Rick is the best! The vehicle was even better than described. He went out of his way to make sure we were happy with our purchase. We believe that we can trust him.

1 star is more then it's worth. Bought a truck from here and it blew up the next day. I had to pay to have it towed back there. I then had to fight with him for over a year to get it back because he would not give my money back. After he said it was done it still had to go back into another garage because they slapped the motor in it and didn't check anything. Now that it's winer and use the 4 wheel drive there was wires wrapped around the drive shaft and it ripped the entire wiring harness out of the truck. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. THEY ARE CROOKS!!!

I’ve bought 2 vehicles from this establishment and both transactions were excellent. The vehicles were in great shape and the staff took great strides to make my purchase as easy as possible. Excellent selection of high end used vehicles.

I live on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. Approximately 4 hours away from this dealership. They had a 2018 Orange Jeep Wrangler. Completely loaded, just the model and color I was looking for. Called, spoke with Rick the owner and made a great deal. I traveled the 4 hours and approximately 300 miles, bought the Jeep and love it. I am 65 years old and I have bought and sold alot of vehicles. This was one the of the best experiences I have had in a long time with a car dealership. Highly recomend. Well worth the drive. My experience with Auto estate was 5 ⭐️ Rick Smetana made a stressful experience amazing! I was so comfortable buying my first car. We laughed and talked racing. My Grandson liked him too, he showed him his cars. He made the whole experience comfortable and amusing for Me my daughter and grandson! Hopefully he will get into NASCAR!!!

Rick was very friendly and honest in helping me purchase the exact car I was looking for. The price was even decent for how much the market has exploded recently. There were a few minor issues with the vehicle at first like any used vehicle but Rick had actually purchased a warranty for me and completely took care of the repairs. I appreciated that big time. I’m very happy with my purchase overall!

Was able to come test drive a car I found on their website. I ended up buying it right then but it hadn't been serviced yet. Rick was very helpful. He ensured my inspection, small repairs (break pads, wiper blade replacement), and detail was done and even delivered the car to my home! Very happy with my new-to-me vehicle!!

Would give 10 stars if I could. This place is seriously amazing. Rick was my salesman and for being just turned 18 was nothing but helpful and just a great guy all together. Got me in the truck of my dreams for a great price and financed no questions asked. If you want to be treated with respect and given a wonderful deal this is where you go.

This was easily the best car buying experience I have ever had! (And I've had more than I care to) I drive for work and had to get a car fast. Everyone was beyond helpful and kind throughout the entire process. Even the dreaded financial aspect of car buying was made better by these amazing people! I never felt pressured by them, and they easily answered all our questions about the car and finances. It was nice and refreshing to work with some cool and level headed people during pandemic times!

About to begin a master's program and move 2.5 hours away from what has been home for the past 6 years, I was frantically searching for a reliable car to get me where I needed to go and be able to travel to see my friends and family during breaks. This has not been an easy task during the Covid-19 outbreak with social distancing and so many businesses being closed, but Rick at Auto Estates was so helpful. I contacted the dealership and had to leave a message, but Rick returned my call within 24 hours and was able to set up time for me to come look at and test drive the car I had found online. I loved the car after test driving it, and after doing a thorough inspection of it, bought it, an easy process with all the help from the employees. This is the first time I bought a vehicle on my own, so it was a stressful situation, but everyone made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision. I highly recommend this dealership if looking for affordable, reliable vehicles!

After my experience with this dealership, i would recommend shopping elsewhere, I sure will. Have had nothing but issues, costly repair bills, and have been treated with extreme disrespect since the day i picked up my car, would not back their warranty either for issues that were very clearly covered up at the time of purchase. When confronted about the issues, the guy in charge becomes dangerously enraged.

Excellent experience, drove 7 hours from my home to purchase my car and they had it fully detailed and ready to go when I arrived. Treated me and my father (came with me) both with respect and made the deal as smooth as possible. I would definitely do business with them again.
