Ive been there twice to have my car worked on and I cant say enough good things about them. Staff is amazing, straight forward, and incredibly helpful. The work they did was high quality. Savannah is the best! Everyone I talked with and worked on my car made everything super easy and stress free! Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough great things about Crash Champions! I was rear ended and needed repairs to my car- I was absolutely dreading the process of getting the repairs done/ rental car etc. Crash Champions made it so easy for me- they handled the estimate, worked me in, communicated with me continually through the entire process, and my car repairs were finished before they said they would be. As a small business owner I genuinely appreciated this type of quality work, and outstanding customer service. Thank you for making an unfortunate situation so easy for me!

They gave me four different estimates as to when my car would be repaired. When I received my car back, the air bag sensor was damaged. They told me they would cover it and said they would give me a call when the parts were sent to them. They never called. I called in multiple times to ask if they were ready to replace my sensor and they assured me they would call as soon as they were ready to replace it. I am incredibly disappointed with my experience with this company. Will not recommend them to anyone.

They worked hard to get me as soon as they could for an estimate to repair scratches on my car. During my free evaluation, they said they could fix it for free and didn’t want to charge me for something that wouldn’t take them a lot of work! They weee kind, honest and super easy to work with! Best experience ever .

I got rear ended and it was a pretty decent smash in the back end of my new car :( They did an awesome job with the repairs and everyone was so nice!! I felt super comfortable being there and talking with everyone! The people and waiting area is very inviting and welcoming as well! Would totally recommend and choose again!

I unfortunately needed Crash Champion's services 2x within 2 months for separate reasons but they made it as stress free as possible. They were very welcoming and they certainly don't treat their customers as just a number. From the time of scheduling my appraisal to dropping the car off for repair, each time I interacted with any of the employees they remembered me from the previous repair they did on my car.

Crash Champions was wonderful and made the entire process seamless/stress-free. The work done on my car for repairs was phenomenal and the staff including both the front office and the repair team is professional, kind, and accessible. Highly recommend Crash Champions if you are looking for local auto shop with reasonable prices and service times!

Quoted repair was suppose to only take one week. Due to issues (at no one’s fault) it ended up taking a month. The day it was finally suppose to be ready, they realize the piece they ordered (three weeks ago) was incorrect. The lack of communication throughout and the lack of checking the piece was correct was 100% their fault and delayed things more. They ended up giving us a discount but I had to make a fuss to get things moving. Won’t be recommending to anyone. They also left adhesive on roof rails that we didn’t notice until we had paid and left. We will be fixing this ourselves instead of messing with them.

I went in today because my door was not closing easily. You really had to slam it to get it to close -- the catch was clearly offset from where it was supposed to connect to the frame of the car. I had gotten into a minor accident the week before and overextended the door. Adam came out to meet me and I explained that it was an old car and that I didn't need it to be absolutely perfect. He said, "Hold on." He came back with this device and in about two or three minutes had the door closing perfectly. I asked him how much I owed and he said, "Nothing". That was awesome!!! So, these guys have my vote of approval!

Staff completely unprofessional. Initial appointment scheduled for September 18, 2023 but they claim they were overbooked so I was moved to October. Dropped car off Tuesday October 10, called for update on Thursday to find out my parts hadn't been ordered. This was just a bumper. They did not begin work on my car until the following Monday October 16! The car was not completed until October 23! 2 weeks for a bumper! They claim customer service and communication is their top priority but it isn't. Corporate office also does not respond. If you'd like your car completed in a timely fashion don't stop here. I will never patronize their business again.

The best experience EVER! My door handle came right off my car and I ordered one from Amazon that needed to be painted. Adam gave me the estimate (which was very elevated) and then told me to go to Toyota directly because I could buy one already painted (my weird black color) and come back and he would install it. I went right over to Toyota and low and behold they had one in stock. I went back and sure enough Adam himself installed it!!!!!! He couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful. Everyone I came into contact there was so friendly!

I would very much recommend anyone needing car body repair/paint to Louis and Sons. They recently worked on my passenger front quarter panel of my 4-runner. Perfect paint match for a 2006 car. Also in past, they worked on my Miata. I wouldn’t go to anyone else. Everyone there is very nice. Highly recommend, and Vince was great although everyone there was super helpful.

The Louie and Son’s team was amazing. Vince was my main point of communication, and he made everything as smooth/easy/comfortable as possible for me. This was my first time going to an auto shop for my car, and he was very kind and patient while answering all of my questions. He even remembered that I was getting a rental, and almost as soon as I walked in to drop my car off, he was on the phone with the rental company to tell them I needed to be picked up (after confirming with me that this was still my plan). Overall, I had a great experience with Louie and Son’s, and Vince really went out of his way to help ensure this.

My experience with Louie & Sons Body Shop was professional, easy and actually enjoyable. The work done on my SUV was well done and in a timely matter. Vince, especially, went out of his way to make sure I was completed satisfied and happy. I totally recommend this place.

