Didn't have the universal trailer bearing seals that I needed. Everything seems to be housed at the rivers Avenue store. Almost felt like I was looking up the parts myself.
Old codgers that work the store have forgotten more automotive knowledge than most employees of Advance - and similar chains - ever learn.
But no OBD scanner? Come on guys ...
Great auto shop , while no other store in the city had it they had the exact parts for our cars and cheaper than anywhere else as well, couldn't recommend this place more.
If I could give this one location a zero I would. I waited three days for them to deliver a starter . I called to ask if it was delivered and the woman said yes . I tried to pay for it over the phone and she said I couldn’t . I completely understood that so I came into the store to pay and pick up the starter. As soon as I asked for it the rude lady said I sold it to a paying customer. This is something that o had shipped to the store in Savannah Hwy. Her response was “what do you want me to do. She paid for it first. First come first serve. “ However I was the one that had it shipped there. Her level of unprofessionalism will cost this company

Can't say enough good about the down-to-earth caring attitudes, common sense and honesty that all employees have not to mention old-fashioned work ethics that are lost in Customer Service in today's era! Love the West Ashley team and all That they have done over the years for my family to help with our multiple automotive needs!
They were closed without prior notice, .. something about some rain coming in and then all being scerrd and hit taeln et fer the woods tjets all i gotta say
First off, they didn't have the part that I needed (on the fly) and I still walked out VERY pleased. After visiting 5 other auto stores and receiving sub-optimal service, at best, we found Parks. A gentleman with brown hair, ponytail, goatee, greeted us immediately, listened to diagnosed our issue, gave us perfect directions to their distribution store, called ahead, and had us on our way. Outstanding customer service. Cheers!

I bought a part from this location yesterday on 6/24/2021. The part was a bad part and i was informed that they would not give a refund, and that it was stated so on the receipt . The receipt does not say that and after 3 phone calls and over an hour of waiting on hold no one could produce a solution for the problem. You sold me a bad part and less than 24 hours later refused to take it back
Walkin NOBODY said NOTHING, walk thru looking for what I came for, finally went to the cashier NOBODY said NOTHING like I wasn't even in the store smh. Want BE COMING BACK
I did not think it was possible for a business to be so incompetent. If they were as concerned about customer service and inventory as they were about enforcing their mask wearing policy, they would be up there with O reiley's, Autozone, and Advance.
The Sales Representatives at Parts and Auto on Savanah Highway have three attributes: Friendly, Professional, and Solutions Oriented. This establishment works throughly to earn your business. Solid business fundamentals. large inventory of parts, and a knowledgeable team of individuals who treat you like "family." No gimmicks or upselling. Just good people offering products and services at affordable prices. Highly recommend!!!
Parks auto parts has been here since the 40s if I am correct. They have excellent hours And if they don't have what you are looking for chances are its not available locally. I really love the fact that they are open until 11 pm. It makes it so much easier to fix a vehicle on my clock being as I work 8 to 5 and I seem to find that simply going to a auto part store during normal business hours is a hassle and the guys working behind the desk simply lack the knowledge of automobiles but its not the case at the parks auto parts on rivers avenue. There is a reason its been here for so long and I love to shop there
