I probably could have gotten a little more money if I chose to sell privately, but the convenience of selling here outweighs all the work I would have needed to put in, only to make a little bit of extra money. The process was very easy. The staff was very polite. I scheduled an appointment several days out due to my work schedule. They called and emailed every day until the appointment to confirm which I found a bit excessive. As expected the price of my vehicle was a little below market value, but totally worth it not to have the hassle of selling a car on my own. In under an hour I was given a price and walked out the door with a bill of sale and a check.

This was my third time using We Buy Any Cars in Willow Grove. I have NEVER had to negotiate a price. We were offered $100. This car was not that bad. Then WE had to ask a price. Then he got on with his "people" and come up with a price after we refused. I had a mini van that was a mess and we got a good deal on it. I was most disappointed with the negotiations portion. I do not haggle. I spoke with a regional manager from we buy any car. He was very nice & had very good customer service. He promised this was not usual to offer $100. That is for a non-running car. He is going to speak with the man we interacted with. I was glad to hear that is not a new normal.
