This place will most definitely tear your vehicle up. The don’t take responsibility. Upon pulling my vehicle they cracked my radiator. They never took blame only said they didn’t do it. My vehicle was working perfectly fine before it was in their possession. Highly do not recommend.

It sure has changed there A LOT since my Dad bought and sold as a dealer there several years ago, and not for the better.
There were additional damages to my vehicle, I have reason to believe parts were taken off due to these damages. The car is now louder and i was charged extra fees while the bank said this would save them money since it cost me extra. No one will let me know who I need to contact to get the desired resolution. Still waiting for a call
i like coming to this auction i had purchased several cars from here i just wish there fees were the same as manheim adesa or speedway their fees are more close to copart and iaa, that is the only thing i dont like about it
Every single time I try to bid online at this auction, I have a problem. Most of the time I have to call them to get my account back online because they kick me out for not bidding for a month. This time, it asked for the last 4 of my social (which I have never been asked for during the 5 years of my access membership). Even after I entered it, it asked for my ID number. I also entered that and then it said there was an issue and I couldn't attend the auction. These constant problems keep occurring because they keep shutting down and reopening the account. I've never had this problem with any other auction. They also fail to get engine hours on boats. Most of which have instruments that can show it. For example, I bought a pontoon from them that they said it didn't have one. When I got it, I could read the hours off of the engines infotainment center by selecting the arrows on the screen. They also put things like, "Major scratches" or "Major dents" in the condition report and then never show a picture of the damage. The condition reports need to be more thorough and show all the damages. These issues can be easily fixed and I hope they fix them.
Some OVE y’all got . I bought a boat that was set on a buy now listing. The next day after I already arranged transport they told me that they listed the boat at the wrong price…. They wanted another $1000. As an auction they should have immediately taken fault and comped buy or sell fees making up the difference in the cost they listed. Then after hours trying to figure it out, they tell me it dosent include the trailer. That was not stated in the announcements this is complete nonsense.
I’m a dealer and this is an automotive auctioning facility. Dealers from around the state bring the vehicles here to auction them off exposure is decent a great group of people here.
Worst customer service ever, buyers be aware they are always by the seller side in any arbitration.
Once you buy any vehicle it is yours even if the title doesn’t come on time.
This location has an RV and Camper sale that they run with a good selection of units. Have seen about 100 for auction on the same day. They actually inspect the units and try to open slide outs and check hours of use and so forth.
The folks there are eager to help load and hook up at pick up.
Found a solid vehicle at a great price. Do yourself a favor r and Scan the OBD2 port for problem codes and Research the cost of repairs before you make a purchase.

Absolutely terrible!!!!!!! Good luck on getting them to do what they told they was going to do. Supposedly to have 2 cars pulled out I get here at 3am to pick them up they got one outside and no key and other one still in the gate. I called earlier to make sure they was out they said yes. Junk sale anyway
Great auction. Great dealer trades. Great staff. The office staff is really down too earth. They all care about the little guys. The gm and sales manager run it great. I look forward too Friday's. 👊🏼
