I purchased a truck from these guys and they are awesome to work with Tiffany and Danette was more than accommodating for me and our family needs. Here’s an accurate review based on my experience. The bucket truck they were selling stated , “ready to work”! After purchasing this truck, that is the farthest thing for ready to work other than the engine blowing up. After leaving their lot and getting back to Tennessee, the transmission showed signs of going out which now has to be replaced second and fourth gear are completely gone. My diesel mechanic went through that thing with a fine tooth comb, and there is numerous issues, some of which could’ve been addressed with a simple inspection by them once they got it. Belts, hoses, and oil change. None of these things were addressed when they had the unit. They only bought it and passed off someone else’s problem to somebody else like myself. The worst part, they own a mechanic shop down the street, but they do not inspect these vehicles. They only purchased them from someone else and then flip them for a profit. Buyers beware! You are buying as is they will not disclose any known issues nor where they look for any issues so when buying, be prepared to have the truck or vehicle inspected before you leave their lot and not at their shop I’m currently sitting at almost $20,000 to fix this stupid POS the reasoning and excuses that they pulled a Carfax report and the maintenance it was done in March. I just bought the truck a month ago and couldn’t make it there until almost 9 o’clock that evening, so I did not have any way to inspect it, but felt a sense of confidence and trustworthiness from speaking with him through this process lesson learned do not trust any car dealership even this one they offered me $800 on a $20,000 bill they’re measly $800 they. Reviews will also go to trust pilot yelp, and the Better Business Bureau.

This dealership was literally an answer to a desperate prayer. We had one day to figure out financing and try to get my husband the jeep of his dreams. We could not find one locally in our search the weeks before and even the night before our purchase. We were headed back from a disappointing interaction with a dealership in Georgia and lo and behold Blue Ridge Cars and Trucks popped up with a beautiful used jeep the exact year we needed to get the financing to go through. Austin and Tyler were amazing guys to work with. They bent over backwards to be accommodating. We are fellow Greer residents and it was so nice to work with a local dealership where the sales personnel are trustworthy. We have already taken several family drives and we could not be more happy with our purchase. I told them to look for my next vehicle as well when I’m ready to trade my Honda.

This place is awesome, I loved the atmosphere. AUSTIN is the man. He got me in this beautiful truck with no hassles stayed after they closed to close my deal and have me driving my truck home same day. He was honest, caring, christian good ole' boy and wasn't going to sell me something he wouldn't drive. He won't do you wrong! I would recommend this place 10/10 they will get you in the truck you want and love. No regrets will be back ! Blue Ridge Cars and Trucks is the place to buy your next truck hands down.

Do not recommend. Go somewhere else. Spent $7,000 for a car with a bad leak in the trunk (condition of the trunk was not disclosed). The listing said "Well taken care of" which was false. I did not think to check the trunk because the listing said "well taken care of" thought it was an honest listing since they are affiliated with Carfax. Figured that would mean it would have a functioning trunk. Gave them the benefit of the doubt, and let them try to fix the leak. All they did was melt some rubber around the edge of the rear left tail light. Did a poor job of it too you can clearly see there are gaps (that took 4 hours). Drove 46 minutes one way then waited 4 hours to have them not fix the issue. Staff is nice enough when you're looking to buy, but clearly just want you to sign that "as is" document and get off their lot. There is also condensation on the inside of the vehicle in the mornings. The back seats are wet from the water collecting in the trunk splashing them while you drive. If I can recommend anything I would say just go to an real car lot not this backyard one. They should treat customers better when they have a serious issue like this. Instead I was just blown off. Why not they already have my $7,000. Debating on whether I should re-contact a civil lawyer. Clearly advertised in a condition in which they had not adequately confirmed. They easily could have allowed me to return this clearly non "well taken care of" vehicle. I might have even bought something else on their lot. People don't talk about good interactions they talk about bad ones. I will be sure to tell everybody I know not to go here, and I would recommend you do the same. Warn anyone you know to just go elsewhere. Unless you like having to put more money into a vehicle you just bought. Some of their reviews are from people/family that work there so they skewed their reviews as well. Conflict of interest.
