We had our car towed here so we could go get our drivers license fixed and switched to a different state it was a big mess when we got the car back there were items missing from our car brand news bags etc and gas was missing and the drivers seat has been moved I believe someone had been using it and driving it horrible place don't have your car taken here.
Money hungry owner with a cold rude heart! Will not work with you on getting your car out of impound, and refused to give me my personal belongings ithat are in the car! Filed a complaint with the BBB, and will be filing a lawsuit against this scumbag! Do not use this crooked company!
I got into a car accident and the officer informed me that if he called a tow truck that my insurance would cover it. He did call JLP AUTOMOTIVE and when he came out I asked him to take it a 1/4 of a mile down the road to my house and he told me it would be 230$ I didn’t have the money so I asked him to not hook my jeep up and he told me that he was going to regardless because he was already there. And if I wanted him to take it to my house I needed to give him 230$ I asked him could he reason with the price and his response was no because he don’t do this for free he’s got a prosthetic leg. Proceeds to back his truck up and start hooking my jeep up. I had to make my boyfriend walk home because he was so nasty and he might have kicked his tail. Needless to say I came up with the money and he towed it literally across the street for 230$ and had the cops follow him back probably for his safety! And when he brought my car to my house he knocked my antenna off and scratched the top of my car up even after I told him to put it further back in the drive because of the tree!! What a dirt bag and it’s not that he did it but when I called him he told me I couldn’t prove it and take him to civil court
Jlp towed my truck from the Dollar General next to their shop 0.1 miles away and retained it for one day . My charge was $475.00. This is legal robbery, that should be against the law.

This service ONLY ACCEPTS CASH. He also wanted to charge me $250 for a 10 mile tow to my house. I’m so very grateful I got an honest set of folks at Southeastern Towing, they charged me $85 and were a pleasure to work with.
My 1994 Ford mustang set in his shop parking lot for 19 weeks he was supposed to change the head gaskets on it and I don't believe he ever even popped the hood on this car he kept coming up with excuses that things he had to do before he worked on this car and my professional opinion working in the shop before I don't believe it should take 19 weeks to get to somebody's car and on top of that they very rude when you go to pay the gentleman for the tow he was very rude and I'm professional and the shop was very nasty and unclean they had more of his personal vehicles in the shop than he did anything els very poor shop I will never send another car to mine to there again or I hope they all read this and see that the gentleman does not want to work on other people's cars unless it is something very easy to do
Was able to tow my wifes car to the shop with in an hour of the phone call, an hour later replaced busted radiator hose. We were very satisfied with the service.
Got in a collision myself at fault. Cop was nice and called this tow company. Had a accident late at night and couldn’t get car until the following day. Got charged for a extra day rate because was not picked up that night. Owner him self came out he was extremely rude and very unprofessional. Following day went to pick up car guy informed no cards were allowed for payment which was fishy. When getting car guy didn’t offer to help and was rude the entire experience.
Chose one because nothing is lower than that to choose they say one set price based on mileage but that’s not true especially if it’s the cops who have it towed the price then varies and it varies on who you are so if your gonna use this company do your research make sure you have a lot in common with the owner or you’ll get charged more
