Stopped in for new windshield wipers. Young guy at the desk helped me pick new quality wipers and put them on for me all in about 5 minutes. Also showed me and my 10 year old son how to replace them in the future. Really appreciated the customer service.
I buy parts to fix the car. If it don't serve, I go to the shop and return the parts. Depending on the seller, experience in sales, treat the customer well.
I had an excellent experience with Kenneth L, who went above and beyond to assist me. As soon as I asked him a question, he immediately went to the computer to look up the item I needed. Not only did he show me exactly where it was, but he also went outside to help me further. Kenneth is a true example of outstanding customer service, and I believe he deserves to be recognized for his dedication and exceptional work
I went to this AutoZone in need of a new headlight. The customer service representative, Stephen Brown, not only helped us find the correct light for our car, but he also installed it in our car. He was an outstanding young man who went above and beyond to give us a great experience! We will come back to this store for all our car needs!
My husband and I were traveling back to Massachusetts when our BMW x3 hybrid needed coolant. We had never had to navigate this before and we completely lucked out going to Auto Zone and meeting Wade. Wade took time to look at our car and assure we had the right materials. He was professional, kind, and willing to help. Although he was managing calls, additional customers, etc he made sure to treat each costumer with incredible customer service. We are so grateful for his help!

I visited the Willow Grove Auto Zone today The man who waited on me was so great I bought a brake bulb & he kindly offered to come out & install it for me his name was Wade I think his last name was Brown. Honestly finding a person who gave service with a smile is rare if I could give 10 stars I would thanks Wade you made my day
Did a store pickup here today, generally stay away from that crap but 10% was 10%... The 10% I saved on my stuff canceled out after what should have taken 5 minutes, took 30... Ended up pulling my own order after the kid couldn't find my stuff...
I found it all in 2 minutes...
Not sure how to realistically rate the experience other than 1 star. The positives were they had the oil, and part for my car and the price was fair..

Wade Brown at AutoZone was absolutely awesome! From the moment I walked in, he was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely ready to help. He went above and beyond to assist me with what I needed and made sure I left with the right parts and a better understanding of what I was dealing with. You don’t always get service like that these days—Wade really looked out, and I appreciate him big time. Give that man a raise!
Great place, always have what I need, always friendly people working there with great knowledge! People that worked there are always willing to help. I like pep boys where they are clearly annoyed that you’re patronizing their store. Well done, always good sales and this is my favorite location! Been there many times have yet to have had a bad experience…………👍
Update: had a great experience on Friday afternoon ,December 27th with the staff... I got a battery and the light skin gentleman behind the desk was very helpful and friendly.

Wade was so amazingly kind & helpful with an issue I was having with a part I'd purchased at another AutoZone. When he determined it was defective, he replaced it with one from his store, and made sure it was working properly.
I recently stopped by the Willow Grove location the other day when I was very nicely greeted by a young man named Romik. I explained to him that I wasn’t really mechanically inclined but I was having some trouble with my car starting that morning and I wasn’t sure where to start. He was very knowledgeable about what was going on and let me know that it could be a few different things like my battery and charging system components but he told me that we could start by checking all of that with this gadget he had. He checked my car while taking the time to explain to me everything that he was doing and I really appreciated that as I didn’t know what we were looking at to save my life. It only took a second to check everything and he informed me that the issue was in fact my battery and i’ve had the same one in my car since I bought it 5 years ago it made sense that it was time. He explained to me that battery’s usually last about 3-4 years but sometimes can last a little bit longer so I guess I had been needing to replace it for a while and had just gotten a little lucky. Anyways, he looked up the battery I needed and my wiper blades because I had mentioned that I had been meaning to replace those as well and he told me that he could install everything for me totally free of charge! I wasn’t sure how much it was going to cost me or where to even start but Romik was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and he had me back on the road in no time! I really appreciate him taking the time to help me and going above and beyond. It’s really hard to get good customer service these days so it was really just a great experience. From now on I will only be coming to AutoZone Willow Grove and I will be asking for Romik every time! AutoZone you need more people like him!

Recently, the employees have been on their phones while dealing with customers.
I only deducted one star because the guy that helped me had his AirPods in on a phone call while ringing me up.
I have come here a few times for my random vehicle needs. Nicholas has waited on me on multiple occasions and he is always very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. He is one of the reasons I return to this location, good customer service is difficult to find!
I came into this location to get some automotive paint and primer to redo my wheels. Nic Rodriguez was the store associate that helped me. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and answered every question I had and ultimately helped me pick out all the items I need to do my wheels. It’s rare to have such great customer service from an employee. Highly recommend this location and the staff!
They’re was helping me to find the check engine code and that was quick and easy. They were able to find the replacement parts in the store also immediately. The Wade was helping me
Great service in helping me identify and install replacement headlights. Also went above and beyond by checking that other things inside my hood were good. Saw something loose, and tightened it up, etc. Super grateful!
Disappointing experience at this AutoZone. Needed a new car battery as I was heading out of town for a meeting. Called ahead to confirm that they could install and was told they could. Employee here said they couldn't install because "the posts are bad". The posts and terminals were fine and had zero corrosion. Clearly he didn't want to be bothered with the installation. Went to Advanced Auto and they installed a new battery in 10 min.
The gentleman that helped me was so nice. He offered to change my light bulb even though I said I would be fine. He found the right one and showed me what I did wrong the first time. I have shopped here about 4 times and each time I've gone the guys working are super helpful and nice.
Store facilities and personnel are great. The company needs to add the functionality to the system of searching for specific parts separate from the current make-model-year requirement, though.
