I honestly can’t say enough good things about Willow Grove Automotive. Every time I bring my car in, I walk away feeling relieved, taken care of, and genuinely grateful. Terry is the absolute best - the kind of mechanic who actually cares. He never makes me feel rushed, confused, or worried. He explains everything, treats me with respect, and always keeps it real. There’s a comfort in knowing that when something’s wrong with my car, I don’t have to stress or second-guess anything. I trust Terry completely. My car is always in good hands, and I always leave feeling happy, confident, and taken care of - not just as a customer, but as a person. It’s rare to find a shop that’s honest, patient, and consistent every single time, but that’s exactly what Willow Grove Automotive is. I won’t go anywhere else. If you want a place that values you, treats you right, and does exceptional work, this is it. Terry is truly one of a kind.

We as a family have been using this company since I was a baby. I am now 35 years old and still use this company. As a kid when I had trouble getting a bolt loose on a bicycle or a lawnmower engine I would stop by and they would come out and help me free of charge. They would also let me fill my bike tires up with air as I was passing by. Great group of people down there at willow grove auto! Highly recommend.

We moved to this area 6 years ago and were looking for an honest, friendly, and reputable shop like the one we had the last 25 years. What a blessing to find Willow Grove Automotive! ✅, ✅, and ✅!

My check engine light came on and there were multiple issues that it could’ve potentially been. Bernie worked with us to explain everything thoroughly and made the solution affordable and walked us through next steps should it come on again. He could’ve easily tried persuading us to make all the fixes at once, instead he was honest and gave guidance as to where he would start. Will be recommending Willow Grove Automotive to local friends and family!

I will only spend time posting a review for exceptional service or really poor service. Unfortunately this is the latter. Place used to be the go to for all my cars, as well recommended countless people to this facility. Service has gone way down hill and you get charged for their mechanics mistakes no matter what they tell you. Their inabilities are your problem and your money no ands, ifs, or n buts . Take on the chin , pay and walk away without your issue fixed. The owner is a great man and I have much respect for him. Unfortunately those that represent his company do not hold themselves to the high standards that he does.

I brought my car in for a state inspection, and they told me “the wiper is bad and it will not pass the safety inspection.” I had a feeling they just wanted to charge for something, but I went along with it—even though my wiper was replaced exactly 12 months ago and was working fine. Big mistake. The new wiper they installed was far worse—screeching loudly and barely functioning. It was clearly a low-quality replacement. On top of that, the price wasn’t even cheap. Very disappointing. This is definitely a dishonest upsell. Come here if you want to get low quality equipments and dishonest service.

This was our first time bringing our cars to Willow Grove Automotive, and it definitely won’t be our last! They did the inspections on both mine and my husband's cars, along with a few other things we needed checked out. For the first time in my life, I didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of at a mechanic. They were honest, efficient, and incredibly professional. I came in thinking I needed a new tire, but they found a tiny pinhole and were able to fix it thus saving me from an unnecessary, expensive replacement. My car's air conditioning also needed attention, and instead of pushing some costly repair, they simply recharged it and had it working perfectly again. The whole process was unbelievably smooth: we dropped the cars off in the morning, and within about an hour, they called to let us know exactly what needed to be done. A few hours later, everything was finished and ready for pickup. I can't say enough good things about the experience. It's rare to find a place that is this trustworthy and efficient. We were traveling from out of town (with a baby) and our truck battery died. I called Willow Grove Automotive and Perry offered to install a new battery immediately. He answered our questions and was extremely kind and knowledgeable. I give this business an A+++ and want to thank them for being so awesome in our time of need. Thank you, Perry!

Took my daughter's car in for an inspection. They told me what work was required and what could wait and for how long I could probably defer it. Very fair and transparent communication, and the work was solid. These are my go-to guys for any work that doesn't require going to the dealership.

I had a tow truck driver pick up my vehicle that was COMPLETELY STRIPED WITH FLAT TIRES. I ULTIMATELY HAD TO JUNK MY CAR DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP I ADDED PHOTOS OF HOW I RECEIVED MY VEHICLE. PLEASE DONT GET YOUR CAR FIXED HERE. THIS SHOP SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN !!!!! IF I COULD GIVE 0 stars I would Please please please don’t go here they promised to diagnose and fix my car within 2 weeks and that diagnostic turned into 6 months with little to no communication from the owner Perry. After several months I reached out to Perry repeatedly to get a determination on my car since coming to a resolution seemed to take extremely long he and was dependent upon him purchasing a part that I stupidly waited for him to get back to me about to end up getting told he could not get it and it would be at a dealership if I found one, until then to leave my vehicle there with the understanding of getting it towed when the part was found. I recently found the part and paid for a tow to pick up my car, the tow driver was told to leave because the shop was owed $700 for putting a battery in the car to get it started and a new fuse. I called to discuss what I thought was a misunderstanding and Perry hung up on me a total of 10 times. He told me I was not getting my vehicle until he was paid. I became so frustrated due to being hung up on I came to the shop to discuss the issue Perry told me to get off of his property. I ended up calling the police and a officer assisted me with getting my car back after agreeing to take out what he put into the car. Been coming here for almost 10 years, bringing not just my cars but those of family and friends GOOD. HONEST. MECHANICS. It’s that simple really When I was kid who could barely afford to fix his car, they always treated me with respect when I would provide my own parts, and they always explained the bill without an attitude or condescension when I had questions. Will only take my car to Willow Grove. It is hard these days to find honest businesses especially mechanics. I trust them so much with my vehicle. They are really nice people. Will always go to them and refer them to my friends

