Dealing with CJ was easy, truck got in and out in a matter of couple days. Fixed problem and addressed other issue. On time and on budget!)

I left a review after my last repair but I took it down now I got a second opinion here's what happened , I brought my vehicle in for oil pan gasket leak they told me there was another leak when I asked what it was they never got back to me picked up my vehicle 74 Chevrolet C20 Super Deluxe and my vehicle still leaking the same way it was leaking when I brought it in so now I had a second opinion on it and it's the rear main seal the oil pan gaskets have to come down to get to the rear main seal it's a two-piece seal. So now I've lost complete confidence in this shop. I've brought them four cars in the last few years, spent a bunch of money on my Pontiac my Dodge my Subaru. Zero loyalty from this shop, so I will no longer bring it bring to my car is there shop. They could have called me and said hey Mike if you fixed the rear main seal it's included in the oil pan gasket repair for a little bit of extra money but no they decided just to stick it to me for some unknown reason so I won't be doing business here anymore poor work ethics especially from a technician very very surprised. That's called overlap doing the same thing twice but if that's the way they got to make their money they just going to rip people off all the time. And for the person that I left my keys with when I dropped my car off was a complete smart alack. Sometimes there are signs and that was a sign I shouldn't have left my car there. Do yourself a favor and find a different shop to bring your car to. Poor communication. repairs take too long even with an appointment. Not to mention they charged me over $120.00 to push my truck out of the shop, then back into the shop when the parts arrived. Once again, pass on em.

Highly recommend, they replaced the valve body on my mustang. Very good at keeping me updated along the whole process. Zero Complaints, would definitely do business again.

Edit: owner response is not helpful or is a liar. Take your pick. Still doesn't matter since they don't respond to their website requests or call you back Doesn't respond to website request. Doesn't respond to voicemails. Called and accidently got someone and they acted like it was a personal number. Said they'd call back in 15 minutes. Never did. Not sure if this is an actual business or a scam but they don't seem interested in making money or doing actual work on cars. Good luck.

Absolute rip off! Worst customer service I have ever experienced! I would not recommend anyone to come here, they claim to do repairs and charge you for it without actually doing it. Beware! Complete waste of money, now the car won’t even run! Poor quality, poor customer service and the level of disrespect is truly shocking.

***My update review below*** After scheduling and coming back for more, the team at One Stop continue to impress. My Borla full cat sounds amazing. The best part: the team were ALL in a good mood and more than happy to help me out. Cherry on top: shout-out to whoever tied down my washer fluid cap...it's a small thing that goes a long way. Props 👊 OSAO was referred to me by a friend. Very happy that he did. Brie, Scott, and Jeremy were all very helpful, patient, and provided top notch customer service. I am in the car industry as a Service Advisor so I know how challenging their jobs can get. As they say... One Stop Auto did a great job diagnosing and fixing my 2005 Corvette. They sent a tow truck right to my house to pick it up since it wouldn’t start. It took a lot longer than I expected, but I did tell them I wasn’t in any rush to get it back. I just wanted it done right. And they did a great job because I haven’t had any problems. I give an 8/10 because the exterior was dirty when I got it back. It would’ve been nice if they could’ve taken some time to clean it off since it sat at their shop for such a long time. I would recommend to my friends.

These guys are great! Corey and Jeremy always get our vehicles scheduled in a reasonable amount of time and we are always pleased with the results. We had been looking for someone to work on our Tahoe and Rogue and now we won’t go anywhere else.

The team at OSAS does amazing work. They are honest, work hard to resolve issues, do great custom work, and are completely trustworthy. This is the only place I go for modifications or major work. Been a longtime customer.

OSAS, has earned my auto and truck maintenance, repair and custom work. The management team still works in the shop and oversees the work of the other techs ensuring that the work is accomplished in a quality and timely manner. Their hourly rates are very competitive especially compared to dealership rates.. Give them a try to make your auto repair needs as painless as possible.

I can not say enough good things about this shop and the shop manager CJ. They reworked my entire suspension,wheels and tires, engine and exhaust system. My car will not see another shop and I’m a hour away. If they worked on diesel’s I’d bring my truck here to!! Also gained 123 rwhp

2022 Ford Mustang - had a nagging squeak that a few shops tried to repair. It wasn't until I dropped it off at OSAS that I had confidence that it was finally fixed. They communicated well, worked with me on trying to get some warranty repairs. A great shop. Thanks everyone at OSAS

I had them replace the turn signal assembly and they took two weeks and did not return my calls. When I did hear for them they did not wire the lights back correct and tried to charge me almost triple of the original quote. This place is a terrible business and I would not recommend using them. I had to redo the wiring and take the steering wheel Off plus I had to change the ignition switch because they broke it and the truck would not shut off and drain my battery. Worst mechanic I have ever been to would not recommend

When someone says do what you love and you’ll never work a day in your life well it shows in Cory and his crew. These guys handle our entire fleet of 24 trucks everything from oil changes to engine replacements. They always give us top notch service at good rates would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a shop that they can rely on.

