I just recently bought my car from here and they were great. Awesome customer service, and their prices are great. Everyone was so friendly. I would definitely buy another car from them and I would tell anyone that is looking for a good car to go see these guys!

Just getting around to leave a review but this place is not a good place to buy a vehicle. I purchased a vehicle last July 2020 a 2011 Buick Regal and the next day we had issues. We had to change all brakes and rotors and the catalytic converter and other parts.

Ted is the man to see when doing business at this establishment. He was very upfront and honest about everything. The owner is a hilarious guy and I’m sure with the combination of the two you’d have nothing less than a stellar experience. I purchased a 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 ST, with the help of Ted and the Owner; they had all of my concerns taken care of by the mechanic there on site immediately. Thank You God for these good people.

These guys are great. Bought a car from them today. The price was great and there was zero pressure and the deal was handled with integrity. The paperwork process was fast and we drove out with a car pretty quickly.

This dealer is amazing to work with. The guys here were very professional, great prices and not pushy. We knew what we were looking for and they were happy to help us. From the moment we stepped foot on the lot to the moment we left we had a wonderful experience. We will be back for our next car needs!! I now know what the name Wham! means lol it means gotcha. I brought a 2011 Chevrolet 3500hd on 6 /28/20 a week after I purchased it the check engine light came on I took it to my mechanic he scanned it it came up as turbo sensor. I contacted the dealership and made arrangements to take it in, I dropped it off Monday evening the sales man I purchased the truck from was acting like he was trying to weasel his way out saying he would take it to their mechanic only to find out the mechanic is on site. I got the truck back the light was off I was told to drive it 200k miles to reset the sensor, well after 150k the light came on again they couldn't tell me what their mechanic did to repair it which at this point I'm not to happy with his ability. I asked the manager if I could just turn this in on the warranty that was give since I purchased this truck for my business he said yes only to be told that the turbo sensor is not covered . I contacted the dealership again to ask if they would cover it if my mechanic whom is certified to work on this truck could do the work , Smiley once again after haveing a bad sarcastic attitude asked me to leave a vehicle with people whom has shown me that you really could careless if this truck works for my business or not. At this point I will cut my losses and repair this myself but warn anyone who is thinking about buying here dont be fooled by the reviews run! Today 10/10/20 I contacted the owner Mr. Smith , the conversation started off a little unsure but after things calmed down and we both listened to the others expressions of feelings toward the situation he offered to pay half on my bill of having my mechanic repairing the truck. That is something that usually does not happen that and other words within our conversation gave me a respect for Mr. Smith that I gave him my word that I would purchase my next vehicle from him personally because as a business man he was upset because of how is business was represented and he was willing to make it right that is a dying breed of businessmen! RESPECT GOES ALONG WAY!

Buyer beware. I understand I purchased a truck "As-Is." I was told I have a 3000 mile or 3 month warranty. However the check engine light came on within 24 hours of purchase and I contacted dealership to notify them. Took truck to AutoZone for OBD reading and got code(s). Attempted to bring truck back under 3000 miles to get it checked out and was told the codes that came up (Ecoboost, losing power, EGR) was not under warranty even though it registered within 24 hours of driving the vehicle off the lot. Dealership reset the code(s) to sell vehicle. Have vehicles checked out by certified mechanics before purchase, even if vehicle "looks nice."

I came here one Saturday a month ago to purchase a work truck. I found one I liked that had some issues. I bought it anyway because it was a great deal! They repaired all the issues! I now have a good looking, clean running truck! They also did dealer financing to make the process easier and pay it off faster! I very much recommend this dealership!

Spent alot of time searching for a great first car for our son to head off to college with. We are very particular & don't typically buy used cars. Came across Wade Hampton Auto Mart via autotrader based on the vehicle filter we were searching. The photos were great so called & got Alan who knew the exact history & story of the car. Asked him if this was something he'd put his kid in & he was 100% yes. They got us hooked up with a wonderful credit union which did all the needed docs via email. Ted was our saleman, great guy. Very professional and not "PUSHY" salesmen, I recommend this dealership if you are looking for great payments and have little to no credit. The employees, especially Mark, the owner, and Ted, a salesman, are upfront and honest people. I am pleased to say that this is where i got my Toyota Tacoma, and will be getting my vehicles from WHAM cars in the future.

