Sam is the best mechanic there is I had a blown tire got it fixed for the best price really nice and professional I would highly recommend coming here

I wish I could give this place ZERO stars! The guy at the front desk (smoking a cigarette) was very unprofessional and disrespectful. DONT DO BUSINESS THERE!! He is very rude and condescending.

Sam is an excellent mechanic. The prices are affordable, the service is personal, and he also opens on Saturday mornings. We are new to Collierville, and we finally found the best mechanic in town. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend this shop!! Originally went to pep boys (big mistake) and got a $800+ quote called Auto Tech repairs for a second opinion and they said bring it in and got me fixed up for $220 and on top of that they informed me pep boys lied and said my tensioner pully needed to be replaced to find out from Auto Tech that pep boys never looked and it was fine no replacement needed so overall these guys at Auto Tech are honest trustworthy and won’t rip you off like pep boys collierville tried to do to me Thanks Again Auto Tech and an extra thanks to Sam!!

You won’t find a more knowledgeable, kind, skilled mechanic than Sam ANYWHERE. He’s always empathetic when we bring our vehicles for service & it almost makes your forget he gets paid for repairs. He is great at servicing automobiles but he hates that hard working people have to spend money to get them serviced! Because of that, he’s one of the most competitively priced mechanics in town. You may find cheaper, you won’t find better. You may find more expensive, you won’t find better!

Sam was a lifesaver! One of my headlight on my car went out and I need it replaced ASAP. He replaced my difficult headlight with no problem. Great service! Great price! Excellent customer service!

Scam. Got my truck towed there to get the bumper replaced. He said he’d fix it good as new…all he did was bend it back and charged me. Looked like trash

I broke down on 40west in my RV. I called maybe 10 places he's the only person who would take me ! I got towed to the shop and he knew the problem right away and got me fixed up. Highly recommend!

Dealing with the owner @sam of this auto parts repair shop was an absolute nightmare. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that he had an arrogance problem that overshadowed any semblance of customer service. He spoke to customers as if they were beneath him, with a condescending attitude that made me feel like I was inconveniencing him by even being there. When I asked questions about the parts I needed, he acted as if my inquiries were foolish and beneath his expertise. Throughout the entire interaction, he was dismissive, rude, and unwilling to listen to my concerns. It was abundantly clear that he valued his ego over customer satisfaction. I left the shop feeling frustrated, taken advantage of, and vowing never to return. If you value respect and fair treatment as a customer, stay far away from this auto parts repair shop and its arrogant owner. There are plenty of other businesses that will appreciate your business and treat you with the respect you deserve. 1 star is not worth even

This garage is a just to threaten the people not by charges or some thing else but by shouting at the customers. I am not sure whether he is a owner or a worker, speaking arrogantly and not respecting the customers and the coming to the charges they are damn high, thats ok we can pay but the way he treats the customer is not at all acceptable. Its better to find some good technician. He is not sam he is a big scammer and I think he had some kind of disorder. He is shouting at customers like crazy.

Sam is a GREAT guy I had a shock on a lifted Jeep go bad the top rubber bushing came out he fixed it with no problem and now it’s riding better than before the old bushing even came out and no I mean NO noises AT ALL when I hit bumps now and rides better to like brand new!!!

BEWARE! The owner is a SHAM. He’s dishonest. He told me a price to do repairs and I came back he raised the price by $50. When I brought it to his attention he walked away and lit up a cigarette! I got in my car and drove away!🙃🙃

These guys are reliable. My whole family takes their cars here if anything goes wrong with them. For 7 years we have been taking our vehicles here and they have NEVER done us wrong. Fully recommended!

Checked with them about how much would it take to fix my Nissan Rogue sunroof leak and they quoted $250-300. A friend had got the similar issue fixed at the same place a week ago for $150. I didn't know the inflation is so high these days !

Out of a horrible evacuation from Hurricane Ida bringing my car to Sam’s was one of the best things that could have happened. He helped us so much with my car and his main concern was to make sure we got home safe. One of the nicest people I ever met and he really goes out his way to help you. Awesome place of business !

We evacuated for Hurricane Ida -my daughters car broke down on interstate heading to our Airbnb- she found this mechanic with great ratings and bought car to him--He was wonderful! Her motor was blown and we could not stay to fix it because we had to get back to NOLA and he didn't even charge her!!!-he went thru Katrina and all he cared about was that we got home safe-he went above and beyond and took an absolutely horrible situation and made it so much better-

I love this place. Anything we need, we call Sam! He has great prices and tons of technical knowledge that has kept our cars going for years! He’s very easy to work with and turn around time is quick. I definitely recommend him.

He’s A Scam! He don’t have any idea what he’s doing ! He’s rude and don’t have respect for the customers! He didn’t put all my lugs back on my vehicle and he didn’t even tighten. Trust me and don’t take your vehicles up there because it’ll come out worse than when it went it !!!! He’ll give you one price and change it before he is finished. And his help is scared of him and will lie for him... overall Customer Service Is Bad and recommend this stop to no one

I had the most pleasant experience with the senior auto mechanic today at Auto Tech Shop. My car was slow in starting and a local auto parts store checked out the battery and alternator. Both checked out fine however the parts tech said I need a new starter. Ishmael, the mechanic quickly found the problem and saved me several hundred dollars. The connection to the starter had corrosion and a loose wire which was responsible for the slow starting of the engine. A huge thanks to the honesty and integrity of Ishmael, the mechanic on duty at Auto Tech! I will go there again for future auto repair needs!

Best service I've recieved!!! I went to firestone to get a full service check and they told me I would need $2000 dollars Sam did everything I needed for under $500! Sam was so nice and told me on things I could wait on. He did not try to upsell like most places does when you don't know about cars Sam is honest and has fair prices!

If you want a honest mechanic and business, go here. Prices are great and and the men are very friendly. The owner is genuine and honest, a true family man. I recommend this place for all your car needs.

Auto Tech is great! I suggest that everyone try this shop. I would not take my car anywhere besides Auto Tech. Sam is the owner. He is very talented, honest and a good man. I have dealt with him for years and consider him a good friend based solely on my customer relationship with him. I could not give any higher praises.
