Highly Recommended! Smooth experience each time I’ve taken my car there. Rick and family are honest and communicative, they always explain what’s going on, what costs we are looking at, and what the timelines are. That way we can make educated decisions together and get back on the move. The communication ensures I know exactly what I’m paying for in the end and am by no means surprised or stretched beyond what I can afford.
Looking for someone knowledgeable, affordable, and truly dedicated to the craft is hard to find- but you will get that from Rick and team. There have been times I’ve gone in thinking I knew what I needed, and they’ve never taken this as an opportunity to earn a quick dollar- but rather dove deeper and suggested only what I needed, and beyond that explained to me the costs/time/etc so we are all on the same page. That’s someone who is truly honest and dedicated to the craft and the people.

GO HERE!!!✨This is truly a hidden gem. It’s family owned and run. Not only did they deliver with my mechanical issues. They truly believe that they will make sure it’s done right and cared about my safety. My breaks went completely out. I went to 3 other shops before and they all said sorry I’m to busy. Went to Ricks and he was just as slammed as they were and had no time to help me, just like the other 3 places. Yet, He still somehow make time for me bc he cared about my well being and put money to the side. This place has truly restored my faith in humans and it is possible to stumble into people who care about one another and not just another dollar. Prices were fair, work amazing, Rick is the yoda of car repair. Him and his sons will take care of YOU and your family’s safety. His wife in the office was the cherry on top,GEM! I sold cars for years so I know shady people. This shop is so far from it. One transaction and I officially will never go to anybody else for my car needs. Good people deserve all the business. Came here in a huge pinch because my exhaust had fallen & I was 4 hours away from home, and had my 4 month old with me. Rick got my car into the garage the second I got there and got it all fixed up and even took the time out of his day to take it all apart and put it back together so we would be safe to get home! He had also let me know about some other problems causing my check engine light and didn’t touch my car until I gave him the okay. Rick is such a sweetheart and has such a kind and genuine soul! If you ever need absolutely anything done with your cars COME HERE!!!!!
I took my truck there to schedule an oil leak repair. I'm talking with Rick he was confident he knew what the issue was and had a kit for a ram 1500 already to be repaired the next day. Rick looked at my engine and confirmed to issue. The repair went great, and the truck runs great.
Moved from Alaska and registered / titled car but didn't realize i only had 10 days to do inspection. Called Rick and he worked me in before the deadline. Friendly gentleman who cares about his customers. They were very busy but he made time for me and I'm grateful. I'll be back based on this interaction with him / his team.
Traveling from NC to Canada, my Yukon blew a coolant hose. Rick got me back on the road in under 2 hours, good as new! Great folks to deal with and price was very fair.
Always has fair prices, and work was done same day. Scheduled brake and rotors for my wife's car. She dropped it off before work, and was able to pick it up on her way home.

On 8/16/17, I was driving to West Virginia from Meadville Pa. I stopped at a roadside rest and noticed transmission fluid spraying out. I stopped at Advanced Auto and grabbed some tranny fluid, and asked if there was a shop around and he pointed me to John's auto clinic about 200 yards away. My truck and trailer were blocking most of his driveway but I had no other option. I talked to Rick, explained the situation, and they dropped what they were doing to fix my truck. They even had to send one guy about 20 miles away to get the parts. They had me on the road In about 2 1/2 hrs. These folks did a great service for me and it was greatly appreciated. Thank you guys.
I had stopped at Advanced Auto to pickup a headlight for my Mazda 3. The guy there told me that he was not able to install it, but suggested I drive down the street to John's Automotive Clinic. He called down first, and the guy there said he could change it out for $10, so I went. He changed it immediately and then told me it was no charge! I left him a little cash, but I was so happy with the quick, friendly service...
The attitudes of the guys really was bad .. I paided 1100 dolllars on repairs and had to take it back several times before I finally got tired of them not finding the problem and being charged hundreds of dollars for a part that was 35 dollars and 20 min to fix ... these guys find and make up unnecessary problems and then when the problem is not fixed and u keep taking it back then the attitude comes out ! These guys should not be in business . I've made my complaints to the city and bbb and several others ..... take your car to ntb they will do u right ...
BE FOREWARNED!! Whenever you go to them check immediately to make sure they did the work. About 2 months ago I took my 2005 Kia Sorento to them for a simple break job and inspection. It was the first time i had used them and got the typical (were gonna see exactly how many things we can find before we pass you) deal from most dealers. I ended up only getting a brake job. or so I thought...the breaks (which squeaked from the beginning, continued to do so after they supposedly changed them. Not to panic (as i realize even new brakes can squeak) I didnt worry about it...a few weeks later i notice no change in the sound. I took them off and noticed horridly they were never changed!!! By then i had misplaced the receipt and could really make a case that they had even done any work on it in case i wanted to sue them. I spent 209 dollars for no work at all!!! I'm writing this to warn anyone going to them. Check the work! Would give zero stars if possible
