Had Scott's Body shop replace my old plastic headlamp lens with glass ones I purchased. After I brought it home it rained. The passenger side lens filled up with so much moisture I couldn't even see the headlights. Took the car back to get the issue resolved. They kept the car a week. Went to pick it up after hours and the lens was full of moisture. Beginning to think they didn't to anything to resolve the issue. Will NOT be taking it back since it obviously would be a waste of time. I agree the guys at Scott's are nice but nice doesn't get the job done!
Scott’s is awesome! After many estimates from other places, Scott’s gave me a reasonable price with a great turn around time. I was skeptical of Scott’s because of the reasonable estimate but the service was second to none, they did a great job! Will always recommend to Scott’s!
This shop used to be amazing. Chip the old service/shop manager walked out apparently and quit. It's obvious to me now that Chip was running this shop and all business oriented information. Chip was amazing! Chip unfortunately left in the middle of me trying to get my car fixed through insurance. This caused a huge issue in the process, and no one knew what was going on. The owner was apparently out of the office out of country on vacation when this occurred. I'm not sure the details behind Chip leaving, but it's interesting that one person caused this big of a business disruption. If I was the owner I would be begging Chip to come back. Chip is well known in the body shop industry in this area, and many people were shocked to hear he quit. I'm being generous and giving 2 stars, but mainly doing it because of the mechanic, and his wife who started when this happened. The wife was very sweet and patient and trying her best to understand the process of insurance etc and the business. The business has obviously taken a hit due to Chip leaving, and I hate that. It's sad that due to one person leaving things went downhill. I hope this is a lesson to the owner, and they bring Chip back or have a more well rounded team. I love supporting small businesses and unfortunately had to take my business to a larger shop to get my car repaired. I hope this business gets things figured out soon for the community, as they were well spoken of.

Scott and Chip are absolute lifesavers for our family! We hit a rough patch with three separate car accidents in one week, but these guys were total champs. Chip, especially, went above and beyond, being super kind to my wife and my son. Honestly, I was skeptical at first because I’ve been burned before by other places. Chip and Scott’s. genuine kindness, concern and clear guidance won not just my wife over but ME too! It wasn’t fake. It was authentic. Plus, their prices were totally fair. They treated us like royalty and got everything fixed up lightning fast. Seriously, if you're new in town and need some trustworthy, experienced fellas (they've got over 30+ years under their belts), look no further! Scott and Chip are the real deal. I truly can't recommend Scott's enough. Recently, I was in need of replacing one of the tail-lights on my car. My parents and I brought the car into Scott's, and the service was absolutely excellent. The staff were genuine, professional, and helpful, and it was easy to tell that they take great pride in the work they do. They were able to order the parts I needed very quickly and their prices and estimates were very reasonable, when they easily could have been much higher. If you're in need of bodywork, you'd be doing yourself a disservice by doing business with anyone but Scott's.
Our son recently had an accident with our 2024 Corolla. Scott and his team were so kind and understanding. Scott was able to locate the needed part and have it ready the very next day. They charged exactly what was quoted and replaced the broken part quickly. They helped to ease our minds in a very stressful situation. We highly recommend these honest, fair, and hard working gentlemen!
Honesty means everything to me. I had another estimate that was 1400+. The manager at Scott's said he would try a local business to fix the small dent caused by someone who slammed a door into my 2024 outback. I did and voila, it is fixed and looks good for less than my deductible, and I avoided the insurance claim, and the inconvenience of being without my car. Thank you Scotts. You could have been like the rest.

Honest and refreshingly old school service. I brought my new-to-me car by there and asked them to quote a job to do some paint repair on various scuffs and scratches. Chip (the manager) and I walked around the vehicle and he asked me to point out the scratches that were bothering me. When I did, he returned to the shop and grabbed an electric buffer, touch up paint, and polishing compound. He went to work on the car right there in the parking lot. He finished and told me "No charge, just come back here when you need us for something bigger." I absolutely couldn't believe it. What business does something like that anymore? Wow. The car looks flawless now. I rarely write reviews but felt compelled to review this business with the experience I had. Thanks again, Chip.
after painting the car door, the whole cabin was white with dust, when I showed it to them, they did not react and did not even apologize. I had to wash the car all day !!!!
I would not trust this shop. My car was here for months, I called once a week for a status update and every time it was “should be done in a couple days I’ll call you and let you know.” But not once did I get a call from them. And when they finally told me it was done and ready to pick up, my headlights were missing bulbs, I was missing a hood prop rod, my heat didn’t work, and my wheel wells were secured By 2 zip ties. So I called them and they said they would fix just needed to order the parts and they’d call me when they come in. I never got a call. I decided I was better off bringing it somewhere else or fixing it on my own.
From the moment Scott got my truck from the accident scene until I picked it up, these guys were great. The job took about two weeks total most of that was waiting for parts. Communication was excellent, and when I got my vehicle back it looked perfect! If you're looking for a body shop, look no further. These guys got it.

He was great. Charged exactly what his estimate was. The work was excellent and I had my car back good as new in only a couple days. If I ever need work done again I’ll drive to Greer for the service and price.
Compared Scott’s service and pricing for paint and repair of our hood, roof and bumper to other body shops. These guys are very easy to communicate with, to understand what work they’d perform, and to schedule getting the job done. No wonder they’re the go to team in Greer and the Upstate.

Scott has done body work on several of my vehicles. I only go to him for repairs. Well satisfied with his work. Reasonably priced. Came recommended to me and I recommend him to others.
Wrecker Driver was very nice, talked with me, gave me a card. I called to ask if he could send pictures and he was sent to another call. The owner answered, was very kind. The owner ask how everyone was and said he would pray for us. I felt like he was very concerned and cared . I appreciated that he took the time to talk to me as if he new me .
