This place is reliable when you are doing those last-minute projects. Always helpful and usually have what I need. I wish I had a dollar for every trip I made here when a project didn't go as planned.
Friendly man put a new battery in my car while dealing with 93 degree temperature. Was there about 10 minutes. Gave him a (heat stroke) tip. He was fantastic!

Wonderful service but inhumane working conditions. It was just as cold inside as it is outside and it's 17 degrees outside and snow on the ground. I was shivering for the 10 minutes I was in there making my purchase. Please fix this. The employees shouldn't have to work like that. Please please please fix this asap ??
Walked in to Canonsburg location and the guy behind the desk looked at me and said nothing, no greeting, no hello can I help you, zero, after he reluctantly had to put his phone away. When I told him what I was needing, he gestured with his hand in a condescending tone and said foooooor??? He was so rude, I turned around and walked out. This location of employees needs an attitude adjustment and some serious training. Lost a customer for sure!
Knowledgeable people who gave great advice. Parts needed were readily available and even got 15% off my new brakes. Much cheaper to do the job yourself than pay a garage hundreds more.
My son ordered a set of headlights for his vehicle and had a coupon and paid for them online. I stopped to pickup abt 40 min later and Ethan said there is nothing he can do to help that the order goes to 3rd party online then comes to store. So I wasted a trip. Then my son made a trip to pick the lights up and they didnt fit so he had to go back to return them and rebuy ones that fit and Ethan said he cant honor the discount he got online. Customer service is everything!
Called about a bench bleeder kit and spoke to Nick. He was absolutely clueless as to what I was asking and was highly condescending with his tone of voice. He gave little effort into helping me find what I need. No problem Nick, I'll stick to Autzone or Napa

The best service that Advance Auto offers, ironically, is the ability to drop off UPS packages. Because I often ship out things I've sold online via ups, I find myself in Advance at least twice a month. In a stroke of marketing genius, when I happen to need things like oil and coolant, I get it while I'm dropping a package off.
W. Chestnut St. Washington Pa mixes paint using your paint code from your vehicle. Perfect for touch-up spray painting. Jeff was very helpful and knowledgeable and got me all set up. Thanks guys!
Great experience. They were very nice to test my battery and were able to replace with new one. It was very difficult because corrosion, but they were able to get it done and very nice the whole time. No charge for testing or replacement, and my car is now very happy as am I
Went to replace a motor mount that went bad. Same one I replaced 10 months ago. Asked the guy at the counter if they come with a warranty or if it is a common issue. He basically called me a liar, said he was a rust expert and that there was no way the part was under a year. I told him I was interested in a warranty for the new part I was buying and that I wasn’t trying to get one over on him but he continued with the same response. Totally unacceptable.

Love these folks! I have a great time every time I go to get parts. They honor the heck out of a military discount too. Professional people and they have a good sense of humor.
I go there a lot since I drive a 2001 truck with 130xxx miles on it. I would say half the staff is incredibly knowledgable and the other half are either too busy talking about their own cars with each other or their buddies who linger. If you catch the right guy then you be able to get in and out pretty quickly and be well informed in the meantime
Extremely helpful staff! Good amount of knowledge and not afraid to say they don't know and/or make recommendations at other stores. This is my go to auto store.
