The towing guy was not going to release my truck because of a no license. He also did not give me my I.D back had to go the next day to go get it. There was also a lady that was getting an attitude for no reason. Raising her voice. $40 was stolen from the center console of my truck. Horrible place overall. 0/10
Absolutely disgusting place! They literally towed my elderly mother in laws car from the HEB parking lot because she was parked in the handicap parking spot. She forgot to put the hang tag on the rear view mirror but it was laying in the passenger seat! Yeah let’s not look in the car! Left her stranded at HEB! When I talked to the rude lady about getting the car she wanted to start screaming at me on the phone! Hung up on me and wouldn’t answer my calls again. So instead of us getting the car out had to wait an additional day to get the car because guess what no one is at the office unless you call them up there! Finally got to get the car the second day, $200 later because you don’t answer the phone for customers! Absolutely ridiculous! Then want to say “ I always hate having to tow an elderly persons car”! No you don’t! You just ripped us off!
Stranded a long way from home, but their man came out and assessed the situation, solved my issues, and saved the day professionally and fast. Will certainly use this service in the future. Hopefully not too often...
Got quote to tow company van to my shop. They are crooks .Gave the location of Van ,my shop location .They told me the cost agreed to cost then Van at shop charged me 40 dollers more . They are crooks don't honor there there word .
Very Rude old lady that works there, possibly the owner. She snatched stuff out of my hand, and I had to call the police because she assaulted me. They refused to release the vehicle. I had to call the police. Do not do business there. Do not do business there. I pressed charges for the lady assaulting me by ripping a ink pen out of my hand causing my finger to be sore and red. They are super duper rude and MEAN.
Fast and friendly service. Went out of his way to make things easier on me. Treated my car like his own with great care. Will 100% use again if needed!
Got out of my car to check something on it and the wrecker pulls up and tried to start towing it with me RIGHT THERE. Then proceeded to try and argue with me.
I called early and the dispatch person was so nice when she answered. Then the driver called me on his way out to me and was very kind and then he was so super helpful when he arrived and so professional. I will definitely use them again
Had to have 2 vehicles towed this year. They were very helpful with me both times especially when they hauled my truck away from Olympic auto and took it home for me.
Received a certified letter from Ronnie's towing and recovery..they had recovered a motorcycle I had long since forgotten about and asked if I still wanted it..sure..why not..they were very helpful even with loading it..
Desperate to rip off people and the rudest people ever. When you show up to pick up your car after they target you be ready to have someone throw your papers back at you. Literally throw.
Went too get things out of a friend's wrecked truck (a females trk) was gonna get the amps,speakers,& box out of trk the lady working was very rude, first I couldn't go passed the gate to help my friend she would let us get any of the stero equipment threated to call the law if she tried to remove any of it was rushing us so she could leave. Then the price we was quoted on the phone was $367 to get trk we get there & she quoted a price a little over $700 & it was one day more than the first quote I've never heard of a lot charging $300 q day for storage, or snot letting some get their things out of their car, the trk is paid off no insurance so it's a total loss & still can't get stero equipment
Towed my car from a lot that was unmarked as reserved and with no towing signs visible. Not to mention charging an arm and a leg for my car to have sat there for 10 hours.
Met Ronnie at my truck this morning to get it towed to a local shop. When I got there, he was ready to go and loaded up the truck and got it to where I asked with ease. Best deal in town if you don't "know a guy".
I Thought this place is professional, I really thought... Jessica probably picked the wrong place for work, I kept reminding her that I am just coming here for car problems, my car needed to be taken care of, NOT ME. I really wish this was a joke..
Absolute Thieves!!! They towed my truck in the middle of night from my parking lot when my sticker was sitting on my dash but they towed it any in the middle of the night!!! Horrible!
