We were on our way to a funeral an hour away in snowy and icy conditions… when my wiper blade defected. It’s a ‘22, and my manufacturer changed the blades to make them complicated. Naturally. So the easiest fix would have been to go to the dealership and have them put on overpriced wipers that are obviously easily defective. The guys here prevented me from having to do the extra driving in the bad and already stressful conditions by going above and beyond to find a way to replace my blades. I really appreciate them. Thank you for your help yesterday, it was highly valued by us.

If you ever wanted to wait 30 minutes behind one customer while 3 other employees just look at you this is the right place. I genuinely feel dumber now then when I walked in originally.

These guys are truly ready to help you get the right parts for your car, truck or whatever it is you're driving. If they don't have it in stock, they can have it next day OR, you can go to the shop that DOES have it if you can't wait. They are really ready to help you. Great bunch of folks to help you out and get you back on the road. Highly recommend this shop.

Nice clean and layer out store. I was looking for 303 protect spray. They only carry the one type and not the rest of them.

This is the place to go if you're not 100% sure of what you need. The sales staff are much better qualified than at the cheaper chain stores stores and they always make sure you get what you need to complete your job the correct way. Napa has better quality parts and the sale staff make sure you get the right part the 1st time and they always recommend other things that you may need to either complete the job or make the job easier.

Slowest service auto parts store I have EVER been in, EVERYTIME!! Take something to work on while your there so you don't feel like THEY have wasted all your time.

I've been dealing with store for the past seven years almost daily. They go out of the way to get you the right part the first time and are very knowledgeable.

Finally, an old school parts store! A real parts counter, people that actually seem to know what a car is and a wide variety of quality products.

Outdated and overpriced store. Actually I'm surprised this place is still in business. My guess is local autobody, and garages make up the majority of thier business. The jabronis who work there sit behind the counter like little kings of their pathetic domain. They usually have a know it all attitude. Of course we know that isnt true or they wouldnt be selling car parts for a living......

You can always find what you need at Napa Canonsburg for your vehicle from parts to detailing supplies. Mickey is one of the most knowledgeable salesperson you'll find in the area and if they don't have it he will try to get it for you.

Not good with customer service. Me and another customer just stood at the counter for 15-20 minutes before even being spoken too. It was only me and 1 other customer that was in the store. Not even a word was said. No welcome to napa, no speaking to you after the 2 employees at the counter set there. I manage a dealership and within 3 minutes employee should at least say welcome and that someone would be right with them. Yea it aggravated me and all I could think is that i would have done fired them and surety wouldn't of hire them.

They are very helpful when it comes to ordering you a part but dont carry alot of products on hand
