Fast and friendly service, and the best price I could find after making several calls. These guys treat their customers like friends and I highly recommend them.

Extremely disappointing service. Last night I called around 8:30 for a tow for out of a slope. The person on the phone told me they’d be there in 30 minutes. I said that’s good with me. 45 minutes had passed and no tow. I called again and the person said he had two cars he was dropping off and it would be another 45 minutes. I was taken aback, but I said ok see you in 45 minutes. Over an hour passed and still no driver. I called again to check the eta on my tow. STRAIGHT TO VOICEMAIL. I tried calling again five minutes after. No answer, but this time it went straight to voicemail after one ring. That means they hung up the phone. I waited a little longer hoping the tow would come, but after over two hours of waiting I had to call another company to get me. If you were unable to complete the service, I would completely understand, but at the very least let ME know that you were unable to come anymore. Overall, disappointing service, lying about arrival time, and straight up just ghosting me. This was just terrible and highly advise any one else not to hire this company for emergency tow services!

These guys are pros! Fast, reliable and affordable night or day!! A big thanks to Jason and Cameron for doing an awesome job!

Thank you to Moore's Towing, specifically Cody, for helping my mom and me out of what seem liked an impossible situation in one of downtown Charleston's smallest parking garages. After waiting for hours, Cody arrived determined and ended up physically pushing our stalled vehicle down three floors...all with a broken toe! Thank you, Cody, and thank you Moore's for having people like him on your team.

Jason & his lovely wife truly went above & beyond. Plus he works in Corvettes so my Mustang not starting may have been a blessing in disguise!

Moore’s was sent out by our insurance company as my car wouldn’t start. They were able to get my car started so I was able to drive it to the auto shop. Very friendly, honest and knowledgeable driver.

I had to have my car towed to a repair shop recently and Cody and Matthew made this such an easy, simple process! They were extremely accommodating, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable! I would highly recommend them for any of your towing needs. I will definitely be using them again!!!

We rented a car from the Charleston airport. It was a piece of junk. We would drive it. I called the rental company and they sent us Moore Towing service. David was awesome. I’d recommend them if you have a breakdown in the Charleston area call Moore’s Towing. He is very friendly, nice and kept the conversation going.

Moores Towing is amazing! Towing is stressful but they made it such a seamless and stress free process. Our driver was extremely friendly and professional. Can’t recommend them enough.

Today at 4:30 I called Moore’s Towing to get as much info as I could as I never got my car towed before. The owner tells me what I need and I told him I’m on the way and I’ll get it today. I get at the yard at 5:30. I knock on the door to try to get information and a lady who was very rude to me tells me she has nothing to do with the company and to keep calling. So I did just that. I’m calling and I have someone who I did not talk to earlier explain to me that they know nothing of me coming and there’s nothing they can do. Knowing that they charge $50 a day. Again I got there at 5:30 and I stood beside my car until 9 as I was stranded hoping for someone to show up as I had all the info I needed to get my car back. I also asked for the owner/manager and I was not able to get that information.

Moores towing is the best in town. I needed a few generators moved asap they were to our location within 30 minutes of the call. Very professional and great to work with. I would recommend for any tow services needed

Mr. Moore saved our Sunday. My family and I had gone to the movies at the Terrace and as I was parking our car in the back lot, the car became lodged on a tree stump hidden in high grass. I called two other tow companies, one didn’t have any available trucks and a second came and assessed the situation and decided that he didn’t want to risk further damage to my car. Mr. Moore came and assessed the situation, made a plan and within 15 minutes of arrival, I was free of the tree stump, with no damage to my car. Thanks to Mr. Moore’s experience, our Sunday afternoon at the movies was saved. Thank you Mr. Moore, and you will certainly be my first call for my towing needs! Highly recommend service!!!

Cody, David & Jason were amazing to me!! My truck was at Tire Choice on James Island with a flat. They said they would fix it but did not and refused to put air in my tire so I could take it to another shop!! I called Cody and he was so kind and empathetic in my state of panic. He called David the owner and he sent out Jason who was timely, kind and helpful. They turned my day around & I will be recommending and using them . Thank you again for turning my day around!!!

