I had a battery issue with my truck and stopped in to get it checked. Jamie helped me out and was excellent. He was patient, knowledgeable, and didn’t make me feel rushed while we figured out what was going on. He helped confirm the battery was the problem and got me taken care of. O’Reilly’s is lucky to have him. I really appreciated the help today!
I have been into this store a couple of times now. Everyone is always so friendly and they make me feel so comfortable, because I genuinely have no idea what I’m looking for or where to find it. The guy Christopher was extremely nice and very helpful to me. He didn’t feel bothered to be helping me and helped me with a smile on his face. Everyone has always been so friendly to me there. It just seems like they have a great store of employees who have really good attitudes. I will definitely return to the store for any needs that I have And know that I won’t be uncomfortable, and I will be able to find exactly what I’m looking for with the help of all the great employees.

I was in the store a few days ago and a guy named Chris waited on me, he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
I will be getting all my auto parts needs from him in the future.
I am extremely happy with the service that I receive at the OReilly auto parts store in Pickens, SC. They are very competitive on pricing, everyone there from the company rep, store manager ,Laura, Gabby the commercial account manager, the delivery guys, and the counter guys are professional, friendly and go out of their way to be helpful!! I would give them 10 stars but it only goes up to 5.
Really had high hopes for the new store. Unfortunately neither of the two employees couldn’t be bothered to ring up my items at a register. Waited 10 minutes and finally left. I’ll take my business elsewhere to a place where the employees actually work.
