If you are in desperate need to get approved quick for a vehicle this is the place to do that but don’t make a mistake like I did got a 2011 Jeep with over 144,000 miles paid on it for 6 months without missing a payment decided to get a better vehicle with a lower payment called them to come get the jeep and Jeanie and Amy were very rude on the phone acting like it was the end of the world that I didn’t want to pay almost $600 a month anymore…. They will charge you almost 30% interest

After helping a friend locate a Pickup Truck, ( We are in SWANNANOA, N.C. ) we called and spoke to Chris. He REFUSED to GIVE us a PRICE over the PHONE !! After doing our research, the 2004 CHEVY Silverado (2 door / rough condition) we determined the Truck's value to be between $2k to $7,500 dollars Being in his budget. ( I told my friend, even a HIGH price would be $9k)
So..
We DROVE TWO HOURS to Taylors, SC. Without BLINKING.. Chris tells us $15,900 ! (Ha hahaha!!) By the way, that's FIFTEEN THOUSAND, NINE HUNDRED & NINETY FIVE DOLLARS, ($16,000) What a SCAM ! What a SORRY / UNTRUSTWORTHY way to do BUSINESS. I know this is the ONLY option for many folks, including my friend. GOOD NEWS ! We found a much nicer Truck in Marion, NC for $7,500. (with honest and forthcoming over the phone information, BEFORE we drove to Marion) Ed M.

I'm taking my 5 star review off. They hold you hostage and make you give them a 5 star review before they hand you your keys. And I see why now. I've already reported them to federal business bureau. They could have freaking killed us. We were wondering why there was only one hub cap on. After it locked up on us driving down the road we had to get it towed to a shop and you'll never believe what family auto knowingly did. That CV axle was broken, the part that sticks out the rim where the CV screw screws on was snapped off. They put the hub cap on it to cover it up. Anyone with a brain can figure that out. We're literally going to have to replace the whole front end. The wheel bearing literally crumbled into pieces when they went to repair the CV axle. The bracket for the caliper was warped. They had the wrong hub on too. It's like they took all the good parts off and put junk yard parts on. The other CV axle is throwing grease. Like bad. We haven't even got the tag for this car yet and it keeps breaking down. The axles, hubs, knuckles, wheel bearings, rotors, and brake calipers all need replacing on the front. Our salesman Chris lied to us. He said our Highlander was a V6, turns out it's a 4 cylinder. And he also lied about how long they had the car on their lot. He told they had just gotten, pulled up the car history online and they've had for over three years. We got played, DO NOT GO HERE. YOU WILL REGRET IT! One picture is what the end of the axle is suppose to look like on the car. You can clearly see the end was snapped off. And this is the hub cap they used to cover it up.

Very nice group of people that will help you get into a car. I was able to do everything via email and phone so it made the process so much smoother all I had to do was sign and drive.