Last night my car broke down… I used my roadside assistance and they scheduled Moores Towing… it was late at night around 1am… waited until about 2:30 with no update… called the driver Cameron…he lied about his ETA twice… i was exhausted and tired of waiting… I had to call an Uber to get picked up because he was training someone…i instructed him that I left my key under my mat… he didn’t show up until 3:30 am… he said he would call me when they picked it up and let me know when he was otw to my house with my vehicle… never got an update had to call him multiple times…. I also am extremely cautious of people and “staged” some items in my center console and my dashboard… just in case they would go thru my belongings in my car…. So my car was experiencing some serious issues and didn’t need to be driven… when they pulled up to my house, he started my car and drove it very roughly off the tow truck… and then I checked to see if they went thru my stuff and sure enough every single crevices was rifled thru… not sure if they stole anything….would never trust this company again…. Extremely disappointed…

I was having a difficult time finding a tow on short notice but thankfully Moore’s Towing was able to help me out. From the initial call to drop off, it couldn’t have been more than an hour and a half total time to take care of my car. It was a wonderful experience overall and they offered excellent customer service while I was under a lot of stress. Would highly recommend to anyone in the Charleston area!

Just gonna try to sum up as best I can. Came out Friday morning and it wasn’t a jump we needed so it needed to be towed to dealership we already made appt for next morning just in case. They said they needed a flatbed because we had 4WD. They’d be there no later than 8am next day. Next morning a different guy shows up… late!!! Guy didn’t show up to our house til 9a. They showed up in a reg truck said they didn’t need flatbed. Finally got it loaded and he left @10a (1.5 h after our appt time on a Saturday) we called @. 1230p to check in with dealer. Dealership said they didn’t have our truck and it wasn’t there. I called tow guy to find out where it was. He said THEY TOOK IT TO THE WRONG DEALERSHIP! I was clearly upset. Attempted weak apology and said they’d fix it and don’t worry we’d never have to call them again and hung up on me. I called back after calling dealership they left it at and we decided to just leave it there. It being a Saturday we knew at that point nobody was gonna see til the following week anyway. He weakly apologized again and said he’d be happy to take to right place at no extra cost…WHAT?!?! Also said he hadn’t charged us full price because they were late. $150 ISNT full price? Don’t waste your time with this company. Never once was offered a refund for ALL their screw ups! Worse when they acted as if they’d been a bit generous not charging us full price and not charging extra for them fixing their own screw up. If I could zero stars I would.

My experience with Moore’s Towing was SUPERB. They were able to schedule me right away and showed up on time! David was determined to get my shed exactly where I wanted it and assured me he would not leave me hanging! He made it happen, and the charge for his service was beyond reasonable. I would highly recommend Moore’s Towing to anyone. We are lucky to have them right here on James Island!

Today of all days, on this blustery and rainy Sunday, my altinator decides to go out. I was half way home and the accelerator wouldn’t accelerate! Scary for a woman like me with no car know-how to be stranded in such weather. Called AAA (thank goodness for the membership). They alerted Jason from Moore’s Towing. He arrived within 10 minutes or less. Friendly, extremely knowledgable, and quick acting, Jason began hooking my now dead car to his rig and was his way to drop it off at my mechanics. Thank you Jason and thank you Moore’s Towing for having such wonderful drivers on your staff!

David and Cody went above and beyond to help me when I was in a tough situation. They communicated the time it would take clearly and delivered exceptional service. I cannot express how professional and fantastic these two were.

These guys are great. Super friendly and easy to work with. Inexpensive and were able to help me out immediately. Would highly recommend anyone on James Island or the greater Charleston area to use them. Plus, they really took care of my Jeep.

MOORES TOWING is absolutely phenomenal! We got assistance late at night for our desperate family of 10 stuck in Charleston. We are so grateful we were not stuck with our infant and young toddler all night long when no one else would show up ! Moores towing was an absolute blessing for us this evening and they stayed with US until we got our bus up and running! Thanks Moores Towing for saving our day and saving our family trip!
