Hello, I'm writing this review pretty late, but I think it needs to be posted. In May of 2025. I tried doing my wiper blades myself on my CRV, safe to say it didn't work out, the wiper blades were on the windshield, but they had some issues, due to some issues with the way I installed it. So I went to this store late at night about 30 minutes before they closed, and bought some new duralast front and rear wiper blades. I had to get home quickly, so I didn't ask them to install it. But I returned the next day, they installed it with no problem, even though it was the next day. The rear wiper blade I'd picked out wasn't the correct one, so they exchanged it for the correct one with no issues. We are in March of 2026, close to being a year later. And I still have these wiper blades on my car, and they're working 100%. Thank you guys for resolving my wiper blade issue. Will be buying duralast wiper blades from now on for all of my vehicles!

Great folks working their butts off to help us when the best description of the part is "the dangly piece next to the thingy with the spring." on my 1996 Ford. While a person on isle 5 is yelling for blinker fluid because the cop that gave them a ticket for no turn signal told them to buy blinker fluid and the judge would throw out the ticket. Oh, and for the folks in the back row, 5 Qts of oil is NOT a gallon. Thank you for putting up with us Autozone

Why ask me for my phone number when ordering online if you aren't going to call me when the item I ordered doesn't exist? I ordered an Ice Scraper at around 10 am this morning and went to pick it up at 2:35 PM. The guy looking up the order told me he went to pull it this morning and realized they didn't have it. That's the whole reason I ordered online vs showing up and hoping it was on the shelf. I called customer service and had my card credited, but the store should reimburse me for my gas and the 17-minute drive to the store.

Great experience. Needed new alternator / serpentine belt they let me rent the specialty tool for free. Needed a new bolt for this job Andrew helped me find the right one Needed a new specialty socket set and Mike helped me find it and let me buy one and return it even after I had used it. Finished the alternator job and my car had cylinder miss fire and Andrew again helped me diagnose it and even let me borrow his tools to do the job right there. They went above and beyond to help me get the job done. The had the best customer service of the the three shops I visited in my search for parts and tools.

The elderly lady that works here will look you straight in the face as you wait in line while the cashier is helping another customer and won’t say a word or check you out. Walking around huffing and puffing not doing anything but acts like the customers waiting to purchase items are an inconvenience. Not the first or second time I’ve dealt with this. This makes the third time she ignored not just me but multiple other customers as well.

I had a great experience with AutoZone recently. Representative Brandon was awesome in helping to properly install a new battery into my vehicle. It turned out to be more difficult than originally anticipated due to the restrictive placement of the battery itself, but Brandon patiently worked through the issue and was able to complete the install perfectly. *****5-Stars***** for his excellent service. Drove 35 minutes away after an employee told me they had the part in stock and that he put his hands on it. Got there and they had to order it. Was not in stock even though I was told that he had it. Waste of time.

I just had a GREAT experience here. The store manager greeted me as soon as I walked in and I asked for a battery test. He was in the parking lot less than a minute later, tested my battery and told me it was bad. We walked back inside, he told me my battery was under warranty, then he grabbed a new one and took it outside to install it. I was back on the road in less than 10 minutes. Best experience I've ever had at an auto parts store.

My husband stopped by to get wiper blades for his truck. The MANAGER, took the wiper blade off the truck. He proceeded to look for the correct size and clip, while cursing and opening packages. He said only one clip will work on his truck. After about 10 minutes he handed him the old blade, told him he couldn't help him that he may want to go to Walmart. This was the manager! My husband went to O'Reilly about 3 minutes down the road. The young man sold him wipers and installed them in 5 minutes. He told My husband that Autozone sends a lot of customers to them. This is not a good business model!

