Our 2023 Wrangler EV was subject to a “high voltage battery” recall. While the repair took nearly six weeks to complete due to part limitations (imagine that…no batteries for an electric vehicle…shame on Chrysler), Bergey’s Jeep service department was attentive to our needs for a loaner vehicle and provided excellent communication. We received timely updates and the usual excellent service from Bergey’s.

My wife and I went to Bergeys to buy a Pacifica. Worked with Van and Brian. Given our previous experiences buying cars from other dealers we were dreading going. Thankfully Van and Brian made it super easy and super fast. Was the most pleasant car buying experience we’ve ever had. Would highly recommend.

Ben, Laura, and Brian were the best. They made the process of buying our new Jeep easy, quick, efficient, and enjoyable. Bergey’s is very transparent with pricing. Laura took us through every aspect of our Jeep while Brian finished the paperwork. They do their best to accommodate every buyer. We will be repeat customers.

Bought a used 2019 ram fifteen hundred limited troy , the salesman was great but then we get to the issues when I pulled off the lot, I noticed that my windshield was broken. It wasn't broken when I went on a test drive the day before told me it was going to be cleaned and that I could get it the next day came in the next day, the windshield was broken, rob. The manager told me that they would have the windshield replaced, had to wait 3 weeks for it to be replaced, then went in for my tire pressure sensor lights going off intermittently to which I was told That the tint that came on the car was affecting my sensors and my rear sensors were bad they told me that they were good and I didn't have to worry about it gave me some paper.Supposedly , this is a known defect with the tint and the sensors about 2 weeks later, my coolant light came on. I called them to make an appointment wasn't able to make it, so I took it over to my regular mechanic, and he found a small pinhole that had been leaking for months prior. Corrosion on the water pump, I had to have him replace that, because the truck would no longer move kept overheating. During that time, I took it back over to their dealership, where they looked at my tires, they told me that my truck was way out of alignment and fixed the alignment for me. Then told me I needed 2 tires at that time, they told me I was going to Have to get 2 front tires. Mind you, I just spent over 30 grand for this truck. Why was I replacing the tires? The manager told me that he would replace them and I told him I didn't have the money for that right now.\n He said to let him know when I wanted to get them replaced, and he would take care of it for me. 2 months had gone by and I told him I finally needed to get the tires because one of them had blew out on, he said. He couldn't recall telling me that which it was in the notes that the service manager wrote now now I'm sitting here. In my truck, leaving this review because my radiator now went and I take pretty good care of my vehicle.I have changed the oil twice since I owned it for the 7 months every 3000 miles. I did a full tune up on it and I clean it weekly. This was my dream truck but it had turned into my nightmare. Update: I called them after I had gotten a response to my review a manager told me he was going to look into it and never called me back then I got ahold of someone in hr after calling to schedule another appointment for something else that broke down. This dealers ship doesn't care about its patrons soon as they take your money your nothing to them update:: 2/28 I reached out to the dealership and a very nice woman said she would reach out to the manager and he would give me a call. Now the suspension is going out on the truck and im left to foot the bill. And I still haven't heard from anyone this has gone on for 2 long this dealership is terrible

Lower Salford Township carries the motto Gemeinschaft, a German word for community built on genuine bonds, shared trust, and mutual care, as opposed to purely transactional relationships. Bergey’s lives that ideal. They’re not just a service center that happens to be in our community. They’re part of the fabric of it. I’d encourage anyone in the area to give them your business. You won’t be disappointed, and you’ll wonder why you ever put up with anything less.

Battery issue. Bergey's serviced our car with no appointment. The staff was awesome by explaining to us what needed to be done.The car wound up only needing a charge. They didn't try to over sell us, very important to us.. We are very satisfied with the service department and their help.

Their service is remarkable. They serviced my Golden Eagle for 20 yrs & it still runs very well. Excellent waiting room & clean lavatories. Just don't schedule anything online - a waste of time, call!

I am BEYOND HAPPY with Bergey’s! I’ve been “eye-balling” an EV on their lot and done extensive competitor shopping, which was all such a waste of time. After deciding it might be worthwhile to make the trek if the deal was “right”, I first picked up the phone to ask a couple questions about the car. Cameron answered and he was nothing short of a ROCKSTAR! He got what we wanted, expedited the deal and Bergey’s even exceeded my expectations having beaten out a competitors offer. From the time I picked up the phone to initially inquire to trading my car and driving off with a new one…no kidding here….it was just a short 3.5 hours including my 45 min travel time each direction. I was only physically at the dealership for 30 minutes tops since they were so prepared to receive me. I can’t recommend Bergey’s Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram highly enough. I had a great experience at Bergey’s, and I can honestly say it was one of the most comfortable and trustworthy car-buying experiences I’ve had. From the start, their follow-up was excellent, communication was clear, and everything felt transparent. The Jeep was priced fairly and exactly as advertised, and they gave me a fair value for my trade-in without games or pressure. Everyone truly works together there, and it shows. The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed. The receptionist at the front desk even offered me fresh coffee, which was a nice touch. Van, my original salesperson, was unavailable in person when I walked in, but instead of making me wait, he made sure I was taken care of right away by his colleague, Cameron. The paperwork process was smooth and seamless, and while we were finalizing everything, they had the car quickly detailed and topped off with gas—another thoughtful gesture. Cameron went above and beyond by installing a license plate bracket for me and even parking the cars side by side so I could easily move my personal items into the new vehicle. Overall, it was a stress-free, professional, and genuinely pleasant experience. I confidently and highly recommend Bergey’s!

I had a great experience getting my Subaru oil change here. Girl at the front desk was great. They were busy, but they still managed to do it within an hour and a half no appointment. Got a full synthetic oil change for under 100 bucks. I was happy.

