Living in Collierville my usual go-to is AZ for parts and have never had a problem. I came here to give a shout out to the employees at our local O'Reilly's. I have needed to go to them as they had specific parts I required same day. I've got to say the staff are super friendly and helpful. It has to be a job where they have to deal with a lot of Youtube/Google mechanics like myself. Can't be easy to stay patient and proffessional as well as they seem to be.
The staff was great in helping me find what I needed. Jeremy the manager was very helpful and informative. Would definitely recommend this store to anyone!
If you're looking for a wide variety of auto parts O'reilly is the place for you. Brought a battery a few years ago and it still works fine. Give discounts on windshield wiper blades. Great store
Attendant was very knowledgeable and helpful, especially once the manager stopped interupting to push him to go outside to help some other guest who came in after I had. I was only there for about 10 minutes total but had some questions so I could get the correct parts. He looked at my engine and confirmed what I needed and shared very helpful information on installation. Spent around $200 and it was well worth it to save me what would have been much more in labor and parts if a mechanic did the work! Thanks O'Reilly's
Idk what was up with the dude behind the counter, it was a huge ask for him to even exist today, let alone help us. I get it bro, I hate being at work too but like damn. He sold us the wrong sparkplugs for our car, we only found out when we went to another place for a part this one didn't have and the guy there let us know.
Low price guarantee what a joke. Drove out of my way to use them instead of AutoZone and walked in to wait on them to finish their conversation instead of greeting me. After that the part was a lot more than the other part store. I asked about low price guarantee and was told it had to be same brand well all part store have their own separate brands for better price. Sounds to me they only use that offer when it benefits whoever they want it to. Guess Im more upset about how I wasn't helped to the standards they claimed to have.
My battery died, I got a jump start. Didn't stop till I got to O'Reilly auto. Away from home, no tools. They put battery in. While they were doing that I went back in to get an air filter, the guy grabbed it and put it in before I got back outside. Great job y'all!!
Bought windshield wipers for my car, it took the guy 30 mins to put them on, made it home and the 26inch popped right off. Like how you work at a car place and can’t put on windshield wipers. Plus when I went back they wouldn’t fix it. Just a complete waste of money. Taking my money to AutoZone up the street.

Parts store that stocks the usual stuff. You can bring in old oil and dump it yourself for recycling. New oil is not the cheapest here but they usually have the oil filter and air filters in stock which makes it hard not to buy the oil too.
the young people at this store is belligerent and is rude to the customers. The management should examine training or at least monitoring the staff interacting with customers. customers come in to feel welcome and that their vehicles shall be cared for in a friendly atmosphere. not to feel bullied by a few young guys driving customers out.

I stopped by this O'Reilly after Autozone didn't carry my specific headlight. Hunter assisted me and had the BEST customer service anyone who doesn't know about cars could ask for!! He was very patient and didn't get frustrated in assisting. Hunter is an asset and made shopping there pleasurable.
The store is a very great place. The employees are very kind they know exactly what I’m looking for and how to help if you need help with your vehicle I need a part this is the number one place I would recommend to go to get auto parts

Went to buy a battery they didn't want to put it in so they said there was a notation that require a factory install, went across the street to advance no problem
Came in to recycle some motor oil. No one came to the front when the chime sounded even though I could hear personal conversations happening in the back. I cannot physically raise my voice so after waiting for 5 minutes I called the store to request someone to come up front. The gentleman who eventually helped me appeared annoyed by my presence. As I left, 2 more customers were in front and of course, the three employees in the back did not move a muscle. Here’s a tip for you boys: customers first, THEN whatever you were doing in the back. I will not return and have advised others to do the same.
I call Auto Zone and the customer service over the phone was awful. I than called O'Reilly Auto Parts and received the best phone customer service, which only got better when I went into the store to purchase the part I need for my truck. My new place for my auto needs.
Great! They checked my battery my battery and even lete use some tools to switch it out even though I didn't buy anything. Great guys friendly service!!
