated time of arrival was 35 minutes & he was here in 15. Hooked up his truck quickly & efficiently! Would recommend!
Need to learn toi respect the road and people on it. Just was behind one of their drivers riding bumpers going back and forth between traffic. Very unsafe had one of the drivers he was riding had to slow down he would have hit them.