I would not recommend taking your car to Louie and sons. I picked up my car after the body work was done, and there was damage to the screen. Damage that was not there when I dropped off my car. They said they would take care of it and a week later they informed me I had to fix it. When discussing the next steps to fix the damage I was very clear that I was told Louie and Sons would take care of it. I was met with hostility when mentioning this. They do not want to fix it. In my opinion, if you say that you will take care of it, that means you will take care of it. Poor communication and bad customer service.

Thank goodness I took my neighbors advice and went to Louie and Sons. From the moment I walked in they took such great care of me and my vehicle. They were honest, efficient and professional. They wasted no time and cut no corners. The price was way better than the quotes from other places. They even saved me money when they charged me $100 less than the estimate they originally gave me when they could have easily made the extra money- amazing. They are so honest and truly care about their reputation and their clients satisfaction. If you are on the fence- GO HERE! You will not be sorry!

Vince of Louie and Sons is awesome!!! My car trunk was busted and would not lock. I estimated it would take 3 days to fix and I would have to rent a car likely. I drove up ... Vince helped me and other exceptional staff -they replaced the trunk lock mechanism which was bent and broken and did it in about 2 hours. They were the paragon for efficiency and profound value. I’m sure if I took it to the bmw dealer it would cost 5 x as much. I’m not exaggerating. And it would have meant making an appointment 4 days later for a 2 day repair. Their customer service was exceptional. 5 stars no doubt. Thank you Vince.

I never write reviews but had to for this body shop. Superior customer service and operational expertise. I've experienced similar customer service and satisfaction levels once every 10 years. Had what looked to be relatively minor damage to the front of my car. Big collision shop quoted $3,000 to fix. Saw Louie & Sons had positive reviews on Google. Took my car in without an appointment and they fixed it in 30 minutes for a ridiculously low amount. Unbelievable. Thanks to Vincent, the mechanic who fixed my car, and all the folks at Louie and Sons. If I ever need body work again they will be the first to know.

I have nothing but great things to say about Louie & Sons. I brought my car in after going to numerous body shops, and Vince was the nicest person I dealt with all day! He was very accommodating and upfront. He got me in the next day when other places told me it was at least a 2 week wait time! Vince would update me throughout the whole repair process, which gave me a piece of mind. I picked my car up after only one week and it looked amazing! Couldn't recommend them more!!

My experience with Louie and Sons was one of the best I’ve ever had! My passenger mirror was damaged when I hit it with a mailbox! The dealership quoted me almost $700 to repair and I paid less than half of that here! When I came into to get the mirror repaired I was in and out in 20 minutes - I even got a call two days later from Vince to see how everything was going! 10 out of 10 recommend for anyone looking for a new repair shop!!!

This is the only body shop I'll use or recommend! Great people, great prices, awesome customer service, and excellent work. I can't say it enough! They really know how to treat a woman, and they won't try to take advantage of you cause your not the most savvy when it comes to the automotive industry! They did what they said they was going to so, and got it all done ahead of time! Thank y'all very much! My Mini Van was almost totaled but they made it as good as new again! A special thanks to Dave, the gentleman that did my repairs, his workmanship deserves ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐! My family has used several of the big chain repair shops around town in the past and every time there was issues. This was smooth sailing the whole time. 2nd to None! I will sincerely recommend them to everyone! Customer Service like this isn't that easy to find these days! I found this business by chance when I needed to get my bumper repaired. They were helpful and quick about giving me an estimate. The price quoted was in line with others. Their location was most convenient, so I chose them to do the repairs. I messed up my days - brought my car in a day later than scheduled! Instead on canceling the appointment they were kind and worked with me on the new later day. Not only that - the work was perfect. They were finished a full day earlier than I expected and were over $100 less than the estimate. Not only that- they vacuumed and cleaned my car before I picked it up. I truly can't say enough good things about Louis and Sons. The staff was excellent, the work was excellent and they far exceeded my expectations. I would highly reccomend them to anyone. **side note :) they did say they aren't always early and most definitely don't always come in under their estimate but, it just happened that way this time. For which I am so thankful!

Louie and Sons worked on my car when I got hit down the whole drivers-side of my car. I can't even tell it was ever hit! They did a great job! They also had it done faster then what I thought it would be. They were very friendly, and I felt like they really wanted to make sure I was 100% happy with it. I have been recommending them to anyone and everyone since then. This past week they worked on my grandfathers vehicle when I recommended him there. He is a hard person to impress but he was very impressed by their facility and knowledgeable staff .

After not having had an accident in years, I managed to have one in September, then in December a deer came out of no where and took out my passenger side fender, headlight, side view mirror and part of the door. These folks needed no appointment for an estimate, took the car quickly and expertly repaired it - both times. They are courteous and flexible. Heaven forbid I should have another reason to use them again, but if I have the need or know anyone who needs body work, I will certainly return to Louie & Sons and highly recommend them to anyone who'll listen.
