I had an appointment for 8:30 am. I dropped my vehicle at 8:15 for ONE tire. I called after waiting for two hours and the man on the phone didn’t even know what I had come in for. Hours go by and not a single update. I had to call them again multiple times to understand what was taking so long and they had no answer as to why it took over four hours to change a single tire. After my tire is finally fished, they had the audacity to take my lug nuts and replace them with entirely different ones. I had to call and go back to the store to get mine put back on.
Roy at the front desk did an amazing job helping replace my battery. It's behind a wheel well, and my terminals and cable were corroded and ruined. Roy explained each step with me. I wish all employees were like Roy. You're lucky to have him. Keep up the good honest work.
John K. at the Willow Grove Pep Boys was so incredibly helpful today. I went in needing wiper blades because mine were in the process of falling off and without me even having to ask, John inquired what make and model vehicle I had and looked up what I needed. He helped me choose what I needed and also signed me up to receive a discount. As an added bonus, he was thoughtful enough to come out to my car and install the new wiper blades for me!!! This is my second time visiting this location. They replaced my front brakes last year, I decided to return to obtain brakes for back tires. I also needed an oil change, the repairs were made in a timely manner.
I had thee best experience from the Pep boys service center in Willow grove. They got me in and out and were extremely helpful with my fleet car. I will most certainly return. A special thank you to Roy for his willingness to be of service.

Fantastic experience, the mechanic Tony was amazing. He was super knowledgeable and did great work on my Nissan. There’s nothing more important than having a good mechanic , and today I found mine!
Fixed the problem but caused a new one in doing so, took it back, and still the new problem persists, took a day longer and charged 800 in labor to leave me with a new headache
Good tires but ........Everything went well in the begining. I decided to get tires at Pep boys cuz they had a good sale going on. They took me that day, which was great. But,
Then at the end it was sloppy.
After I got new tires put on they didn't put any valves stem covers on. They adjusted my pressure all over the place. Supposed to be at 35 PSI. Every tire was different PSI pressure.
Then when I got home I realized that they never wiped off my tires after mounting.
All white stuff all over my tires and rims.
Luckily I had extra caps in an air pump at home.
I had to finish their job correctly when i got home from Pep boys. Which is nuts after spending a decent amount on tires and alignment.
I contacted corporate about this... Still haven't heard anything back.

Complain about the service I got. Which was terrible. Didn't receive any call back. Don't bother with PepBoys service in Willow grove. GO SOMEWERE ELSE AVOID PEPboys in Willow Grove at all cost.
They don't give a crap about customers.

After 2 appointments back to back the problem was fixed, everything they did fixed 95% of the issues, but the unfortunate happen and 5% made me come back, but they were very accommodating, professional and quick with getting the issued fix. Will use them again Tony is a great front man very knowledgeable and detailed everytime I go in and he has saved me a ton of money by not going back to yhe dealer..
After busting 2 tires on my 2015 jeep chetokee the night before ,I went to Pepboys at 8am next day and they had the exact replacement tires and had them installed within a few hours.Also the price was very good ,less than I expected for an emergency job.I bought new lug bolts and they replaced the old ones. I am very satisfied with the service they provided.I am from NY.and they expedited the job so I can get back travel back on time.
Great service. Helpful staff. They always find availability to fit me in and are up front and honest trying to make sure I get what I need and pay a fair price.
Had a screw in my tire on my VW Atlas. Dropped off my tire and they fixed it no problem. Wasn't expensive either. I drove there and they put the tire back on for me. Super easy! Very nice staff. The waiting area is being redone so I was disappointed i didnt gwet to have any coffee while i waited but im sure it will look nice soon!
The gentleman at the desk was very helpful and patient and even helped us to try to find someone to do the tires for us because we got there late and they couldn’t put the tires on.
Needed work done for inspection. Mgr was very helpful and informative. Mechanic was honest and took me back and explained services I needed and why and what I had to get done and what could wait a little. New tires also. Feels so much better when I drive and safer. Before I delve into the specifics, this review reflects my experience at the #0175 Willow Grove Store. I interacted with Anthony and another gentleman at the service desk. The technician who was assigned to my SUV was Nattice.
I entered the store due to a low pressure alert that appeared on my dashboard. I was promptly greeted and assisted without delay. The first service representative I spoke with went outside to conduct a visual inspection and quickly determined that I required new tires. Naturally, I felt a bit disheartened as I had not anticipated needing a complete set of tires (and brake service). Nevertheless, I am grateful for the great pricing and the service technicians' patience in educating me on how to identify a faulty tire, as well as explaining how brakes work, the aftercare advice and warranty that accompany my purchases.
I usually visit the service department at Pacifico Hyundai. In comparison to PEP BOYS, Pacifico Hyundai falls short and requires serious enhancements. I appreciate the professionalism exhibited by the PEP BOYS team and the prompt installation of my new tires and brakes. They had me back on the road safely within a few hours. To be honest, you have successfully gained me as a new customer.
I highly recommend this place. If I was a local, I would only come here. Why you ask…. Because they care! I was on a road trip with my family when I was 800 miles away from home. I pulled into a gas station up the road to fill up when all of a sudden, my car Honda Pilot started beeping whenever I pressed the brakes. After a quick google search, it appeared that my brakes and/or rotors were too worn to drive, I had a bad sensor, or my break fluid was too low. As a concerned father of 3 kids under 5 years old, I had to ensure the car was safe to drive before proceeding on our trip. It was 2pm on a Saturday and all the mechanic in the area were closed but I was blessed to find Pep Boys was open for business. When I pulled into, Tyler and Tony were on their game. They understood my concerns and urgency. They immediately pulled me around back, inspected my brakes, and looked under my hood. With time against me and cranky kids, they were able to identify my issue and got me back in the road within 20 minutes. They are amazing and I am so thankful for them.
Quick and easy. Thought I needed more work done but with inspection I only needed brake pads. They could’ve lied and said I needed more like some places do but they were honest. Will definitely be a return customer
My experience today at willow groove was superb! Everything was fast and efficient and also looked for ways to save me and my company some money with the fleet plan. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend service here! The staff was amazing and went above and beyond!
This location is absolutely incredible. Everyone is so nice. They are beyond accommodating and honest and they get you in and out in a decent time. They thorough with their inspections and seemed to really care about what they’re doing. I love bringing my car here!!!
Took my trailblazer to the Willow Grove location. The gentleman who helped me throughout my experience was awesome! Just want to thank Tony for his help. He went above and beyond to help me and made me feel welcomed in this store. These days it’s hard to find people like that who understand what customer service means. Thanks Tony!

This is probably my 3rd or 4th time taking my vehicle to this location. I love the convenience of booking an appointment online and the shop is 5 minutes from my house. I’ve always had good experiences here.
However this most recent visit has been a very frustrating disappointment. I scheduled for an oil change and had a light out. I’m not an expert in car maintenance - but this is the longest I’ve ever had to wait for an oil change. I’m talking 3 hours. The bathrooms are absolutely filthy, there is no water, food, or any other refreshments like there was last time. (I would have came prepared but I was not expecting to wait this long and they were stocked last time - it was so nice!)
After two and a half hours, I go up to the front desk to ask for an update on my car. “He hasn’t brought it up yet, so I guess it’s not ready.” With a dismissive look was the response I got. Everyone has bad days, I understand this is a car shop and not a 5 star hotel, but I won’t be coming back again.
Had a great experience getting my car serviced. New tires, inspection, and oil change. All work completed same day. Great communication on what was going on with the vehicle and when it would be ready for pick up. Anthony was very knowledgeable and friendly! Would recommend.
