I went to the store to get an alternator, but it wasn’t in stock. I had driven to the Feasterville store, but they told me I couldn’t have the alternator.Tom and Sebastian helped me get an alternator from them by calling them on speakerphone. I don’t know why but I had the receipt and they still wouldn’t give it to me even though it had a warranty. Once, Tom spoke to the cashier on the phone and they ended up releasing it to me (They told tom that I never showed them a receipt). GOAT

Jacob did a great job installing and making sure I had a correct battery for my make and model. Out in the extra effort and quickly installed the new battery after making sure my car needed one.

Very helpful… had a flat and they helped me choose the right product to fix it temporarily and even helped me find an air compressor on sale. Good guys there!

Had to had to replace my rotors and breaks after six months due to warping. Less than 5000 miles. It was suggested there could be multitude of reasons. Had my mechanic replaced them, and the issues were the rotors with a two year warranty. They said it would’ve shown up immediately. Therefore, my question is why is there a two year warranty if the problem would show up immediately.

Went for a valve cover gasket. The staff was very helpful, especially Jorge who was very nice and knowledgeable. Even brought out a bag for me as I was walking around with my son. I will be going here for now on. Definitely recommend.

My windshield wiper just flew off my car. Walked into AAP and got all new wipers. The gentleman put them on for me in the rain, and I was done and on the road in 10 minutes. Great wipers, too.

Best service and so friendly and helpful! Jorge helped me pick out the right wipers for my car and even put them on for me. I was in and out in no time. He was very patient and I spent way less than what I priced them out for online. Thank you, Jorge! I really appreciate your kindness!

On Thursday night my heat stopped working Jorge & the rest of the staff on duty where so helpful. Jorge even came outside to assist me because I had a car full of children and it was freezing and I told him I didn’t have any heat. He gave me some great advice and a helping hand. By the time I pulled off my heat was working again. My coolant was leaking but I was able to get just enough to get the heat to work until I could make it home and make an appt with my mechanic. Jorge I’m forever greatful for you. God bless you.

Excellent and quick service! I first called AAA and they came to my house and got my car started but didn’t bring battery to replace. Then called an auto parts store closer to me who told me they wouldn’t change battery because it was raining. Advance Auto Parts was extremely helpful on phone and I was able to immediately drive there and have the battery replaced. Very friendly employees!!
