I visited this Auto Zone in desperation. Both of my key fobs stopped working and Nathaniel (spelling?) was absolutely amazing! I was flipping out like the woman that I am and he was calm, cool, and collect. Fixed both of them, 10 minutes tops! He saved me from calling Toyota, making an appointment, then taking time out of my work day to take the key fobs there, etc. As a busy Mom, this truly did save me so much time. Nathaniel, you are the BEST!!!!

Joe was absolutely amazing and helpful to my husband and I. He saved us hundreds of dollars from going to the dealership and was very informative and helpful.
Needed a brake light replaced. I never had the proper teachings to do such a thing. When I went to Auto Zone the cashier/technician Mike was more than happy to help me and since changing my bulb was not super invasive he was able to show me how to change a bulb and educate me on how to change the bulb myself with the other brake light. Great staff and service. Will return. Thanks again!

I've been working with Jaret and Mike on getting parts upon parts for my daily driver this week. Endless questions and concerns but these guys never skipped a beat on getting me what I needed. Both awesome people with great customer service!
Went there on Wednesday afternoon to get my battery tested. Employee at the counter assisted with testing the battery and indicated the battery was bad. I opted to get a replacement battery and requested the battery to be installed. I paid for the new battery at the counter. The employee attempted to install the new battery but couldn’t use tools to install the new battery. A second employee came out and asked the first employee if he knew how to use tools. The second employee asked me if I wanted to take the battery elsewhere to be installed or if I wanted a refund and to try and go to Advanced Auto Parts. I opted for the refund and went to Advanced Auto Parts and they helped me out. Would not recommend this location.
I went to autozone to get a new battery and had it put in on Thursday November 30, and it was put in wrong because a 2 days days later my car wouldn’t start when i went to a gas station to get gas, so i had someone come help me and look at the battery and it was loose and not put in correctly. I wasn’t even mad about that, i just wanted to take it back to auto zone and get it fixed and that’s where the problem started on December 2nd there was a woman working there in the morning when i went around 10:00. She was the most miserable, rude, condescending person i’ve ever encountered. When i told her my problem she said okay??? and I said can you help me? and She said what battery brand and make did you get? I said I’m not sure and she literally laughed in my face. So I said well aren’t you able to look at it and tell?? and she ignored me and went and grabbed her cart to go outside with the tools and she came out with the cart and just said “go pop your hood” in the rudest way and then she looked at my battery and fixed it but didn’t speak a word to me or tell me what was going on with it then said “start it” and then it started and she gave me a thumbs up and a dirty look and walked away. She made it seem like I was giving her the biggest inconvenience of her life and I will never come back because of her.
Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable staff. They even loaned me their pair of scissors to trim the zip ties to the appropriate length. Lol. Thank You. I made it all the way back to New York and the check engine light even went out

I don't live nearby but have visited several times in the past few days. I have rarely seen someone that is so inconvenienced by their job. The exhaling and the complete burden of it. Not just by me but other customers as well. Everyone else seemed pleasant and helpful. I would not have left such a low rating but this should be addressed by higher. This morale is not positive for anyone in that environment
Dawn is literally the most helpful human! Couldn’t find an air filter to save my life, they’re out of stock everywhere and she found me one at another store, verified it and ordered it for me to go pick up asap and then came outside and showed me how I’ll be able to change it myself. What a sweet angel. Customer service 10/10 ⭐️
I came to have my battery tested because I was having issues starting my car. The guy tested my battery and let me know it was [grossly] underperforming (I don't know if I would have made it home.) He helped me choose the appropriate battery for my car and installed the battery for me. He even went as far as to put dielectric grease on the terminals as well as the felt pads to help maintain the battery's optimum performance and life! Very customer focused and well knowledgeable! Not just a salesman! A++ rating!
Sales staff is fantastic. I had several obsolete part numbers and they were able to match the parts, and develop a few "work arounds" in just a few minutes. They helped me get my Ram blower motor replaced and the cabin air filter mod ordered. Back on the road with fresh clean AC in no time. Veteran's discount available too. Coming back back here exclusively from now on for anything i need.
As soon as my husband and I walked in they greeted us which is very nice. They asked us if we needed help with finding anything which my husband did, they were able direct us in the right direction and it didn't take us as long as it would have if they hadn't helped us. It was a quick and easy stop.
