Awesome service once again. This team never disappoints. They got me in quickly to assess an issue, answered all of my questions about recommended repairs and expedited the entire process. Very fair pricing and warranty coverage on tires and parts. Excellent customer service. I trust them and enjoy doing business here.

Dropped my fleet vehicle off at 9:45am. They said it would take about 2 hours. Called 4.5 hours later and they said they were waiting on fleet approval. Called fleet and they said they approved the tires at 10am. Didn’t get my truck back until 5pm. Zero for honesty. Zero for integrity.

I had an 11am appointment to rotate the tires that I purchased there on my daughter's 2017 chrysler. At 3:38 pm we returned to find they had NOT even started yet. The manager was Unapologetic rude and her excuse was we were busy with a lot of walk-ins. At that time they informed me that hers would be next. We returned at 4:15 pm as they were taking the tires off. Again there was no apologies she acted like she could care less about our time as if it was not valuable that is unacceptable. I will be taking my 5 - 10 thousand dollars a year business to someone who respects my time and treats me with respect and curiosity.

This store is great. They were open during the beginning of a snow storm and took care of a walk-in that had oil pressure light come on just because they didn’t want them stranded in the snowstorm. I went in for an alignment check and got new tires at a great discount.

DW is the prime example of what customer service is all about, he took the time and knowledge to guide me step by step on what my car needed and was prompt to get my car back to being ready for the road. His calm demeanor was great and he helped ease any of my concerns. I usually go to a different Firestone location, but this one is definitely an upgrade to quality and customer experience, I will be coming back! I got an oil and coolant change, cabin and engine filter change, new wipers as well as a smile on my face, thank you DW and Firestone!

Tire mount and balance. 12pm Appointment, didn't get out til 2:15, kid didn't know straight drive tried to start truck in gear (no clutch safety almost went over curb), tire pressures not correct, didn't replace valve stems and charged me for it, didn't align yellow dot to valve stem double charged for mount and balance.

We will not take our vehicles anywhere else. Corey is always upfront and straightforward about what our vehicles need and when, without trying to upsell us or taking advantage of people, especially women, like so many other repair shops, and he will take the time to fully explain everything to my daughter and me. He and the rest of the staff are always friendly and professional, and they take very good care of us and our vehicles. I cannot say enough good things about them.

The work done by this Firestone location is always done well and at reasonable rates. I have grown to trust the people here. In particular my experience with the service advisors Levi and Corey has been exceptional and a pleasure. They are friendly, professional, respectful, courteous and take the time to answer questions. And in the rare case that something is done wrong, they’ll make it right with no hassle. What more could I ask for in car care. I own several vehicles, Firestone in Taylor’s has become my first call for car care.

My go to spot, always able to get me in and fix about anything! If they can't fix it, they will always recommend you to the dealer or order any parts that they are able to fix. All the techs are great, and DW is especially friendly and professional. He had me out the door and on my way in much quicker time than expected!

GREAT SERVICE from Danyaus, Jaynaia and Jack!!! Purchased a car for my wife in NC on Thursday and upon getting back to Greenville turned on the AC to realize it did not work at all. The dealer made it right by getting us connected with the Firestone Complete Auto Care on Wade Hampton. Really really impressed. After 4 pm on the same Thursday reached out to make an appointment and was able to secure an appointment for 9 AM the next day. By 11 they understood the issues and were working on details of parts needed. By 2 they let me know it was diagnosed and parts ordered but it was not going to be ready until midday Saturday, no problem at all. But at 4 pm Friday received a call from DW stating parts came in early and they managed to finish the repair Pretty impressive service. A BIG Thanks to Danyaus(DW), Jaynaia for their excellent customer service and great communication making everything easy and fast and BIG Thanks to Jack on the repair, thanks for the Ice cold drive home! Thanks to the Firestone team!

Had my appointment info done with Jaynaia! She was so sweet and helpful with picking my right oil type and answered all my questions! Tacoma did my oil change and was fantastic, took time and care to make sure everything looked good and no leaks. Loved this team here for all their help.

Great customer service. Honest assessment of my car's issues. Could have tried to increase the price of a repair but didn't. Was honest that I didn't need a certain repair. Clean and comfortable waiting area. Fast service on a very busy Saturday. Jaynaia Hill was very friendly, kind and helpful.

I called on a Friday morning and got an appointment for that afternoon to get my tires rotated. I got there early and after I had been there a bit the manager wanted to check on my vehicle like they were holding me up.. I was just early. Got my truck in and rotated the tires and pulled it around for me. What great service and really nice and polite employees.

I came in for a wheel alignment and during the courtesy check they found I had nails in two tires and my battery was in rough shape. They patched the tires and while I was initially dismissive about the battery, after thinking it over I decided to get it done due to the approaching colder weather. At no point did I feel pressured and obligated to get any of the reccomendations done. As I went back and forth on the battery, the team was patient and understanding. I was going to be running late for an appointment elsewhere due to my own poor planning, when I expressed this to the team they understood and swiftly got me taken care of and worked with me to come back for the battery replacement. I came right back later in the day and someone quickly came out to greet me and knew exactly what I was there for without further explanation, everyone at this Firestone not only communicates excellently with the customers but with each other. Jason, DW and the rest of the team have got you covered if you need anything auto related! I will not hesitate to return or recommend this location to everyone!

This is my second time at this location. I live about 40 minutes from here, but my less than desirable experience at one of the Spartanburg locations made the drive easier to make. I bought tires and got an alignment with Levi in September (I bought the life-time alignment in Houston, TX). Levi was very nice and accommodating, much like the staff I had grown to love and appreciate in Houston. Today, I am having an oil change and coolant flush and fill and DW has been very kind and accommodating as well. Unfortunately, customer service seems to be a bit of a lost art in this EXPENSIVE world, but it's nice to know where you can drive to be treated nicely while having a necessary yet daunting task checked off the to-do list. Thank you Levi, DW, and staff!

⭐️ This was a last-minute stop, and I’m so glad I didn’t get my alignment done here. Firestone is robbing people blind — $140 for a simple alignment is ridiculous! Every other shop I’ve ever been to charges around $50–$70 for the same thing. Even my insurance estimate after a hit-and-run listed alignment for under $70! Firestone wanted to charge double that just to hook the car up to a computer. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of Firestone!

I can't say enough great things about the customer service I received at Firestone. From my initial phone call until getting into the vehicle after my brakes and oil change were complete, DW had me taken care of every step of the way. I had no idea the level of knowledge and experience there was until after I came here. I highly recommend any repairs to be done here by their Master technician Jack. Great job gentlemen. Claimed they fixed my trailer light plug, I tested it and it was still not working, crawled under and found a cut wire hanging from the module, also said they ordered a part and kept changing the date it would get delivered, they never put a claim with my warranty company so I’m not sure if they even ordered the part. My car was parked at their shop for over a week and they did absolutely nothing.
