Only giving two stars since the owner was kind enough to fix his wife’s bad attitude and mistakes.

One star, because at least the owner was nice enough to fix our wheel, after the female desk attendant decided she was going to be on a power trip, and completely cuss my husband a new one because SHE lead us to believe our property was lost. After speaking to me, hanging up on me, she personally called my husband to cuss him out and tell us we couldn’t come get our wheel for a week. We won’t be back. It’s strange how they have so many positive comments which is why we chose this place.

Had our wheels repaired, back on the road within a few hours. 2nd time here??.

Top notch!!! I had a car driven there from Columbia and they fixed the rim (that had really bad curb rash) in a timely manner and kept the car until we could pick it up. HIGHLY recommend them for any rim repair needs! Thanks Mikey and crew!

Just got my wheel back and it looks the same as it did when I got it out of the box from the manufacturer. Quick turn around and extremely professional. Hopefully I won't curb another one, but if I do I know who I'm asking to repair it. Highly recommend!

5★ 07/2025 Absolutely five star customer service and work done.... We had our wheels straightened out here.. We hit a pothole and a dented our wheels which made the car shimmy... I called Mike on the phone and was No haggling no double talk nothing just the straight price.. The price of work done is fabulous and the wheels are perfect.. Our car does not shimmy at all now.. Doug, Mike, Cameron, The entire team was fabulous and helpful.. We cannot say enough great about this business, these people, and their work .. I am so impressed with the way the car runs now as opposed to the way it did ..... wow.... Wish I had pics to show the perfection... Thank you so much guys and kudos to the entire team at Alloy Wheel Repair.. We Highly Recommend this place and we will definitely return for any wheel work we ever need done....??

Great shop!! Very professional and they got my wheel ready before the Holiday. Highly recommend them for any wheel coating, polishing and painting.

I had a vibration issue with my truck. I was told by another shop it was a bent rim on the left rear. Alloy checked it, didn't find an issue, then proceeded to check the other rims. Still no issues. Unfortunately the vibration is still there, but I know the rims and tires are good.

I had wheels damaged by a local tire installation store and was referred to Alloy Wheel Repair in Greer to fix the wheels as part of an insurance claim. They did an absolutely fantastic job. The wheels look new and they were easy to work with. I would recommend them highly to anyone! That said, pay attention to the "service charge" that they add to the total bill when you pay by card. It is not a big deal, but was frustrating and so if you know about it on the front end then you won't be annoyed and distracted from the excellent work that they do. (I do wish they could just include that small charge in their initial pricing estimates - in my case, I was reimbursed for the repair charge by the insurance claim but not for the service charge since it was not included in the estimate - if it was just part of the price then it would be covered in such situations). Overall though, excellent work and will definitely use again if I need wheels repaired.

I contacted AWRS after getting a quote from Owen for $300 to repair my rim. I spoke with Mikey. They picked my rim up, repaired it and dropped it back off. Flawless and friendly service!

Updated review Feb 3: I called this morning and spoke with Mikey. Unfortunately they do not have cameras where my vehicle was while waiting for the repair so nothing can be done. He was genuinely concerned when he read my review. He apologized and offered to reimburse me for the items taken. I didn't have anything of high monetary value in there so I declined that. But he insisted on giving me something so I have a voucher for a free wheel repair in the future. They did a wonderful job on the repair and took responsibility for what happened. I really couldn't ask or expect more than that and I'm grateful they took the issue seriously. I will use this business in the future if needed even without a voucher. Original review Jan 31: I have not dealt with this place directly yet, but I will be talking to them on Monday. This review is just a warning to others. If they have your vehicle overnight or a couple of days like in my case they will not lock your vehicle and you may get robbed like I just did. Kia of Greer used this place to have some wheel damage repaired for me and I picked my car up today. Immediately I noticed that the inside was trashed and my stuff was missing. I'm not able to do anything about it now since they are closed until Monday but use them at your own risk!!! I'll update with what their response is to this when I have one. On another note my wheels do look brand new so they do a good job, but not at the risk of having this happen to you.

I had a locking lug nut that Porsche could not remove. I tried everywhere before stopping at Alloy Wheel Repair, the guy at the front desk went out of his way to help me and completed the task with care and precision! Then I asked what I owed and he said no charge. If you need wheel repair this is a place who understands that helping others in turn helps you!!! Many thanks

Doug did an excellent job, repairing my damaged rim. It was a challenging repair, since the Mercedes has a customized “powder coat “ color. Highly recommend their services

If I could give 10 stars, I would! The price was unbeatable compared to places I called prior, they are very knowledgeable, honest and professional. Hopefully I never have another issue in the future with my rims but if I do, I will definitely return to Alloy Wheel.

Very good experience! Came in first thing in the morning, got an estimate and left the rim, 3 hours later got a phone call that rim is already fixed (got a small bend on inside part of the OEM Honda rim). Brought with me brand new tire and got it installed and balanced right away. Very appreciated for service and quick turn around. Hopefully not, but if something happens I will definitely come back and will recommend them to my Friends!

Will definitely fix your rim or tire repair needs, amd anything else they will give you advise without trying to over charge you or make you feel obligated to spend with them.

Good experience with these guys, they got my wheels fixed up and looking new again. A bunch of them were badly bent, but didn't want to scrap these because they are discontinued. I recommend them.

When I looked at the before and after I literally could not find where the original dent was made they did a absolutely great job. I recommend this place to all that come across a dented rim due to our states horrible road conditions.
