My vehicle was illegally towed while I was visiting the my brother in laws house. When I requested a refund one year later, the towing company refused, even after I provided proof that the tow was unlawful. They were properly served with court papers but did not appear at the hearing. The judge ruled in my favor, noting that there was no valid reason for the tow, and awarded an additional $20 to cover ATM fees. I won the judgment for $250, but the company has still not paid. The amount owed may increase if the court allows me to add court fees and sheriff’s enforcement costs
These guys repoed the wrong vehicle r wreck $600 Baja fenders and a bumper as of now they won’t make right. Tried to call them and I told Mike that I waited 5 hrs from a call back to see if they gonna make right and now I have to go through lawyers I have multiple videos and proof they messed up tried to go without lawyers , said we done and the phone and hung up not very professional Any lawyers in the oconee area want a easy case
Brett was awesome! Professional, fast, and friendly. Got me out of a jam with a destroyed tire late Sat evening. Couldn’t have asked for anything better.

The only reason why I didn't give the company a 5 star is due to the wait. I waited almost 2 hours which threw me behind on my schedule.

This man right here saved our life’s tonight I owe him sooo big The most honest people around very very fast we were in the middle of the road with our truck tire hanging off and a very good tow man got us back home safe out of the road I would recommend to everyone I know I will only use Parker automotive ole red got us right thank you so much for being so awesome very polite and respectful my true hero’s forsure keep being awesome company I mean yall truly saved our life’s tonight I will never know how to repay yall god bless
I had a rack and pinion fixed on my car they sent a tow truck to pick it up. They got the job done quickly and cost affective my car drives great now would recommend this business to anyone.
Charged me extra cause there feelings got hurt and kept trying raise the price on me said they are trying run a professional business but let there emotions get involved in business there is no room for feelings in business I didn’t show no disrespect as soon as I got there lady started yelling at me and came towards me aggressively
My car was tow couple days ago I just found out about it today. I called ask about my car and was told I had pay $500 which not a problem prices is prices but since car no longer run I didn’t care for it . So therefore I ask to get my baby car sit and baby clothes he told me if I don’t give him my tittle to my car and my kids can’t get my property . Any tow services I ever been through never ask me for the tittle the most there ever ask for was dL and keys to my car this person out here taking people belongings and making them give up they tittle to they car for they stuff . Please do not contact these people they racist and narcissistic type people the owner very rude the dispatcher has wrist attitude the city need shut them down . Please do not waster your time
Worse service ever. Would not use them again. How do you tow a car and then not know where it is or can't get in touch with the driver that picked it up all day. Very unprofessional and hard to get any info out of once they pick up a car
Issue #1 Had a heater hose and spark plug replaced and 3 weeks later had the same issue return. Got charged twice for the same job because it wasn't fixed correctly the first time. I went ahead and paid the $200 and moved on.
Issue #2 Had my wifes entire front end replaced and the mechanic forgot to tighten down the ball joint bolts and left both cotter pins out of the castle nuts. I brought this to the owners attention and his reply was that he didn't see a hole for the cotter pins to go into.
I will not take any of my vehicles back to this shop ever again
Edit: I went and got the heater hose you looked up on the computer Mr. Parker. I even asked you if it would be faster if I went and got it and you said yes. If you would have told me it wouldn't be warrantied if I went and not you then I wouldn't have gotten the part in the first place hence why I was not happy when you said you were charging me again. I think you have so much going on you don't know which way to go or what you said the day before. I still think it was wrong of you to double charge me for the same repair ( that was done 3 weeks earlier) of the heater hose you had looked up and said " this is the only place I see showing a hose in stock".
They do great work. Friendly down to earth family oriented business. They stand behind their work and have fair prices. Wouldn't have my car serviced anywhere else
Michael seems like a good guys but I bought a car from him three months ago now and have not received the title for a reason he don’t seem to be able to explain. I really needed the car I bought to carry my children around but I’m not able to drive it because I can’t get a tag.
Never used them, accidentally called them a year ago when I had my car at shop down the road from them( big mistake going to the other shop, the one at the old Napa building). They were nice on the phone giving me the other business name.

this place never has worked on a muscle car wow they messed up a g8gt dod delete. lied about the parts and ruined the car sounds like trash clunks and crankshaft for 4k of service
I took my daughters Mini Cooper here for several repairs. I recieved EXCELLENT service. Mike and the rest of the staff were exceptional in their customer service and knowledge. The process couldn't be beat anywhere else. Especially, with a European vehicle. It was fast and painless. I highly recommend him to anyone that needs automotive repairs!
Ruined a $200 sterring wheel. Was supposed to do an alignment on the car and it still pulls hard to the right tried calling them and never returned my call. They had my car for over 2 months and still didn't fix anything just ruined things.
He was very honest and helpful. He held a part for my car until I got the money. The only part I didn’t like was the guy he had tow my car upped the price by over $50 saying it was difficult to move. But that’s nothing the mechanic could control
