I was recently in Bryan and needed help with a large, heavy piece of equipment and was not as prepared to pick it up as i should have been, i also was limited in space on my gooseneck trailer to get the item on it as i had a C10 truck i was carrying to a customer in Houston. Not only did Raymond show up and help with the equipment using his rollback, he agreed to let us get back with him later that evening, frankly it was more like 2:00am when we rolled back thru Bryan and he was already there loading up the other price of the equipment and helped us load it and gather the remaining parts we need to load up. Towing companies catch hell for doing what they are hired to do on one side, but im here to tell you that Raymond was exceptional and worked his tail off to help us get our gear loaded and saved us another trip which was a 4 hour one way drive! Kudos to R and J Towing and i'd highly recommend them if you need support in the Bryan area. 5 Stars!!
They tow any car at any request in parking lots, they're very rude and inconsiderate. This is what I call an illegal business. A lawyer should investigate this company
I know who not to use. I seen their truck pulling an f-150 driving like an A hole on hwy 6 today driving 80-90 mph with the truck on the hook all crooked. Swerving all over trying to keep it on the road. And getting on here and seeing all the terrible reviews I’m not surprised
This is just a friendly reminder to hook back up the revese lights after being unplugged and used during a Tow. Our daughter’s car was towed and we learned today that you didn’t hook them back up. Other than that, no problems and thank for taking care of our car after being parked in the wrong spot at the apartment complex.
Told me it would be $199 over the phone, attempted to charge me $350 in person. Claimed my car was unlocked when they found it after stealing things from me. Dirty office and horrible customer service.
Probably the worst customer service experience I've had in my life, which says a lot. I can never recommend or in good conscience review this place favorably. If I needed towing services, this would be my last option of who to turn to.
This company is not trustworthy. They blatantly lied to us about when they were coming. The owner said the tow truck driver had a flat. This was false as the driver himself said he had not had a flat. Wasted our time. Not a good business to do business with.
