They did fantastic work and kept me informed during the entire process. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I will be recommending them to any I know who needs body work done.

Had an overall positive experience in getting my car repaired at the Crash Champions Collision Repair Collierville store. Store did good work in replacing the back bumper and making sure that the paint matched the original paint. 2 screw covers were missing after the initial work but Hannah from the service advisor team assisted me in getting the missing parts. This location assisted me in returning the rental car as well.

Awful experience! I had a small dent in the rear driver's side with the bumper popped out a little. I already had the insurance payment - $1400 - which was generous. I showed them the estimate and they told me that of course it would take all that and more. The dent was near the rear of the car, a good 20" from the edge of the door. I won't go into detail, but they told me they would have to do all sorts of ridiculous things to the door and the bumper. I took my car to another place and they fixed it in 1 day, beautifully done, and charged me $400!!! I will never use this outfit and recommend others not use it as well.

I recently had my car repaired the Crash Champion' Collierville location, and I wanted to share my positive experience. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, particularly Technician Corbin. He took the time to understand the issues I was facing with my car and provided clear explanations of the repair process. Initially, I had some concerns about the quality of service, but the manager stepped in to address my worries and reassured me of an outstanding experience. My vehicle was delivered sooner than originally committed, exceeding my expectations. It’s evident that Corbin at Crash Champion take pride in his work and genuinely care about his customers. I will definitely return for any future car maintenance needs and will recommend Crash Champion to friends and family.

Crash Champions did a great job on our SUV! They were very busy but understandably so. The attention to detail and cleanliness of our car was awesome. Great staff who explained everything in detail. We were very pleased and highly recommend the company!

Giving a 1 star because people need to be aware. I did not have a great experience at Crash Champions but I’ll start with the good things. The lady at the front desk is very kind & welcoming. Ashley, is very responsive & does a great job on updating you on your vehicles completion. BUT my car was in their shop a week longer than the completed date. Once I got my car back, the manager expressed how he cleaned up my car but there was residue from where they had something taped on my window & residue from the markers used to mark my car. There was overspray on the inside of my door from the paint work they did. They also tried to let me leave without resetting the airbag sensors, which I brought to their attention because i have my car connected to my phone so it was notifying me the airbag sensor was faulty. They forgot to put my “platinum” emblem back on my door. The thing that topped the cake for me.. was there is a huge-deep scratch down my passenger side door that was not there when my car was dropped off. Fortunately, they have agreed to fix the scratch & the emblem. But people need to be aware of the quality work that’s done by crash champions. They push hard for good reviews.. I even got a paper at pickup that was asking me to leave a good review. But in my opinion, good reviews are earned.

Excellent experience. It’s never fun dealing with collision repairs, but the manager and Corbin were amazing to work with. They kept me updated and informed. They dealt with a couple hiccups that were out of their control and the manager even met me on Saturday when they are closed so I could have my car as soon as it was done. Even handled returning my rental. Will refer everyone here.

There were a few hiccups in communication when my car was getting done. That’s perfectly fine we are all human and mess up but that’s not what got me about this experience. It was how they handle those mess up’s. Service king/ crash champions went ABOVE AND BEYOND to fix errors that were made. The manager himself brought my car to my work and returned my rental no charger and AFTER HOURS. How awesome? That’s what I call customer service. We all are going to mess up but customer service is how you handle those mess ups. Perfect customer service would recommend to everyone. Thank you so much for your kindness and help it’s more appreciated than you know. I work two jobs and have limited time. This meant the world to me. Also I had a very dirty car when it was given to them and they cleaned the crap out of that car. So cool. That wasn’t even expected. Thank y’all so much❤️ for everything truly! Oh and the manager helped make sure my rental was in tip top condition upon return. You can’t get much better then this place. Not to mention the repairs were flawlessly done. 10000/10 go here.

They helped fix my car after a rear collision and even assisted us with our long overdue cracked windshield. They were fast, super communicative, and easy to work with. Will definitely return if we need body work done again!

The management or company is now crash collision. The lady told me they are booked till February. It is January. I had an appointment for an estimate. I was told to leave my vehicle. I called my car insurance for another company.

They do not keep their appointments then claim they tried to call and left VM. No VM but I did get a text the day before stating they would see me at my previously set appointment. If they can't keep their word about appointments, I would not trust them with my car.

I had work done by Service King before Crash Champions purchased them. I took my vehicle back because the paint had begun to show signs of poor paint application. Richie Sinana the store manager told me this was due to somethng that hit it. Richie will not respond to my emails or phone calls requesting an explenation on how he arrived at his desicion. I spent over $9,000 on this vehicle. Very dissaponiting service.

Wonderful experience. Only bad part was having to wait a month to get the work started. I was kept updated on a regular basis. Car looks like new in areas they fixed.

The service was good reliable . The Google map doesn't show the correct location, took me 39 mins to arrive at the location, it would have been easier if the maps said follow highway 72, it's right on it, if you are coming on Poplar ave, as soon as you see the Walmart area take a right onto the highway 72 continue on it and you would be able to see it.

Service King Collierville worked very hard to meet my expectations. In reality they went above & beyond to get my car repaired and back to me. The staff worked in a collaborative manner with my insurance to provide outstanding service. Could not be more pleased.

Collierville, TN Service King location had my vehicle for 45 days. I learned after the fact that they did not repair mechanical work but rather farmed it out. In my case they referred the work to Fox Plaza Automotive in Collierville. I had to return the vehicle due to noises coming from around the repair area. Service King again asked me to take it back to Fox Plaza Automotive. (holder in due course anyone?)Fox Plaza Automotive completed a “reinspection” and stated it was not damage related, even though the items they cited came from the damage area?? Poor initial quality inspection by an obviously inexperienced staff at both Service King and Fox Plaza Automotive. They certainly had 45 days to get it right and failed. I have been advised by my insurance provider now to take it to another shop for a second opinion

This place is amazing. If you trust anyone’s review, let it be mine! Lol! The ladies at the front are always SO sweet and accommodating. Crystal was seriously the BEST! She was constantly updating me on the status of my car, which I really appreciated. She was so sweet and made sure I was 100% pleased. I will never go anywhere else!!!

Service was absolutely amazing!! Repairs were made before promise date and update calls all along the way!!! Decal was put on just barely off center but they fixed it! They had to order decal, and when I came back for it, they immediately took it back and fixed it in 10 minutes total time!! Always coming here for auto body repairs!!! Top notch professionals!!!

From my very limited experience it appears if you aren't working through your insurance they don't seem very eager for your business. This is the second time I've tried to get work done on a vehicle through this Service King. The first time, I filled out the online form and never got a call from them. So, I just went somewhere else. This time, it's been over a week since I filled out the online form and frankly just forgot about doing so. They called me back but really couldn't work with me to look at my vehicle, provide an estimate and get authorization prior to a trip where I would be out of telecommunication range and unable to give authorization. I wish I could have found out how talented the repair technicians were but due to the red tape I'll never know.
