Dealt with this company in Las Vegas and it is the very image of Las Vegas. Disgusting, dirty, lazy employees, do not care to help anyone. Only open Monday through Friday 10-3 and you have to make an appointment. The unprofessional manner of this company is unacceptable. I have no idea how they are still able to operate, let alone have the right to be in possession of someone’s vehicle. The negligence in handling someone else’s property and being paid for the damages they cause should be illegal. Every employee should be ashamed to work for this company.

Poor work quality, never professional about there work. They break all your stuff there all in all just a bad work company they need some adjustments fast or there gonna get sued

Emma from consumer relations was so unprofessional and condescending. My vehicle was damaged during a repossession, and of course they won't take fault. I assumed that would be the result based off the research I did on this company. That's not what my complaint is about. My issue is with the way this lady handled it. She could have approached the conversation of my denied claim with a little more empathy, she had the power to de-escalate the situation. I knew she had poor customer service skills the momment she answered my call. When she asked for my full name, she had the nerve to say " the who". I had to repeat my name as if she didn't hear me clearly the first time (I have a really long ethnic name) kind of felt like she was discriminating. As someone who works for a financial institution as a QA reviewer for our call centers, I'm shocked she's in a position were she has to interact with customers (yes, I'm considered a customer Emma). Of course this company isn't in the customer satisfaction buisness, which is understandable considering they are a vehicle recovery company so not sure what I expected lol.

Absolutely crooked company. Truck was released from the lien holder yesterday, been trying to pick my truck up and am being told that it will be a week before I can get my truck. Asked if I could come get my kids backpacks for school out of it and was told I have to wait a week. In what world are you able to hold someone’s belongings after the vehicle is released from you? Crooked company.

This is by far the worst company ever. I was told at 4pm central time they would be here in 20 mins so I could retrieve my car. It’s now 6:15p. Central time. I not only have been here waiting but I live 2.5 hours away from this location. I’m with my young daughter. We have no where to go or no one to call. All my belongings are in my car and my phone is about to die… this place should be shut down.

The company they hired to tow my car seriously damaged my car. I've been calling the claims department for WEEKS and have left SEVERAL messages and it seems like no one in the claims department knows how phones work. If you want your customers cars to be damaged this is the perfect company for you.

I have NO idea how this company or their yards nationwide are still in business. Underhanded! Refused to release my car even though Collierville received my release ppwk on 8.28.19. When I attempted to redeem car was told they work by appt only and the next one available was Tues 12 noon. I raised cain, 6 add'l days incurring rental car fees because I couldn't be worked in at all that day, the next (Friday) and Monday was Labor day. I took the 12 noon appt. Called my finance co, told them what was going on, they called United and was told the same thing. FFWD to Tuesday. Called Collierville to conf appt time and was told I had no appt. WHAT?!? Called GM they referred to their notes and my appt was Tues noon, they attempted to call Collierville about the deleted appt, and was placed on indefinite hold, prompting the mgr to file a complaint against United Collierville. After raising Holy Heck and rightly so, I was given Thurs 9.5.19 at noon. FFWD to Thur. Arrive at local yard to redeem veh. Noticable damage visible from street on pasgr side wheel well. Went into the office and asked about it. Was told when ppwk was signed and completed car would be brought up and we would mutually photo doc and a claim would be filed on my behalf. Emp attempted to bring car up, it would not crank (perhaps because it sat for 15days at the lot not driven, when car was released at 6)attempted to jump it off, couldn't get it cranked had to wait 20 min for towman to arrive with different cables, finally cranked and brought up to office. Presented ppwk to release United from any damages incurred which I refused siting visible damage and stating that a certified kia technician would inspect and I would hold United Auto, GM Financial, their parent companies and subsidiaries wholly responsible for additional issues/damages, both electronic and/or physical found at inspection and the only release I would cert was my personal property that was all accounted for upon my inspection. Then I requested a copy of my paperwork and was told I woukd have to request copies from GM financial. HUH?!? Forms that I just signed that didnt release United from any liability except personal property and I cant have copies? So I call Collierville and was told the same thing. I informed Collierville that I was not leaving the location without copies, then after being informed by my daughter, who had come with me since I had to turn in a rental car after, that she had pic of me writing and signing my refusal to release. The emp asked me to show her damage in question, we both documented via photos and I noticed the car wasn't running any more. I pointed this out to the emp and she asked what I had done. I WAS RIGHT BESIDE HER WHEN I LEANED IN TO SEE IF THE KEY WAS STILL TURNED IN THE IGNITION. ARE YOU EVEN FOR REAL RIGHT NOW?!? Same towman jumped the car off again then told me my battery was bad. 2017 Kia Forte - every service schedule followed, no battery issues prior. The car had a green pine cone dent on the hood the size of my pinky end, scraped and bent back passenger hubcap due to scraping curb at Regions bank, a slow leak in driver side front tire and bug residue due to Hwy travel for my job. No under damage prior to the tow and not documented by towman as prior damage. He did however list every square inch of the car including head and break lights as "scratched" it has 2 inches of dirt and filth from sitting in the yard accumulating for 15 days, but my cars paint job was as new as when Purchased from dealee in 2017. I incurred $426 in rental car fees, plus another $49 deducted from my dep bc it took over 2 hrs at the lot causing me to miss my turn in time. Tech with Kia will be insp today as they could not yesterday evening, but advised me to park at res and not use until insp took place. I will be seeking rental reimb for time car was held past the 28th, and rest of damages incurred at the time of the original trans to yard and while held. Looking into having bus license revoked. 1 other appt at 12:30 arrived. We left at 3:10pm so no appts avail is simply b.s.

WORST POSSIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! THEY DO NOT RETURN PHONES CALLS OR EMAILS FOR WEEKS AT A TIME. TREY GREY IS THE WORST POSSIBLE CLAIMS RPRESENTATIVE AN SHOULD BE FIRED! THIS COMPANY SUCKS AS A BUSINESS ENTITY AND SHOULD BE TERMINATED AND ALL BUSINESS LICENSES EVOKED AND SUSPENDED.