I am very happy with the service provided. You took in my car via tow truck and fixed a major problem within 24 hours. Im truly grateful. However thanks to the snowstorm., I've only driven it up for the 15 minutes it took to get it home. Ill have to let you know if i have any issues. Thanks for everything. 👍😊. Kathy

It was not a good experience at all. I basically sold the truck to my self. I took truck on test drive on Saturday and the salesmen never even came out side. I wwnt back last Friday at 5 o clock when salesmen asked me to be there. I showed up at early and sat for 15 mins until he was done talking to others. I had enough time to walk around and look at other cars. My wife was looking at jeeps and asked where they where. Another salesmen took her to side door and pointed and said there. She will no longer be buying a jeep from you. After I signed papers salesmen gave me my second key and said thank you. We did not even know where the truck was. He did not show me anything on or about truck. I sat in parking lot for 20 mins tring to figure out truck. I called the gm the next day. He said come in and I will show you about the truck. Not sure why I was treated this way.

I recently brought my vehicle in for service and had the pleasure of working with Dan in the service department. Fate brought me to Bergey's. Accompanied my son on his journey for a vehicle. I met Troy Eckhart, his great conversation and knowledge about any vehicle, that I asked about, to past the time, led me to inquire for myself. I must say, for my first time ever dealing with a dealership. Mr. Eckhart made it very pleasant, easy and trusting. My experience was top notch. Van, my salesman, made the process of choosing my new Jeep Grand Cherokee effortless. Easy to talk to and discuss what I was looking for in a new vehicle. He took care of everything all I had to do was show up and pick up the Jeep. Brian in finance was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns with the financing. The finance process was also effortless. My whole experience at Bergeys was very comfortable with no high pressure or strong arm tactics to buying anything I didn’t want. I would rate both of these guys a 10 out of 10. All around an awesome experience.

Great experience. I drove an hour to have my Jeep serviced at Bergey’s and it was worth the drive. My advisor was friendly and helped me with a courtesy car so I didn’t have to wait around the shop. Nice place.

Both headlight, lowbeams went out days apart. Bergey’s has a Quick Lane for those that do not have an appointment. Brought over the Jeep and they replaced both quickly! Very much appreciated the fast and friendly service! Hard to find Jeep Service Centers with a Quick Lane to do oil changes and other fast services (as opposed to having to make the appointment). Will be going back for other services, as well! Thanks Bergey’s!

Our experience at Bergey's (Chrysler, Jeep and Doge Ram Location, in Souderton) was wonderful!! Our Salesman Troy Eckhart was super helpful and knowledgeable. He gave us the best assistance, from the START. He worked with us and our needs from the beginning. Starting with the online inquiry, all the way to the end of purchase and beyond. The communication was better, in this experience, then any sales dealer I have EVER dealt with in the past. Troy Eckhart, literally saved us from a terrible experience with another Auto Sales location. A location that, knowingly, left us car-less. Many locations only care about "decent" communication until the buck is in their pocket. Troy helped us locate exactly what we were looking for. Worked with our schedule in setting an appt. Gave all the information needed and answered all of our questions. Showed empathy towards what we were going through. Helped us understand everything in person, with a great greeting. With a smiling face and a warm handshake. He went above and beyond. And NOW, even a month later, still reaches out to make sure everything is good with the vehicle and asks if we need anything. This is going to be very simple!! I have had the best experience in my life buying my new car at Bergey’s!! When people say they are customer oriented and driven to make sure the customer is happy as well as satisfied, Bergey’s Chrysler Jeep fulfilled that promise!! Everyone there from sales, banking and service have been outstanding!! I’m just a regular person and some may say I’m also a pain but this experience was exceptional!!! Went in to look at a 2023 Ram 1500. Talked to Van over the phone first and he set up everything for me to look at it. He was very knowledgeable and professional through out the whole experience. Ended up purchasing the truck and the process was quick and easy. Highly recommend!

My husband had a previous Dodge Ram 2012 for many years that he loved but the truck was getting worn, so, we decided it was time to get a new one. Troy helped us find a newer Ram in our price range while still having all the details/upgrades my husband wanted for our family truck. We have had our new recently purchased Dodge Ram truck for a week now, and we love it!

Jeriah was great to deal with! My time is very limited and I wanted a smooth quick transaction since I was buying a vehicle in cash! I asked him to have documents and paperwork ready when I came in. I was literally in and out within 45min! Oh and the price was GREAT!!

Where to start. Paid $56,000.00 for a Chevy 3500. They delivered the vehicle to Minnesota, they sent pictures and videos and looked like a nice truck. Had an accident on the car fax, they said just the rear bumper got replaced so not a big deal. Once truck was received it sat at my mechanic until they could look it over. Well needless to say not a rear bumper. The front grill ( spray painted over the melted plastic that is now coming off), bumper sensors, plastic trim around fenders, windshield wipers and even plastic trim on roof was melted. The vehicle obviously started on fire. Also new passenger side front fender. Paint job is terrible, run marks down the hood, orange peel, spray foamed decal back on and over spray all over the place. A rear bumper huh? More like a vehicle that started on fire and got fixed by ray charles (he is blind get it?). They got their wires money so when I called back is when their true colors showed. They couldn’t care less about anything when they blatantly lied to me. In the long run they offered 2k back which took because they didn’t even have to do that, they had me and they knew it. Sadly I trusted them not to lie and hide things which now learned dealerships are literal thieves. If you want to try to trust this “family owned dealer” good luck to you. Hope you don’t get rolled over for your money like me. Enjoy the pictures of the damages, of “just a rear bumper” replaced. To me this is just criminal, I hope karma gets you on some trade ins.