Me and my wife stopped in July 19, 2025, for a check engine light. It was diagnosed saying my spark plugs and engine coils needed to be changed. I was introduced to who I believe the manager is of this Location nick nick was such a pleasure and very helpful. I am forever, grateful of nick. This man deserves every raise possible in the AutoZone industry. My car was in the parking lot. With the broken spark plugs, I live in Florida, so I had no tools with me to fix the spark plugs, so I had to buy tools. Nick was very And advise me on which tools I needed to buy to Help with my repair. I was having serious issues. Uninstalling the old spark plugs. They were very seized and tight, and I could not get Them undone. I had gotten two done in the time. Span of two hours. I had a total of six spark plugs. Nick noticed me struggling after he closed the store. Knew I was not from around town From some of our previous conversations within the store, nick knew that at night, the area we were in was not the safest, and he wanted to try his best To help me, and my wife nick, proceeded to stay until midnight. After he clocked out, helping me change the remaining four spark plugs. I needed to change. If it was not for nick, I would probably still be stuck there. Also, the young man working the night shift with nick that night. I cannot remember his name, but he had blonde hair. Very good customer service, and a very good attitude to wanting to help me.

I noticed good customer service with other customers while in line. I went there for a battery test and to buy a new battery. I was told by the gentleman that because the battery read 0 that it had to be the alternator. Took it to the dealership and it was a bad core in JUST the battery. Ended up having to spend double for the battery. I think the employee was either confused or feeling lazy that day. Usually have a better experience at Auto Zone.

Justin helped us with our Kia Soul battery this afternoon and did an outstanding job. He was knowledgeable, kind, and clearly takes pride in his work. When I walked into Auto Zone this afternoon, the employees at the Parts Counter said , " Welcome to Auto Zone." They were all very nice and had a great attitude. As I walked around the store, I learned so much about what it takes to maintain your vehicle . I learned about the different types of engine oil, the antifreeze for particular cars based on their origin. I had no idea that there was antifreeze for North American vehicles, Asian and European. I loved all the organizational pieces for a car to help a woman stay organized while driving to baseball practice and the grocery store. I also loved the large variety of car air fresheners. I even saw Jelly Bean Air Freshners on an end cap. Those were really cute. I saw the Google Light Bulb on a shelf right before you checked out at the parts counter. Something that I want to purchase is a USB work light for under $10! I want to use it as an emergency light for when the power goes out, or you can use it if you are trying to save money on your utility bills. There were other lights that could light up an entire room! They were located on the right side of the store on a shelf close to the motor oil. I'm sure these guys were not used to a woman walking up and down every aisle looking at products like it was a women's clothing store. But, I learned so much while I was in that store today. And, I can't wait to go back and purchase that USB rechargeable light stick !

Asked for a battery test. Manager was gruff. Saw the vehicle and said he wouldn’t replace the battery because it was too deep in. The battery was no deeper than your average vehicle. I think he just didn’t want to do it. Manager was very rude. Had to wait a long time just to be told he wouldn’t replace the battery

They are lifesavers. I'm a full time uber driver and I had a dead battery at nine o'clock on a friday. They stayed open a little late.And install the battery for me. The installer named True was the nicest. Thank you so much

The employees were friendly and helpful. When I arrived I asked someone to come out and double-check which light was out on my car. Right away “Dan” came and did as I requested and then found the bulb I needed. I was in and out in 5 minutes.

I wouldn't recommend women to come here. I had three men talk over me at once, treating me like I didn't know what I was talking about. I was quoting a seasoned mechanic and they kept debating me. I didn't get the oil I needed and was followed to my car by one of the men. They were clearly trying to vulture business off of me and wouldn't take no for an answer. News flash! My car works fine now and I didn't "destroy" it. O'Riley didn't treat me like that and were actually helpful. Those men's behavior was creepy, overwhelming, and unnecessary.

Dan did an amazing job replacing the battery in my truck today! I’m recovering from getting a new knee and he made this so easy for me! I didn’t have to go inside to pay but rather… he took my card and paid. Many cheers for Dan and getting a new battery in just less than 20 minutes! Thank you, Dan!!!

Well!!!! My first visit. It was very nice. I had a V belt problem. Odd size belt. They were very busy when I got there. I waited for the tall man with grey hair. I figured he was going to be the best one to fix my problem. BINGO. Man did I get lucky. This man understands v belts beyond recognition. He knows how to evaluate the numbers and fix my needs. Only auto parts store within 150 miles that had the exact part I needed! Part was correct, fit was perfect, customer service was good, store looked to be fully stocked with all the items on the floor, and it looked the same in the back as well! Definitely shout out to AZ and AZ employees for having the part to get me up and running again and not having to wait for it to be delivered!