Straight shooters that stand by their work. Perry and team explain the work in detail for me each time, whether it’s routine maintenance or something random pops up for repairs. My family has brought all their cars here forever. Appreciate the peace of mind they provide when coming here.

Honest, trustworthy, and does great work. Perry was recommended to me after a couple of bad experiences with Tom Sawyer and other mechanics. As someone who doesn’t know anything about cars at all, it’s easy to feel like you could be taken advantage of, so it was important to find someone who wouldn’t do that to me. So, if you’re in a similar situation, know that coming here you’re in good hands.

I took my car to Willow Grove Automotive for this first time and it was a wonderful experience! They took my car without an appointment, which that alone was amazing. I was expecting to be without my car for a couple of days because that has been my experience with other auto repair shops in the area, but that was not the case, my car needed major work and they had it completed within a reasonable time and I picked my car up the same day. I was shocked. Also Perry, was super nice and knowledgeable. The price was reasonable for what I got done. I have to say I think I found a new Auto Repair Shop! Daphne

We were recommended to WG Automotive from our neighborhood FaceBook page. We’ve used them 3 separate times and have been very satisfied each time. They work quickly and the quality was great. We would absolutely recommend anyone go to WG Automotive.

They did a great job, really friendly! Replaced clutch in a couple days for a reasonable price and helped explain what needs to get done. Clutch feels great to drive. Will be going back for all the other stuff my car needs.

I've been going to WGA for about a year now, and at 51 years of age and having been to many mechanics over time, I have to say that WGA is superior to all of them. This was the first time in my life when I could reliably take my car to a mechanic and not leave with hundreds more in unexpected repairs. This company is honest; their repairs are done in a timely manner; the charges are in line with other mechanics; and I have never met one unfriendly person there.

Very responsive and got my vehicle in for service right away. They communicated with me via phone the steps along the way and sought verification from me, to get the ok to proceed with the methods of resolving the issue with my vehicle. I would go back again to get the replacement piece installed once it is no longer back ordered.

Thank you for your service! I've got a nail in my tire. Called around 5 shops and got the quoting price $35 and up. Called this office and got the realistic price under $25!!! The manager (young but with old school customer service manners) was everything that customers would expect. Thank you! The job was done under 10 minutes!!! Thank you to technician as well. Would highly recommend their service.

They are very nice. Very accommodating to your schedule. I've never met Dave but he's so nice on the phone. I've had my car inspected here 2x now & would recommend them to anyone who needs a good mechanic. And I know many of my friends & neighbors have been using them for years.

I need to get an inspection ASAP because I waited last minute and couldn’t get out of the house because I have two toddlers and the COVID19 going around. Well they came to me the next day picked up my car and my inspection was finished in no time! Found out I needed new tires as well and they did those the same day as well! Great place, would highly recommend!

When I went to get into my car today I realized I had a screw in my tire and it was totally flat, I honestly did not know what to do. My brother suggested I call Willow Grove Automatic and see if they could come out to help, and well they did! Within 15 minutes heyt came out, put air in my tire, and drove it to the shop to fix it. I am so happy with their service and how they handled everything with all that is going on. I am forever grateful that they could help me and were able to patch it saving me a lot of money. I will be using them for any issues I have in the future.

I have been coming here since 2018 for annual inspections and if I have any concerns or work needed to be done on my vehicle. My Auntie recommended them to me when I first moved here, she has been here for 12 years. They are thorough, informative, and reasonable. They have a great rapport with the community (you can tell with every long time customer that walks in) and have been in business for 30 years probably because their customer service is great. Making an appointment ahead of time is recommended, but I've come in randomly during the middle of the day and didn't have a crazy long wait for things like an inspection. Also, you can come early in the morning and not have a crazy long wait. Lastly, a small perk about their location is that you can easily walk to Old Navy or Barnes & Noble nearby to fill the time while they work.

The service here is so good. I never have a problem bringing my car in for same day service and getting it back quickly. Plus the explain everything wrong in a simple and easy to understand manner. Prices are great too. So glad I found these guys.