My husband bought a car from them and honestly we had fun talking and laughing with them. They make sure the car or truck you buy is the right one for you. There vehicles are very clean and very reasonably priced. My husband and I highly recommend them for your vehicle store. Thank you guys so much you have no idea how happy you helped us and how much my husband loves his new truck. Yall are AWESOME!!!!!!!

We trusted these people with our entire inheritance. Went to get a vehicle from them and paid 15,000 down on it and made payments BEFORE they were due. When we made this deal we thought these people were amazing that they were great with customer service and genuinely helped people. NOT the case. When we bought the truck we were told it had one previous owner, was locally owned and had been in NO wrecks and was good to go. Even tried to tell us the side rail was stolen from the lot to the truck. Took it to another dealership who is CARFAX approved and isnt allowed to sale "lemon cars" find out that the truck is from kentucky, it has been wrecked and had to be rebuilt and WAS NOT done right. And that within a month it was going to throw a rod along with other problems and basically be worthless even after "passing" whams checks. Went to ask about getting our warranty refund back since the truck was paid off now like the new dealership said to do, told them what we found out and tried to figure out what their reason behind lying to us was and was screamed yelled at told to "go to hell and get the hell off their property" and one guy ran out the door basically threatening us and trying to get my boyfriend to fight him, even screaming explatives at me A FEMALE along the way.. Smh. Theyre great people when ur coming there and they want ur money, especially when u hand them 15,000 cash, yet when you find out they are really a lemon dealership and lie to you to get you to buy their vehicles they threaten you scream expletives and run you off the property. BAD BUSINESS! don't believe me? They sold us a 20,000$ truck just to have their partner business go buy it back from the dealership WE had to sale it too for a whopping 6000$ car. Just so they could RESALE it again on their lot later for another 20,000 so buyer beware if u see a black 2013 dodge ram bighorn at THAT location.. Save your time. And the trouble of having to file claims and go to court. Thats your best option.

Our experience with this company has been great. I bought a truck at Whamcars for my business. Smiley was extremely helpful in the buying process. They were patient with me as I worked through getting my loan and all of my information sorted out. On top of that I got a really great truck at a very good price. I will definately consider them for all of my car buying needs. In addition to that, I took a vehicle into their mechanics for a small sensor issue. They spent most of the day replacing the sensor, which was not under warranty from them, and then comets the cost because I bought the vehicle there. Again, they had no obligation to do that for me, but did it simply because they stand by their product. I highly highly recommend.

I came here originally for a F150 I saw on Facebook Marketplace- and ended up with a Silverado! For me, I do not like being pressured into a sale. (I'd like to preface this with I am every type A and hard headed person) I had been looking around for a truck for about a week and every time I said I decently liked a truck the salesperson was always trying to get me to sign. "Sign here, let me earn your business" blah blah blah BUT when I got to Wade Hampton Auto Mart, it was different! I worked with Ted and he was awesome! Ted was very knowledgeable, kind and understanding. I am beyond Grateful I stopped in and worked with Ted!! I'll be taking my new gem to Missouri in a week and have no worries of getting there! These guys are AMAZING! The ABSOLUTE BEST car buying experience we have ever had! Especially after the terrible experience at the last two places we looked for a vehicle, I had just about given up! My boyfriend and I live in nc and had been looking for trucks for hours via online and bouncing from car lot to car lot. We started here locally and due to not finding anything we decided to go to greer hoping our luck would be different. After stopping at at least 6 lots, we stopped here and was greeted with wonderful people! We explained we were having trouble getting financed due to not having credit. We found the truck of our dreams with everything we were looking for and mark, the owner, said he would do everything he could to put us in that truck. The next day, we drove down and picked it up. All the staff was very welcoming and had great customer service and was very personable. I highly recommend!!!

Purchased my first car with this company. JUST TODAY! I bought a 2016 car for the price of 2005. With them trading my car for more than I expected. It took 7 hours for me to find my insurance however but they did not give up on me until I was able to find something affordable for me! THANK YOU TO EVERYONE AT WHAM !
