This place is amazing! The girl at the front desk greeted me with a smile and immediately made me feel welcome. And then Ryan followed doing the same. He was personable and did not pressure me at all unlike most other car dealerships that make you feel like you have to make a purchase or choice right then and there. He gave me all the info I needed or requested after test driving the vehicle with no expectations. They offered me refreshments while I waited and again just made me feel welcome. I recently purchased a 2025 INEOS Grenadier from Hendrick INEOS Grenadier Charleston, and overall it was a great experience—largely because of Madeline, who was nothing short of exceptional. She was absolutely wonderful to work with: incredibly communicative, knowledgeable, thorough, and consistent about following up and following through. There was never a moment where I felt uninformed or brushed off. She clearly knows the product inside and out and takes genuine pride in making sure her customers are taken care of. Ryan was also great to work with and very professional throughout the process, but Madeline was hands-down the star of the show. She set the standard for what a sales experience should be. That said, Joe could probably benefit from taking a chill pill and brushing up on his reading comprehension and math skills—but thankfully, Madeline more than made up for it. When it’s time to trade in or upgrade, I will absolutely be calling Madeline first. And honestly, if she’s not still there, I’ll be going elsewhere—because that’s how much of a difference she made in this experience. Highly recommend asking for her by name.

I was greeted a bit before my test drive by Andrew who was friendly and professional. The Sales Manager Lee also joined us for part of our meeting. Zero pressure, just information and enthusiasm. These folks love their product and it comes across genuinely. I even enjoyed interacting with their Finance Manager Ray, a first for me in 40 years of car buying ;) Love my new Grenadier and made even better by a phenomenal dealership experience.

My daughter lost her q5 in an auto accident and we have been looking feels like forever we tried a few dealerships drove out of town 4-6 hours away only to be let down she has her own financing through USAA, so it wasn’t that it was the price was non negotiable or the car had a defect she couldn’t live with, but my husband had just purchased his truck from Ineos Grenadier months previously wonderful experience what are the chances they would have an SQ5 Audi. Well they did they were a few dollars more than she was approved for with USAA but they made the money work. They chose to make a difference in a 24 year olds life that their bottom line. Thank you so much to Dane and his finance guy that stayed after hours to get this transaction done.

Couldn't have been easier, we test drove love the vehicle, no negotiation necessary The price is the price. We were in and out in under 1 hour, and that was even with them being a short staffed and immediately calling folks over from the other Hendrick dealership to help us with test drive and set up purchase. They also delivered to my work which is in North Carolina during that week as I travel for work. Again couldn't be simpler switch plates and drove home. Can't thank them enough.