OSAS is a top of the line auto shop. The staff and owner are professionals in every way. Corey is family oriented and his staff as well that translates into a great experience in his business. I don't believe there is not a vehicle they can't modify and make better. The take your ideas and make them a reality!! It's amazing to say the least!

Waste of time and money. My mom took a vehicle there to get fixed. They said it was a crank sensor. Charge her about $500 for "diagnostic" and repair. After they change it they said that it was the computer wanted to charge another $700+ for diagnosing it again, part and repair. I decided to just tow it home and mess with it myself. Found out that it was just a bad ground. How they didn't figure that out? Who knows but my mom is out $500 and could've been over $1,200 if I hadn't brought it home. Smh

Super happy with my repairs. Cory, Jeremy and Brie all are super friendly. The Name- OSAS (one stop auto shop) literally says it all. My Suv drives much smoother since the alignment & having the ball joints serviced. Thanks again!!

Quoted price of 650.00 after I left it there the price jumped to 1200.00 to replace ball joints! After I said go ahead and finish, they call back and said I had a leak on one brake line! They want to give me a quote on replacing line and new calipers on front! It had brakes when I left it there! I refused them working on brakes! When I picked it up the steering is way too stiff and will not return center! But they cain’t do anything about that because the brake line is leaking!

I left my go to shop on several recommendations from friends. I’ve now had all 3 cars with them for several different repairs and I’m very happy. When you see some of the vehicles in and out of there you know your in a good place. Jeremy does a great job of keeping me in the know when things arise. Thanks guys, you’ve got a loyal customer.

Highly recommend this place to anyone needing work done to their performance cars! Jennifer was great with keeping me updated on the process of my car, as well as Jeremy and Corey giving me good advice for what’s best for my car. All around good honest people I’ll be looking forward to doing more in the future with you guys.

These guys rock. They are friendly people who take time to explain the issues with your car. They scheduled me an appointment to service my Tahoe and took less than an hour to change my oil and rotate my tires. if you want short turn around time with less than quality work, go to a quick lube. these guys care about your vehicle and safety. You get what you pay for.

Cory and the team over at One Stop are awesome! They were able to get my car in and out of the shop in no time flat! I had been looking for someone in the area that wasn't afraid to work on a lowered car and this is the place! They were able to get my new tires mounted and balanced and my car aligned with no problems at all. They were professional and took the time to explain what was going on with my car instead of just handing me a bill and leaving me to figure it out on my own. I would highly recommend them to anyone with any type of vehicle!

I stopped by this morning unannounced, after recently buying a XJ from a guy in North Carolina. The guys were great, and the customer service was awesome. I looked it over fairly well when I bought it, but wanted some piece of mind and the guys at the shop really helped me out. They threw it up on the lift without a previously scheduled appt, and gave it a look. When we talked I got very detailed descriptions of what my plan of attack should be for upcoming maintenance, and upgrades. I'll definitely be back when the time, and funds appear, for those suggested fixes and upgrades. Thanks Again!

Good service and good prices. I had an expensive fix and they went out of their way to try to find the rare part that I needed. They looked out for me in terms of cost and did a great job on the repair. The only problem I have with this place is that's they're booked up constantly. If you take your car in they'll put you on the list and tell you to come back in 1 or 2 days. This means they're good! They really should add a second shift or grow in some way to accommodate the demand though.

When no one else would take the job including the dealer, they did! Not only did they get the work done on my vehicle, they did it in an amazing short time. I like the fact that they looked at it, gave me the price and we scheduled the time to drop it off. the job was for the replacement for upper and lower control arms and transverse link. i know this wasn't going to be a easy job since the dealer said they didn't what to do it. I like the friendly service and the great price. The xterra drives like it is brand new, and from now on I will drive the hour it takes me to get OSAS to work on my cars thanks GUYS !!!!!

One of the best automotive service experiences I have ever had. I usually work on my own stuff but these guys make it easy to just let them do what it takes to get my cars back on the road. It's hard to resist the fair prices considering my neighborhood fines you for even a small puddle of oil in our driveway. It's far better to just let these professionals take care of everything and not get a fine. Talk to Todd or Cory or anybody there and let them take care of you and your car for a fair price that far outweighs the fines you can get from your HOA.

The guys are great, they have always took care of my truck. fixed a huge issue in the rear end where the c-notch was done wrong the first time and was very cheap. ball joints, tie rods, steering rack, lower control arms, springs, shocks, brakes, wheel bearings, distributor, and alignments. They use the top of the line tools, parts, and everything else. I have had nothing but great results after they have worked of my truck. Thank you guys for everything! I would suggest any person who is having problems to go to them. no one else will beat their prices!
