If you are looking for someone who is efficient beyond expectation, who communicates in professional and clear terms, and who can be trusted to manage the job with little to no oversight- look no further. I could not have been more impressed with the experience we had using this service. They communicated any issues and asked for clarification as they went, after I threw some vague requests at them. They were extremely thorough, and checked in before signing off on a job that turned out way better than expected. I don't know how they worked as quickly as they did, but I will not hesitate to call them again, or to recommend them to anyone. We also appreciated that they were totally up front about whether their other services would be of value to us, compared to another option- which they could have just charged us for, and let us learn the hard way. Its nice to not be taken advantage of! 5 stars isn't enough. update- Since we used Junked's services again- I feel like I can leave another review. (I can't seem to do an additional one, so I'm editing my original) Our contractors had gotten a couple of quotes for hauling away a LOT more debris than expected- and wouldn't you know it- Junked beat them all, and swooped right in to eliminate the problem YET AGAIN. I don't even know how they work this quickly? The before and after photos that they provide, make it clear that they intend to meet (exceed) expectations, and leave no surprises. Again- I cannot recommend this company more highly. Don't bother shopping around, you will not be disappointed.

What an incredible team. This crew was small but mighty in helping me get an ancient year old upright freezer out of the basement of my townhouse. Cam and Taylor moved things and even uninstalled my stove to help get that thing out of the house. I am eternally grateful. They were quick to respond, on time, and easy to work with.
